Abstract

The results showed that: 1) Work experience had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.244. 2) Work experience has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.570. 3) Education level has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.335. 4) Education level has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.326. 5) Work ability has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.417. 6) Work experience has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.238. 7) Education level has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with the original sample value of 0.140.

Abstract

The results showed that 1.) Leadership style had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.490. 2.) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on loyalty with the original sample value of 0.426. 4.) Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on performance; 2) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on the work discipline of the Sampang Police Resort (Polres); 3) to test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel work discipline; 4) To test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel performance; 5) to test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on personnel work discipline; 6) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on personnel performance mediated by personnel work discipline; 7) to test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel performance mediated by work discipline. The results showed that: 1) Leadership style had a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.351 and the p-values of 0.000; 2) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.491 and the p-values of 0.000; 3) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.256 and p-values of 0.000; 4) Emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.148 and the p-values of 0.000; 5) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.345 and p-values of 0.004; 6) leadership style has no significant positive effect on performance mediated by work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.169 and the p-values of 0.000; 7) emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on personnel performance mediated by work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.088 and the p-values of 0.000.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with the number of research samples as many as 59 apparatus. The purposes of this study are 1) To examine and analyze the leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of the apparatus of Kaimana District, Kaimana Regency. 2) Testing and analyzing leadership style has a significant effect on community participation in Kaimana District, Kaimana Regency. 3) Testing and analyzing professionalism has a significant effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency. 4) Testing and analyzing professionalism that has a significant effect on community participation in Kaimana District, Kaimana Regency. 5) Testing and analyzing community participation has a significant effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency. 6) Testing and analyzing leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency which is mediated by community participation. 7) Test and analyze professionalism which has a significant effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency which is mediated by community participation. The results showed that: 1) Leadership style had a significant positive effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency with an original sample value of 0.434. 2) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on community participation in Kaimana District, Kaimana Regency with an original sample value of 0.419. 3) Professionalism has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency with the original sample value of 0.356. 4) Professionalism has a significant positive effect on community participation in Kaimana District, Kaimana Regency with an original sample value of 0.297. 5) Community participation has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency with the original sample value of 0.306. 6) Leadership style has a insignificant positive effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency which is mediated by community participation with an original sample value of 0.128. 7) Professionalism has an insignificant positive effect on the performance of the Kaimana District apparatus, Kaimana Regency which is mediated by community participation with an original sample value of 0.091.

Abstract

This study aims to identify educational tourism promotion strategies in Jember which were opened by PT X. The educational tourism area was inaugurated in 2016. However, at the beginning of 2020, the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic which hit Indonesia caused the tourism industry's visit statistics to decline. and one of the tours that was affected, namely the edutourism area managed by PT X. This resulted in social restrictions/lockdowns and restrictions on tourist visits resulting in a decrease in the number of visitors. Researchers are interested in studying the promotion strategies used for recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used was descriptive qualitative analysis, namely the researcher explained the various promotional tools used by PT X. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with data analysis techniques using data triangulation. The results of this study are the promotion strategies used include sales promotion, personal selling, word of mouth, direct marketing. Among the four promotional tools, the most effective is personal selling, where a face-to-face approach is optimal for persuading potential visitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the handling of non-performing loans at the Perumda BPR Bank Gresik BPR. The reason for the research was to find out the number of non-performing loans that occurred in the Perumda BPR Bank Gresik over the last 5 years. The research uses descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results of this study stated that there are many factors that cause non-performing loans such as internal bank factors, internal debtor factors and external factors of banks and debtors. The handling of non-performing loans is carried out by the Perumda BPR Bank Gresik with a process of rescheduling, requisition and realignment and is carried out by confiscating platforms from problem debtors.

Abstract

PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia atau PT. Askrindo (Persero) merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dalam bidang asuransi atau penjaminan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing 2) Untuk mencari solusi mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer yang berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Sedangkan, data sekunder didapatkan dari dokumen-dokumen yang terkait dengan stres kerja dan disiplin kerja yaitu dari manajemen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1). Efek kinerja akibat stres yaitu mood swing dalam bekerja dan tidak tercapainya target. 2). Efek kinerja akibat indispliner yaitu penilaian atasan kepada bawahan buruk dan adanya keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan pasti memiliki bentuk budaya organisasi yang berbeda-beda. Salah satun perusahaan yang menerapkan budaya 5R didalamnya adalah Klinik Mata KMU Lamongan. Klinik Mata KMU merupakan salah satu klinik mata yang memiliki jasa pelayanan kesehatan mata yaitu operasi katarak modern dengan teknik Phacoemulsifikasi (PHCO) yang dilakukan oleh dokter sepesialis mata Klinik Mata KMU Lamongan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penulis ingin mengetahui penjelasan lebih lanjut terkait variabel yang akan diteliti yang berkitan dengan pengumpulan data agar gambaran serta analisis mengenai penyebab dan strategi penerapan implementasi budaya 5R di Klinik Mata KMU Lamongan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakkan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Observasi dilakukan sebagai pengamatan dan mencatat fenomena pada perusahaan yang sesuai dengan subyek penelitian,sehingga nantinya dapat membantu memberikan jawaban pertanyaan dalam penelitian. Srategi yang dapat di terapkan dalam pengimplementasian budaya 5R di Klinik Mata KMU yaitu pemberian Punishment dan reward bagi karyawan,sosialisasi secraa menyeluruh serta selalu melakukan visualisasi hasil audit secara rutin. Maka akan membawa dampak positif pada kinerja serta pelayanan yang efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kualitas pelayanan berupa kehandalan, daya tanggap dan empati, keyakinan menunjukkan apakah kualitas yang dimiliki oleh PT. askrindo dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan responden yang berasal dari pelanggan PT. Askrindo Cabang Malang yang memegang polis asuransi untuk jangka waktu 1 sampai dengan 5 tahun. Penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT. Askrindo cabang Malang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Pembangunan manusia menjadi permasalahan yang dialami oleh seluruh negara tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Untuk mengukur pembangunan manusia UNDP menggunakan tiga indikator yakni kesehatan, pendidikan, dan standar hidup layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah tenaga kesehatan, jumlah sarana kesehatan, sanitasi, jumlah guru, jumlah siswa, jumlah sekolah, pengeluaran per kapita untuk makanan, pengeluaran per kapita bukan makanan, dan destinasi wisata terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Provinsi NTB tahun 2015-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel dengan model terpilih fixed effect model. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sanitasi, jumlah guru, jumlah siswa, pengeluaran per kapita untuk makanan, dan pengeluaran per kapita bukan makanan menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IPM. Sedangkan jumlah sekolah dan destinasi wisata menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IPM. Adapun jumlah tenaga kesehatan dan sarana kesehatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan pembangunan manusia dibutuhkan keseriusan pemerintah melalui program dalam bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, dan standar hidup layak.
