Abstract

The advancement or decline of an organization is fundamentally intertwined with the accomplishments of its workforce. Hence, each company consistently endeavors to enhance employee performance, either through the implementation of specific leadership techniques or the observation of organizational citizenship behavior displayed by its workforce. Therefore, this study seeks to delve deeper into the influence and interplay between variables related to leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in relation to employee performance at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch. This research encompasses all employees at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch, encompassing the entire population and adopting a saturated sampling methodology. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of this investigation confirm the impact that the utilized leadership style and employee organizational citizenship behavior have on employee performance.

Abstract

PT Citilink or Citilink Indonesia is a subsidiary of the Garuda Indonesia (Persero) company. This airline uses a low-cost flight system or Low Cost Carrier (LCC) with Lost and Found Services related to handling passenger luggage on Citilink airlines, but many people don't know about it. part of the baggage handling itself, one of which is the use of Citilink's Web Baggage Central Tracking (BCTC), in handling Irregularity Property. The purpose of this research is to find out the use of the BCTC web in handling Irregularity Property in the Lost and Found unit at Yogyakarta International Airport and to find out the obstacles faced in using the BCTC web in handling Irregularity Property in the Lost and Found unit at Yogyakarta International Airport.This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research was carried out on April 1– April 20 2023 at Citilink Airlines, Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport, Citilink Airlines, Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport. The data collection techniques used in this research were documentation, observation and interviews with Lost and Found unit officers at Yogyakarta International Airport. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of the research show that in handling baggage damage, passengers who experience property irregularities can report it to the relevant officers or make a report on Citilink's official BCTC website to get further action in accordance with Citilink airline's standard operating procedures for handling baggage damage. and baggage damage is handled within 14 days from receipt of the complaint submitted by the passenger to the airline. Obstacles in using the BCTC Web to handle Irregularity Property at the Lost and Found unit of Yogyakarta International Airport include technical problems, coordination with airlines, the need for adequate resources, and increasing passenger volume. The proposed solution includes intensive training, formation of a technical team, development of collaboration protocols, adequate budget allocation, and proper growth planning.

Abstract

The quality of service provided at the Check-in counter is an important factor that affects passenger satisfaction to choose an airline. The quality of service at the Check-in counter includes speed of service, friendliness of officers, availability of necessary information, clarity of procedures, and quality of facilities and equipment provided. The quality of service at the Check-in counter can affect the image and reputation of the airline in the eyes of the public. If the quality of service at the Check-in counter is poor, passengers tend to give negative reviews and potentially damage the image of the airline. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the quality of Check-in counter service on customer satisfaction of Wings Air at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang airport. This study used quantitative methods, with sampling techniques in this study using Purposive Sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with measurements using the Likert scale. The results of the study show that the quality of Check-in counter service affects passenger satisfaction. This can be proven by the results of significant values of 0.00 < 0.05 and T Test 13,596 > 1.661. The value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 0.654 This means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 65.4%..

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the level of success of the financial performance of PT Weha Transportatio Indonesia Tbk. During and After the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Judging from the analysis of financial ratios. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The population of this study are all financial statements of PT Weha Transportation Indonesia Tbk. 2020, 2021 and 2022. While the sample of financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements from 2020, 2021, 2022. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and financial ratio testing which includes liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The results showed that the financial performance of the company PT Weha Transportation indonesia Tbk. Experienced a decline in 2020, namely when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, and the financial performance of transportation companies before Covid-19 was better than during the Covid-19 pandemic. And experienced an increase after Covid-19.

Abstract

Sharia Microfinance is support given to clients who need resources as business capital or hypothesis. This help can give accommodation to MSMEs who need resources for increment sharia microfinancing to foster their associations. Abstract

This research aims to reveal, describe and analyze about the Development of Lamang Dance at the Bidodari Kanagarian Studio Koto Gadang guguak Solok Regency. This type of research is descriptive analysis method research. Object of research This is the Lamang dance at the Bidodari Kanagarian Studio Koto Gadang Guguak Regency Solo. The types of data in this research are primary and secondary data. Research instrument this is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature, observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected was analyzed using techniques interpretation so that the truth can be obtained. The results of the research show that the Lamang Dance in Nagari Koto Gadang Guguak has experienced development that can be seen in terms of quality and quantity. On in terms of quality, namely from the aspects of movement, floor patterns and costumes. In terms of quantity, namely from the aspect of increasing the number of actors from 2 female dancers to 8 dancers Woman. Costumes developed in terms of colors, headdresses and clothing. So the process of developing the Lamang dance in Nagari Koto Gadang Guguak was because there was a desire Meri Suryati is the younger sister of the founder and permanent supervisor of Sanggar Bidodari maintain the Lamang dance by changing it to an attractive Lamang dance used by the people of Nagari Koto Gadang Guguak.

Abstract

The research was motivated by post-stay guest complaints regarding the decision to stay and one of the factors, namely brand image hotel. This research was conducted with the aim of exploring how far brand image can influence the decisions of guests who choose to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. This research is quantitative and uses a causal associative method. The population that is the focus of the research is guests who have had the experience of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton brand. In this research, samples were taken from 98 respondents using the purposive sampling method. Our research instrument is a questionnaire designed with a Likert scale. The data obtained will be analyzed using SPSS version 26.00 software, and the results of the analysis will be presented in tabular form. Research results included brand image (X) at Four Points by Sheraton Batam in the good category with a percentage of 35.7%. Guest Decision to Stay (Y) at Four Points by Sheraton Batam in the good category 43.9%. Simple regression test with T test on variables brand image influences the guest's decision variables to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. Variable F value brand image (X) has a simultaneous impact on the guest's decision to stay (Y) at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. Adj Value R square 0.796 means variabel brand Image 79.6% influence on guests' decision to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Batam and 20.4% impact from different variables.

Abstract

The following research aims to provide information about marketing strategies consisting of product, price, place, whether promotions have been implemented. The research method used is to use the description method, which is a type of research method that seeks to describe and clarify objects according to what they are. The results of this research explain that the implementation of marketing in CV. Antique Production has a strong influence on whether or not this business can develop and progress, still existing today, all of this can be seen from the efforts within the company itself. With the application of Islamic values ​​in the journey to build a business that is initiated and not without a daily leader and good teamwork at work. In Islamic economics, marketing or promotion is also applied to offer, inform and sell products or services on the market.
