Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia which is relatively stable in recent years plays a role in the development of the commercial business sector. It is followed by increasing demand of commercial space.The capital of East Java, Surabaya, is predicted to experience a property boom in 2017 based on the condition of demand, supply, and prices that continue to climb up. Commercial projects that are expected to be completed in 2015 itself was dominated by the hotel sector. Rivalry in the hotel business is going to be tougher and more competitive. Vasa Hotel is a five-star hotel. Vasa Hotel will be operated in mid 2015 and is located in a strategic location for commercial business, specifically at Jalan HR. Muhammad 209.It has branding as a luxury hotel. Lobby area plays an important role.Lobby gives an overall picture of the hotel and staff service performanceto visitors. In the interior design of the lobby area, the author applied the concept of vivacious and spacious. The concept application can be seen fromthe circulation setting andinterior elements that formed a dynamic as well as clear distinguishment of each area. Public spacesare open or have minimal wall to accommodate various types and activities of visitor, giving the impression of a spacious and luxurious lobby.

Abstract

Within the development of property in Indonesia, Makassar is one of the city with the fastest development in property. This development in property make a great support for the economical growth in Makassar for the recent years. The development property in Makassar increase significantly, one of the development that could be seen are the multi storey building like Apartment and hotel combined with shopping centre and restaurant. Also, this development are supported by the lifestyle change from the citizen that tend to follow the lifestyle of the citizen in the other big cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya. Royal Apartment is the first apartment in Makassar that is located in Topaz Raya, Panakukang Block where Panakukang Mas Block is one of the commercial area because Panakukang Mas is one of the elite area in Makassar and have easy access to the shopping centre and housing. Royal Apartment is the first apartment in Makassar with so much facility to offer like restaurant and fitness centre. For designing the public facilities of Royal Apartment, the concept offered are dynamic and fun. In line with the design’s characteristi, geometeric shapes is applied as to create a dynamic design of public facilities, while graphics is applied as to give the impression of fun design.

Abstract

Nowadays, business development is accelerating and advancing rapidly because of the supports from many parties, including the government. This advancement has both positive and negative impacts on our society. In the positive side, many of the younger generations emerged to create job opportunities for those who need them. Consequently, this new jobs help strengthen our nation’s economy. In the other hand, the rising businesses are not always linearly correlated to the increase of the quality of those businesses. The quality of a business is greatly affected by the brand identity and the quality of the interior design of the business itself. Therefore, we proudly present Devita Lee Interior Specialist to be the solution of those problems above.In relation with the excellence of the business offered, Natura Resort & Villa is the perfect study case to apply the mentioned service. From multiple researches and surveys, Natura Resort & Villa emphasized the value of body and soul retreat alongside with their vision, life that enlivens. This discourse becomes the base framework for the interior design applied to the lobby area, the restaurant, and one type of villa. The most prominent design application is from the modern natural design style. The natural style implements materials from nature such as wood, bamboo, and rock with their natural colors as the interior design elements. Moreover, the materials are obtained locally, which truly in accordance with life that enlivens. While the modern style comes from the geometric shapes of the design. The next application is shown from the natural tones: dark brown, light brown, cream, and soft green, as the color accents. The next application is the election of the static or dynamic shapes, which moves uniformly.

Abstract

The hotel business is a steadily growing business in Indonesia, especially in tourism cities. InBojonegoro, the hotel business is growing exponentially as the need for business facilities continue to grow over the past few years, mainly because of the Blok Cepu Project. The Blok Cepu Project is an area filled with oils and minerals which spans from Bojonegoro to Tuban – East Java. With this demand specifically situated in Bojonegoro, De Warna Hotel & Convention – a branch from it’s original hotel in Malang – would like to offer business hotel concept which serves a plethora facilities including café, convention room and pool as a form of leisure for hotel guests. With a colorful GSM (Graphic Standard Manual), De Warna Hotel & Convention would like to exude a cheerful ambience in the hotel in hopes of aspiring positives energy to all it’s visitors. As the interior consultant of De Warna Hotel & Convention, Audrey Interior Studio would like to present the concept of Harmony in Diversity in which the fusion of various colours, room functionalities, and intricate architecture would present a sense of harmony without exaggeration. Neutral colors were used as the base and GSM (Graphic Standard Manual) colours were applied to the furniture to further accentuate the room. As to highlight the local aspects of Bojonegoro, local thematic designs which were implemented as the café was designed to introduce Bojonegoro as an oil fields city to visitors especially expatriates.

