Abstract

This research was conducted at BBPPMPV BOE Malang, a government institution that provides education and training to vocational high school teachers in the field of technology in the eastern region of Indonesia. Since 1986, they have developed the simdiklat application to manage administrative data using the Single Entry Multi Output concept. The objective is to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, service quality, and user satisfaction. The research population consisted of 40 simdiklat users, and the entire population was taken as the sample. The analysis was conducted using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The findings indicate that the implementation of simdiklat plays a significant role in improving user satisfaction among employees of BBPPMPV BOE Malang.

Abstract

This research focuses on community participation in implementing development in the Panamas Village, Selat District, Kapuas Regency. This study is designed to measure the level of participation, understand the factors that encourage and inhibit participation, and provide recommendations for increasing community involvement in development. The research methodology was carried out through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with various stakeholders. The research results show that the level of community participation in the development process still varies, with some segments of society being more active than others. Factors influencing this include knowledge of the development project, access to information, trust in local government, and capacity to participate. The study notes that increased communication and transparency, as well as community empowerment through education and training, can be effective strategies to deepen community participation. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the local government and civil society organizations in efforts to increase community participation in development in the Panamas Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the demographic characteristics and reasons for Progestin Subdermal Implant (PSI) use among selected women in Central Luzon, Philippines. The study used descriptive-correlation research on 75 volunteer women using purposive sampling. The study observed significant differences in age, occupation, educational attainment, number of living children, type of family planning used before PSI use, reasons for practicing family planning, type of birth delivery, and plan to have another baby. Lastly, significant relationships were found in the same demographic characteristics and reason for the PSI use. The study concluded that there exists variation in the use of PSI and association for the benefit of PSI among the respondents.

Abstract

Language errors are caused by deviations from language rules. There are language rules in communication that must be considered. This study is a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, as well as activities related to reading, storing and processing research materials from journals and books on the internet, as well as textbooks related to the study of morphology.errors. in Student Speeches. and communication style. All data must be matched to the identified research topic to be collected. To adapt to a new area, most students from outside the area use Indonesian to facilitate communication. This is one solution to avoid understanding caused by cultural differences between UIN Sumut Medan students.

Abstract

West Java Province is currently holding a program of eliminating fines and discounting vehicle taxes, which were carried out in the context of economic recovery by the government after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine how much influence the bleaching program planned by the government has on motor vehicle tax compliance. This is an attempt by the local government to attract motor vehicle tax revenue by providing local tax relief and exemption (bleaching). The research design used is quantitative research with survey methods, the population is motorized vehicle taxpayers in the PPPD Sukabumi 1 Cibadak Regency, namely as many as 369,165 people with samples taken are 100 motorized vehicle taxpayers with the sampling used is a simple technique random sampling. The results of the study show that the program for the cancellation of tax fines, the exemption of transfer fees, and the 5th year motor vehicle tax arrears exemption simultaneously have a significant effect. Partially, it shows that the program for the elimination of tax fines, exemption from transfer fees, and the 5th year motor vehicle tax arrears exemption has a significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the increased understanding of integrating religious values in Biology Learning at the SMA/MA level in Jambi Province. In this study, 31 biology teachers at the MA level were involved with the classification of five male teachers and 26 female teachers as respondents in Jambi province using a closed questionnaire. Based on the results of the questionnaire that the researchers distributed to 31 respondents, the results obtained were 1) The percentage of effort in the learning process that could be integrated with religious values was 90.3% 2) The percentage of learning difficulties integrated with religious values tended to be religious values themselves by 8.1%; 3) The percentage of integrating religious values with science is carried out simultaneously at 54.8%; 4) The percentage of integrating religious values needs special guidance of 67.7%; 5) The percentage of integration of religious values with science is believed to be able to instill religious character by 93.5%; 6) ) The percentage of integration of religious values with science is believed to be able to deepen understanding of science by 87.1%; 7) The percentage of integration of religious values with science is believed to be able to expand understanding of science by 90.3%; 8) The percentage of integration of religious values with science is believed to strengthen faith in their religion by 93.5%. Based on these data it can be concluded that the integration of religious values requires specific guidelines so that they can be used to guide the process of integrative learning of religious values, which are useful for deepening and broadening students' understanding of science.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth, viral marketing, halal certification, and brand image on purchasing decisions of Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. The independent variables in this study consisted of electronic word of mouth, viral marketing, halal certification, and brand image as well as the decision to purchase Mixue Ice Cream & Tea as the dependent variable. This study used 365 respondents. Data collection was carried out in this study using a questionnaire distribution technique containing several statements and questions which were arranged systematically. With the data collection model, spread online questionnaires using the Google Form. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources and use SmartPLS version 4 for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth, viral marketing, and halal certification have an influence on the decision to purchase Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Meanwhile, brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions of Mixue Ice Cream & Tea.

Abstract

A guest's decision to stay is an important factor in the hospitality industry, and a decrease in the decision to stay can have an impact on room occupancy rates. Potential guests will consider various factors before deciding to make a purchase, and purchase intention will arise before they make a decision. One of the factors that can influence purchase intention is celebrity endorsement, which is utilizing celebrity figures. This study aims to determine how celebrity endorsement affects room purchase interest through Instagram social media at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. The population of this study are Instagram social media users with the criteria, namely people who have an Instagram social media account and have seen The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali using celebrity endorsement on Instagram social media. The sample size used in this study was 100 respondents. The questionnaire was distributed online via google form. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linier regression test, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination test. The results stated that there is a significant influence partially or simultaneously (together) between visibility, credibility, attraction and power owned by celebrity endorsement on room purchase interest through Instagram social media at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. Overall, celebrity endorsement has a contribution to influence purchase intention by 52% in the moderate / moderate category, while the remaining 48% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, namely online customer review and price.

Abstract

Financial reports are one of the main keys for a company to find out how well the company carries out its business activities, of course the main purpose of financial reports is to track the income realized by the company, therefore financial reports are an important thing that must be owned and must be monitored in order to improve the company's financial performance so that even better. The aim of this research is to determine the development of items on the balance sheet and profit and loss as well as financial performance at the Grand Cempaka Resort & Convention for the 2018-2021 period. To find out the results of this problem, researchers used a quantitative descriptive research system, namely the common size analysis technique. The results of this research conclude that the company is experiencing instability in its financial performance which we can see from the results of the common size analysis calculations on balance sheet and profit and loss items during the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, (2) The influence of compensation on job satisfaction, (3) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (4) The influence of compensation on employee performance, (5) The influence Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (6) The Influence of Organizational Culture by Intervening Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (7) The Effect of Compensation by Intervening Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The data analysis model used is path analysis with associative quantitative research methods, namely a population of 100 and a sample of 80. The research results show that (1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, ( 3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) Compensation has an insignificant effect on employee performance, (5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) Organizational culture with intervening job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (7) Compensation by intervening job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
