Education is very important in building a good civilization, one of the things that must be considered is the role of teachers in improving students' morals so that in every behavior they have good religious values. Becoming a believer, pious and having noble character, education is not just transferring knowledge, more than that, students are expected to have behaviors that are practiced in their lives. In addition, the role of parents is also very supportive because the family is the main part in shaping the behavior and manners of children. In this study, the problem found was that there were children who made mistakes but did not want to admit such as hitting their friends and learning to apologize when they made mistakes that were difficult for children to do. The role of the TPQ 1st grade teacher, Nurul Yaqin, always relates each lesson to giving advice and providing good examples to students with the aim of improving and fostering their manners and morals. The purpose of this study was to describe the teacher's role in improving the etiquette and morals of grade 1 TPQ students in order to create children with noble character for the creation of an Islamic generation, and what factors support or hinder the development of students' manners and morals. The method used in the research uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe or clearly describe the research conducted.

This study aims to find out how to apply the Ummi method in the Perum Citarum Bekasi area to early childhood. The research method used is qualitative because the data is of a value nature and requires data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation about the implementation of the Ummi method and the effectiveness of the method. Data analysis is done using triangulation. The results of the study stated that early childhood really likes learning the Qur'an using this method. This method is applied by the teacher slowly, lovingly, not giving sanctions, and is guiding until one can read the Qur'an properly and correctly. Parents who have busy work cannot provide meaningful learning of the Qur'an. This type of parents tend to leave the process of learning the Qur'an to other people such as ustadz and ustadzah. Meanwhile, parents who do not have a profession outside the home, especially mothers, are divided into two. First, for those who know the importance of learning the Qur'an using the Ummi method, they carry it out with full responsibility while the other type who do not understand learning the Qur'an using the Ummi method tend to be indifferent to their children.

Penelitian ini membahas Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di Satuan Pelayanan Terminal Tipe A Batu Kuning Kab. OKU. Hasilnya menunjukkan secara parsial thitung variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) sebesar 6,713 dengan ttabel = 2,04841 atau 6,713> 2,04841 artinya Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X2)thitung= 2,304, dengan ttabel = 2,04841. Berdasarkan kriteria keputusan ternyata nilai thitung>ttabel atau 2,304> 2,04841, artinya Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai. Fhitung sebesar 100,481 dan F tabel 3,34. Jadi F hitung >F tabel atau 100,481> 3,34, artinya seluruh variabel X yaitu Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di Satuan Pelayanan Terminal Tipe A Batu Kuning Kab.OKU Karyawan.

Religious conversion or so-called religious conversion sometimes often occurs in the layers of society arising from dissatisfaction with the existing reality so that they move from the old religion to the new religion. A person who has just embraced Islam or converts to Islam generally experiences several problems and it requires guidance from the community so that there is a sense of calm and comfort when converts mingle in society. With good guidance, it is hoped that it can increase faith and be true in carrying out Islamic law according to the terms and pillars that apply. This study aims to see the development of converts in exploring Islamic teachings and provide appropriate guidance according to the psychology of the object of research. The method we use in this study is a descriptive qualitative method by interviewing informants, observing the environment where he lives, and collecting documentation when the object of the research was still a Protestant Christian and when he converted to Islam. We took a sample of one of the two who were converts to Islam. The result we got was that the object we studied became converts to Islam because there was no coercion but because of a strong impulse because they were touched by hearing the call to prayer and having an Islamic environment.

Pesantren education has its own curriculum in accordance with the objectives of the pesantren, the curriculum is structured by combining religious education as a provision of religious knowledge and general knowledge. On the other hand, the role of the santri administrator is very important for the santri. Management also helps in understanding Islamic religious education. This study aims to determine the important role of boarding school administrators in Islamic religious education. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collected in this study is based on the results of observations, interviews, and also documentation. The results of this study reveal that the board plays an important role in the sustainability of Islamic religious education in Islamic boarding schools. Because the administrators who are mandated by the caregivers must be responsible for the work program, the teaching and learning process takes place and the formation of students.

Achievement of learning objectives cannot be separated from the role of a teacher. Teachers should be a motivator for their students, so that their potential is fully realized developed. Teachers should be able to create a classroom climate that is conducive to learning materials proposed for creative teachers will be able to manage the class that student achievement can be optimized. This study aims to determine how to improve students' motivation and achievement through cooperative learning models of STAD (Student Team Achievement Division). This research is a classroom action research. The subjects were students of class Student MA Al-Asy-ary Purwakart a in the academic year 2022/2023. The results of this study showed an increase learning motivation significantly.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the application of simulation methods in Fiqh Learning for students at MAN Purwakarta, which included the application of simulation methods in fiqh learning for students, the process of simulation methods carried out by teachers, effective simulation methods used by teachers, using qualitative methods. In analyzing the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis techniques with the process of reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study: That the application of the simulation method in learning fiqh to students at MAN Purwakarta is very effectively applied, because the application of the simulation method improves students' understanding and learning outcomes in fiqh learning. The simulation method is very effectively applied in fiqh learning, this is reflected in the attitude of students who are very enthusiastic about the application of simulation methods and the application of simulation methods in fiqh learning is more helpful for students in understanding the implementation of worship.

Interest: Factors for Increasing and Decreasing Memorization of The Qur`an Kherul Mu'min; Imam Tabroni

The purpose of this study was to find an increase in students' interest in memorizing the Qur`an at SMP IT Amsar. This study used a qualitative approach written descriptively, the methods used for data collection were observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis and interpretation with Tringulation. The results of the research show that there has been an increase in graduates that occurred before, in 2021 there are 25 students memorizing 1 Juz, 3 students 2 Juz and 1 student 5 Juz. In 2022 it will increase to 1 juz with 36 students, 2 juz with 5 students and 5 juz with 5 students. Increased interest in memorizing the Qur`an due to changes in school principals and changes to the tahfidz al-Quran curriculum. The change in the tahfid curriculum which was previously a regular program became a tahkosus program. With the takhosus program, students can focus more on memorizing the Qur`an, so that students become more active in memorizing the Quran.

Analysis of the medical record workload is very necessary in improving health services in a hospital. This aims to determine which workloads need to be streamlined. In addition, with the analysis or measurement of workloads, scientific evidence-based decision making can be made. Seeing the large role of medical records in health services in hospitals, it is necessary what things are needed to improve the best quality in medical record installations. The purpose of this study was to determine the need for medical record personnel based on the workload in the filling section of Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach with a population of 4 medical record officers. The place where the research was conducted was at Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan because the hospital had problems regarding work requirements in the filling section.

Qirati Method: Unlocking Student Motivation and Controversy of Closing Educational Institutions Imam Tabroni; Muhamad Dika Pransah; Teguh Agus Wahyudi

The purpose of this research is to increase children's interest in learning the Qur'an at TPA al-Muhajirin. This type of research is qualitative with a grounded theory design. The resource persons in this study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques were intensive and in-depth information search through interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis by formulating data variations with triangulation. Data interpretation uses the author's arguments through the literature. The results of the study found that the factors causing a decrease in children's interest in learning the Qur'an at TPQ Rumah Tahfizh al-Muhajirin were declining student health and fatigue, lack of support from parents, unpleasant school programs, influential colleagues, divided by IT development, and incompetent teachers. While there is no solution to the factors causing the decline in children's interest in learning the Qur'an at TPQ, because TPQ has stated that in the coming year TPQ will close from various considerations. The recommendation is to increase teacher competence with the qiroati method so that interest in learning the Qur'an can be developed.