Abstract

Nowadays, people find restaurant or cafe not just for the food. But now restaurant or cafe become a place for recreation, meeting and leisure places. NEST.CO.LOGY will be one of recommended place to eat and get different dining experiences. NEST.CO.LOGY become the ambassador restaurant for NEST’co the bistro. Both of them are located in Semarang. NEST.CO.LOGY will bring a new concept with exposed design and molecular gastronomy. NEST.CO.LOGY exposing many detail. From the building form, interior design, service and this restaurant will exposing the process to make the food and beverage with modern technic culinary, molecular gastronomy.Molecular gastronomy is a technic that investigate physical and chemical transformation on food making process. The purpose is to make a different taste and texture of food.The design for this project will based on concept and style of Nest’co the bistro and based on molecular gastronomy character. This bistro use semi-industrial style. And molecular gastronomy have light color, transparent, and dynamic form.

Abstract

The application of the customized handicraft in accordance with the needs of users will strengthen the interior of a room both commercial area and private area. The community desire to have private business in accordance with the development of the trend is there to be one of the establishment of GABs interior as a service company of the interior consultant that handle the area of public and private with application customized handicraft on each design as its value added.The application of customized handicraft which are succulent wall panels and artistic wall decor will be done to Rest-Art Cafe as thematic cafe with the theme of the warehouse. The election of furniture and interior accessories are also making the visitors look like being in the warehouse. Cafe is also equipped with open kitchen area that make visitors can watch the making of molecular gastronomy dessert that is become the excellence of this cafe

Abstract

Along with the development era, Indonesia is experiencing growth in the field of economy and culture. One of the culture break from the Indonesian population lifestyle happens in holding an event. Business in the daily work does not allow them to plan their own events thus require assistance from other party organizer. This opportunity is one of the main reasons of Event Planner and Event Decoration thrive in big cities, and including in Semarang. As the capital and largest city in Central Java, Economy of Semarang city has attracted many investors to come and do some business. By relying on the captive market as well as the partner that has been built over the years Serotonin Event Planning And Decoration trying to participate in this entertainment world through decoration event as the main product. By targeting the high-end community in Semarang, Serotonin will focus on the highest segment in the economy class in Semarang. One of the regular events of this Event Decoration is the weddings and birthdays, therefore, this final project is designing three thematic concept which are chinese and traditional concept for wedding event and steampunk for birthday party. This even itself will be attended by a lot of people as guests so it takes marvelous decoration besides the event itself should not be boring as well. Serotonin will improving the requirement of design complexity for the events that are not faced by other Decoration Event that usually limited to the decoration itself, therefore this will be the main difference between Serotonin with other similar companies. Interior Architecture background also will affecting in design process from the design stage up to final design presentation that will be our distinctive characteristic.

Abstract

Population growth in the developing city led to increased business development one significant property business and have an impact on the interior business. Lifestyle is more developed and modern influence to the needs and demands of society. Increased property business and restaurant make people competing to be the best, one of the strategies are attracting consumers through interior design offered. Therefore, Kretyv Interior Consultants has a big oppurtunities as an interior consultant here that provide appropriate solutions to problems and consumer demand good quality work. Kretyv Interior Consultant will focus on residential projects because the number of residential and hospitality will increase each year. One way to reach customers is to renovate Alex’s Salon. Abstract

Cahaya’s retail an kopitiam is a design project of the interior and achitecture (building’s volume and facade). The retail store located in the first floor sells variety of merchandise and souvenirs.The store sell products of many kinds of food, clothings,and souvenirs made by the locals. Kopi tiam serves main course and light meal with strais chinese indonesian’s cuisine specialties. The target consumer of the retail and kopitiam comes from tourist and local people, that needs to shop for local merchandise and souvenirs. Basedon that facts and client’s wants the write than apply design’s concept that suits the brief, the concept is Explore Cahaya’s House of Heritage”. This concept offers warm welcome to the customer and brings out the historical value of Cahaya as retail that wase stablished since 1907 in Makassar by the ancestors.
