Abstract

Financial reports are one of the main keys for a company to find out how well the company carries out its business activities, of course the main purpose of financial reports is to track the income realized by the company, therefore financial reports are an important thing that must be owned and must be monitored in order to improve the company's financial performance so that even better. The aim of this research is to determine the development of items on the balance sheet and profit and loss as well as financial performance at the Grand Cempaka Resort & Convention for the 2018-2021 period. To find out the results of this problem, researchers used a quantitative descriptive research system, namely the common size analysis technique. The results of this research conclude that the company is experiencing instability in its financial performance which we can see from the results of the common size analysis calculations on balance sheet and profit and loss items during the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, (2) The influence of compensation on job satisfaction, (3) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (4) The influence of compensation on employee performance, (5) The influence Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (6) The Influence of Organizational Culture by Intervening Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (7) The Effect of Compensation by Intervening Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The data analysis model used is path analysis with associative quantitative research methods, namely a population of 100 and a sample of 80. The research results show that (1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, ( 3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) Compensation has an insignificant effect on employee performance, (5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) Organizational culture with intervening job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (7) Compensation by intervening job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Online marketing has increased drastically triggered by the implementation of Work from Home policies that limit offline marketing activities. Gerai Nusantara has also been using Instagram to increase the marketing of indigenous products. This study aims to conduct a SWOT analysis of Instagram social media @Gerainusantara_aman which is interesting as a marketing communication of indigenous people's products. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a SWOT analysis of internal factors (Weaknesses, Strengths) and external factors (Opportunities, Threats) from Instagram @Gerainusantara_aman. The results of this study show that Instagram @Gerainusantara_aman has a strength value smaller than the weakness value with a difference in value (-) 0.06, and an opportunity value smaller than the threat value with a difference in value (-) 0.08. The Instagram content posting strategy @Gerainusantara_aman is in the position of WT / Diversification strategy, which is to minimize existing weaknesses and avoid threats.

Abstract

The number of hypertension sufferers continues to increase, with East Kalimantan ranking 3rd highest in Indonesia. Pasundan Community Health Center, Samarinda City ranks second in terms of prevalence. Hypertension is influenced by factors that can and cannot be changed, including knowledge and nutritional status. Knowledge and nutritional status can influence blood pressure and its control measures. The research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about hypertension and nutritional status with blood pressure control at the Pasundan Community Health Center. The research was carried out in March-April 2023. There were 53 respondents. Data collection was carried out by anthropometric measurements and interviews to fill out the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square with α<0.05. The results of the study showed that the p-value was 0.000 (α<0.05), meaning that there was a relationship between knowledge about hypertension and nutritional status and blood pressure control.

Abstract

Health is the main key to improving performance. Nutritional intake affects health and physical ability to carry out tasks. Motivation is the main driver of carrying out tasks with high enthusiasm. This research aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional intake and work motivation with the performance of employees at PT. Pancaran Samudera Shipyard. The method used was cross-sectional with 40 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through 2 x 24 hour food recall interviews for nutritional intake, work motivation questionnaires, and performance assessments with KPI scores. The results show that there is a relationship between energy intake, carbohydrate intake, and work motivation with employee performance. However, there was no significant relationship between protein and fat intake and performance. So it can be concluded that energy intake, carbohydrates and work motivation are related to employee performance.
