Abstract

Zakat, infaq and almsgiving is one of the worship in Islam to seek pleasure from Allah SWT. In Islam besides worshiping zakat, infaq and almsgiving are also effective solutions for poverty alleviation. Therefore a zakat, infaq and alms management body is needed which has a good management mechanism and has an optimal role in efforts to improve the economy in the community. LAZISNU Metro City was formed in order to maximize the management of zakat and maximize the increase in the economy of the community in Metro City. The results of this study indicate that the zakat management mechanism that exists in LAZISNU Metro City is quite good, but there are still some parts that are not maximal due to the obstacles faced. The role of zakat, infaq and almsgiving in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Metro City runs in the form of consumptive assistance and productive assistance. The implementation is carried out based on Islamic law and the Law. Therefore LAZISNU Metro City needs to continue to evaluate in order to achieve a maximum role in an effort to improve the economy of the community in Metro City.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country oriented to the democratic system. As stated in the 1945 Constitution Article 1 Paragraph (2) which states "Sovereignty is in the hands of the people and carried out according to the Constitution." 2019 is a political year. Soon the Indonesian people will hold a democratic party for the umpteenth time. The rise of Negative Campaigns and Black Campaigns is unavoidable ahead of general elections in Indonesia. The emergence of a black campaign became a reflection of the dilapidated morale of the Indonesian people today. It cannot be denied that black campaign has a very bad impact on the political education of the Indonesian people. The phenomenon that occurs is SARA participation in politics. Where we know that Indonesia has pluralism, we not only have one religion, culture, and tribe. Religious issues may be familiar to the public ahead of the 2019 presidential election, which raises some perspectives and assumptions that they are a form of religious politicization, embodiment of religious values ​​in politics, and the opinion of the khilafah government system in Indonesia. Differences of opinion must always exist amid a pluralistic society. The differences and diversity that exist in Indonesia can lead to conflict and division if not addressed wisely. Conversely, plurality can be an adhesive in society if it is able to be managed properly without uniformity. Therefore, ahead of the 2019 Presidential Election, the public is expected to be able to filter all the news obtained, whether the campaign used is included in the negative campaign or is it a black campaign? It is hoped that free and fair democratic parties can be realized in the upcoming 2019 Presidential Election, so that it can maintain harmony in the life of the nation and state. The community must be clever in digesting the information that is obtained and it is hoped that it will not be easily provoked for the integrity of the nation.

Abstract

Niqab merupakan bagian dari salah satu jenis pakaian yang digunakan oleh sebagian perempuan di masa Jahiliyyah. Kemudian model pakaian ini berlangsung hingga masa Islam. Nabi Muhammad saw. tidak mempermasalahkan model pakaian tersebut, tetapi tidak sampai mewajibkan, menghimbau ataupun menyunahkan niqab kepada perempuan. Andaikan niqab dipersepsikan sebagai pakaian yang dapat menjaga marwah perempuan dan “wasilah” untuk menjaga keberlangsungan hidup mereka sebagaimana klaim sejumlah pihak niscaya Nabi Muhammad saw. akan mewajibkannya kepada isteri-isterinya yang dimana mereka (isteri-isteri Nabi) adalah keluarga yang paling berhak untuk dijaga oleh Nabi. Namun justru Nabi tidak melalukannya. Juga tidak berlaku bagi sahabat-sahabat perempuan Nabi. Niqab atau cadar hanyalah bagian dari pakaian yang dikenakan oleh sebagian perempuan Arab dari baik Pra Islam (sebagaimana penjelasan di atas) maupun setelahnya. Tidak ada perintah khusus mengenai pakaian ini, baik kewajiban maupun kesunahannya.

Abstract

Marriage is a unique event because marriage is a way of gluing the knot of a family. Sociologically, the Bugis Pinrang community is obedient and obedient to the law. However, the application of marriage records has not been carried out optimally. Because there are still some couples who have not registered their marriages. This habit is proof that the legal culture has not been built to its full potential. Non-recorded marriages will have a legal impact on the child and wife. Unregistered marriages should need legal protection, not to be left without providing a solution. The form of protection was outlined in technical form by providing an opportunity to carry out the marriage certificate on the marriage which had been carried out according to the Islamic Shari'a, but was not recorded by authorized employees. Marriage rules are intended for certain things as contained in article 7 paragraph (3) KHI. The existence of this Article provides legal protection by giving the opportunity to submit a marriage certificate application. So that marriages that have not been recorded, can be recorded and recognized administratively, so that they become marriages that are formal or legal juridically.

