Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk mempertahankan posisi adalah memenuhi kepuasan dalam konteks bisnis ke bisnis dan membangun hubungan pembeli - pemasok. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam konteks bisnis ke bisnis dan membangun hubungan pembeli- pemasok. Paper ini bertujuan mengimplementasi model supplier relationship performance measurement komprehensif dengan prespektif pemasok dan prespektif pembeli. Model SRPM diimplementasi untuk memudahkan perusahaan mengukur kinerja hubungan pemasok-pembeli dengan metode Analitycal Hirarchy Process (AHP). Hasil yang didapatkan pada total nilai akhir dari hubungan pemasok-pembeli memiliki nilai 4 dan dilakukan pemetaan dengan masuk pada matriks buyer- supplier satisfied.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in most developing countries. In line with emerging markets, this is the right time for the empowerment of SMEs in the Halal Industry as it not only contributes to the growth of the national economy but most significantly is the way forward to create jobs for students who graduate from Halal knowledge. It was found that SMEs can develop, promote and maintain their business in the global halal market if the business excellence model can be adopted as a way to improve their SME business. Halal SMEs should be designed in line with the “business excellence concept” and “benchmark concept”. Abstract

In facing competition in the current era of globalization, one of the efforts made by the company is to increase the productivity of its employees. This study aims to analyze the workload of workers at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan Branch in the spare part warehouse section. The workload analysis method with work sampling is used to collect work and idle data from employees in the spare part warehouse. From the calculation results, the workload in shift-1 is quite high, while in shift-2 and shift-3 it is still not high enough so that it can still be optimized. The proposed improvement is to shift some of the work in shift-3 to shift-2 and eliminate employees in shift-3 by turning on other employees whose work locations are closest and allow them to handle work in the spare parts warehouse in shift-3

Abstract

Data collected was data on workers’ injury complaints, photo data on work positions. The data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires, conducting analysis in terms of ergonomics consisting of the active involvement of workers in the process of indentifying risk factors in the workplace to choose the right solution for these problems, and measuring the dimensions of the workers’ bodies. Based on the results of the REBA score which received a score which received a score of 9, that there is a high potential risk of fatique or mechanical injury. To reduce this risk, several suggestions for improvement can be made such as analyzing the tasks that must be carried out by mechanics and looking for ways to reduce unnecessary physical loads. To find out the mechanics’ awareness of their health, after conducting interviews with the mechanics about their understanding of the mechanics’ health, they can then understand the importance of maintaining health, have healthy habits, and know the ways that can be done to maintain the health of the mechanics.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) is one of the companies tasked with implementing government policies in the field of services, provision and utilization of electricity, as well as supporting electricity businesses to the public. Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) is a power plant that uses a diesel engine as the prime mover, the engine as the prime mover, which functions to produce the mechanical energy needed to rotate the generator rotor to produce electricity. The SWD 1 engine at PLTD Tello has experienced several cases of problems that have an impact on the required electricity production. The purpose of this study is to determine the maintenance interval schedule for Werkspoor Diesel (SWD 1) on critical components that often experience damage, and determine the right maintenance strategy for these critical components. This research uses the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. The results of this study are a maintenance interval schedule based on a reliability centered maintenance (RCM) approach for critical components that experience failures, namely Cylinder Head with preventive maintenance intervals every 34.66 hours or every 4 times a day set on Monday and Thursday. And the strategy to reduce damage to the SWD 1 unit based on the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach regarding SWD 1 engine maintenance uses a preventive maintenance strategy where preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the schedule, then corrective maintenance or component replacement if it is seen that the condition is urgent to replace.

Abstract

Perkembangan hotel di Indonesia sangat pesat, khususnya di Batam. Langkah yang dilakukan untuk dapat mempertahankan eksistensi hotel di masa pandemi, sejak April 2020 HS Hotel Batam mengeluarkan kebijakan pemotongan jumlah karyawan sebagai strategi hotel menghadapi era kebiasaan baru. Dengan jumlah karyawan yang cukup, program pengembangan karir dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik. Penilaian maksimal dapat diberikan dengan melihat prestasi kerja yang diukur dari performance/kinerja karyawan dalam melakukan kegiatan operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi variabel pengembangan karir adalah 71.8% besarnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya sebesar 28.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel yang diamati. Maka kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di HS Hotel Batam pada masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Work-related disorders (musculoskeletal disorders/MSDs) are one of the most important health problems faced by ergonomics. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are the most common health-related diseases used today, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the ergonomics of the workload of physical workers in the production department based on the Reba method. The research method in research using descriptive method. The object of this research focuses on workers in the production sector. The results of the analysis show that evaluating the workload of workers when carrying out the chair production process results for all activities have a risk level of 7 with a moderate risk category. Activities that have a risk level of 7 with a moderate risk category require inspection and change. From the results of the evaluation, the proposed improvements that need to be made are by adding ergonomic work facilities and recommendations for safe work postures for workers.

Abstract

Product development is a strategy and process carried out by companies in developing products, improving old products, or increasing the use of products to existing market segments with the assumption that consumers want new elements about the product. The aim of this research is to develop a good packaging design for carrageenan products using the Kano method. The method used in this study is the procedure for customer assistance for the development of cardboard packaging designs using the Kano method. The results of the research on the application of the canoe model and the two attributes fall into the Attractive category, so the packaging produced in this study is packaging made of aluminum foil, has a box shape, weighing 250 grams. Based on the priority of consumer needs to increase consumer satisfaction with packaging.
