Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of safety, comfort and efficiency between various modes of transportation and the criteria for assessing are integration of payment systems, suitability of schedules, transit facilities, and completeness of information. Each criterion is identified, where these criteria can be measured quantitatively through primary and secondary data collection. In this study, an evaluation of the integration of KRL Commuter line, Airport Train and Transjakarta was carried out which is located at Manggarai Central Station. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to evaluate 4 criteria, with the calculation results showing the order of assessment criteria starting from the highest, namely the payment system with a value of 0.434285562, transit facilities with a value of 0.262313003, schedule suitability with a value of 0, 165718117 and completeness of information with a value of 0.156162323. Based on the results of this assessment, the KRL Commuter line integration service with the Airport and Transjakarta Trains at Manggarai Central Station can be used as a reference for other stations to achieve minimum service standards for intermodal integration.

Abstract

The implementation of construction work is sometimes not according to the predetermined plan, such as an increase in implementation time which results in the project being late, if there are signs of a delay in a work an alternative can be done immediately to speed up the time so that the project can be carried out as previously planned. The research carried out aims to analyze the optimum time and cost of the Grand Heaven Jakarta Funeral Home Elevator Extension Structure Development project after acceleration. This research implements the method through increasing the number of working hours and employees known as time cost trade off analysis or analysis of the exchange of time and costs. The procedure is through reducing the duration of work that has been planned previously which occupies the critical path section with the aim of obtaining benefits both in terms of cost and project time. This is intended to speed up the project completion time.

Abstract

To plan a project budget, the estimator must have clear and economical method guidelines. The benefits obtained by an Estimator depend on his skills in making cost estimates. If the price bid submitted in the auction process is too high, it is likely that the Estimator will suffer a loss. On the other hand, if you win an auction at a price that is too low, you will experience difficulties in the future. Therefore, cost estimates play an important role in project implementation to plan and control resources such as materials, labor, services and time. In Indonesia, there are methods for planning the unit price of project budget costs, namely BOW (Burgelijke Openbare Werken), SNI 2008 and AHSP 2021. Contractors generally make bid prices based on analysis that is not entirely guided by BOW (Burgelijke Openbare Werken) analysis, SNI 2008 and AHSP 2021 Contractors are more inclined to calculate the unit price of work based on their own analysis based on previous experience in completing a construction job. This study aims to find out what method is the most economical and to be a reference for estimators planning construction costs using the method that applies in Indonesia, not using the method that is self-analyzed.

Abstract

The growth of the city of Pekanbaru as one of the big cities in Indonesia can be said to be quite rapid, but the growth of this city has not been matched by the growth of green open spaces. The University of Riau also contributes to developing a green campus environment, one of which is the construction of the Science Park Public Open Space. But unfortunately this RTP is still less attractive to the local community. This study aims to determine the physical quality of RTP Science Park with the scoring method. The initial stage was a literature study, followed by field observations in the form of identification of the physical quality of the RTP, which was then given an assessment of each aspect. The results of the study show that the access variable has a very good value while the other variables have a bad value so that it requires changes/addition which will later be given recommendations to improve the quality of the RTP.

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) plays an important role in the ecosystem and balance for both living things and the surrounding environment. The condition of the planning site that extends north to south is in the middle of a housing complex. The planned facilities include a playground, watersplash plaza, children's pool, seating corner, gazebo, community garden, tropical pocket park and tropical striping park, veranda walkway. With the concept of "Tropical Community Escape" certainly helps strengthen the function of the design as an area that accommodates recreational, sports, social and cultural activities. From the design that has been made in general it has filled about 60% more of the area that can absorb water with the selection of the right material and reducing water-resistant materials and the use of trees and shrubs in the design which can fulfill as catchment areas.