Abstract

Human who has common sense and perfect mind, want to look attractive, whether Islamic or social norms prevailing in general society. Indonesian society which predominantly Islam, should understand how to dress decently according to their teachings. But, lately, there are found many muslimah do not dress with the rules and the teachings of Islamic religion. Good dressing habits should be instilled early to sake muslimah toda accustomed by syariah dressing and to make islamic dress code entrenched in society. The focus of this article is to know about the prosedure and etiquette of a Muslimah‘s dressing according to shariah. This study take a conclusion that In brief, through the lenses of The Prophet’s hadiths, Muslimah should cover every parts of their bodies except for their face and palms of their hands, dress up loosely, avoid dressing similarly with males, avoid dressing up excessively that attracts attention and shows arrogance.

Abstract

In Islamic law, wearing headscarves is obligatory for Muslim women. Each use is based on several motivations, one of them is worship as the main motivation. Based on the command of al-Qur’an dan sunnah, the implementation is worth worship. Headscarves are in their real positionthat has been legitimized, also as honor and glory not to bring down humanity and reduce dignity, precisely for policewomen can add energetic, professional in the ministry, and continue to serve well.Kapolri regulations regarding headscarves are only permissible not be a necessity that is adhered to within the scope of the police. From the policy it was assessed that policewomen wearing headscarves were based on the awareness of individuals had specifications of reasons as religious orders, moreover there is no intervention and coercion from any other party and then reasons for wearing the headscrarf followed by other motivations.

Abstract

Every child born into the world attaches to Human Rights. The state itself guarantees these rights, including children’s rights. Human rights to children are characterized by the guarantee of protection and fulfillment of children’s rights by the state. Maintenance of legal children is mandatory, because children who still need this care will get danger if they don’t get maintenance and care. In UU No. 35/2014 concerning Child Protection, in the Islamic view how Islamic provisions view it as a product of state law that doesn’t conflict with Shari’ah. The researcher was very interested in conducting this research to find out the effectiveness of the child protection law in relation to legal protection for children victims of violence perpetrated by parents. In this study it was found that, protection of children in the community in Sibolga Regency was in accordance with Maqashid Syariah such as: protection of religion, parents gave the right of religious education to their children; protection of the soul, parents are very concerned about their children, protection of reason, parents keep their minds by giving education to their children as intellectuality can develop; protection against nasab and protection of property, parents provide a living for their children and parents are able to control their children’s activities.

Abstract

This study discussed the public`s perception towards the consciousness of muzakki to paying zakaah in Pinrang Regency. This research objectivewas to know the public perception towards the muzakki`sconsciousness in paying zakaah. This research founded some results as follow: First, the National Zakat Agency of Pinrang Regency has more hard-wired and fairness program according to utilizing of zakaah resource, such as optimal planning and collecting, effective distributing, as well as accountability reporting. Second, the Public perception on a determinant consciousness of muzakki to pay zakaah was more determinate by some results as follows; the religiosity behavior of worship, the Muzakki`s literacy on zakaah obligation, the economic income or wealth factor of Muslim society, the Local Government`s regulation and Muslim Scholar`s role on zakaah literacy, as well as the credibility of National Zakat Agency

Abstract

The research about the understanding of the Baranti Districk community on hoaxes the social media perspective of islamic law. Based on the main sources of islamic teachings, namely the Qur'an, hadist, and the result of the Ulama's Fatwa about hoaxes. In general, the Baranti distric community of Sidrap said reader on the social media intelligent and wise, this is based with understanding and knowledge of their depth of hoaxes spread on social media and how to recignize where the news hoax and where the news is true, and how to anticipate when the receive hoaxes any time become a communication for holders of android phones in the Baranti Districk of Sidrap. Religious figures play an important role in providing an understanding of the dangers of hoaxes on social media, because the Ustadz or Dai is community figure who is trusted by the community.
