Abstract

This research to aim for analysis the importance service quality in service company, for the first in BPR. Currently, BPR is experiencing a slump due to the crisis of public confidence in utilizing banking products. This is due to the low quality of services implemented by BPR. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis where the research focuses on literature review. The results of this study indicate that service quality has an important role in increasing customer satisfaction, which continues to customer loyalty which is a sustainable advantage for BPR as measured by 5 dimensions of service quality

Abstract

Ketersediaan rantai pasokan penting bagi produktivitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi internasional. Meski telah diakui peranannya dalam menghadapi tantangan krisis virus corona, namun kontribusi penelitian rantai pasokan kurang tersedia. Tulisan ini menggunakan data pada beberapa negara untuk memastikan efek relatif dari berbagai aspek logistic rantai pasokan, termasuk kinerja logistik, serta kinerja input dan output logistik pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja logistik menghasilkan pertumbuhan positif dividen. Selanjutnya dimensi input dan output dari kinerja logistik memiliki efek yang positif dengan penelitian kuantitatif. Secara signifikan dampak pertumbuhan kinerja logistik bervariasi di seluruh negara dengan tingkat pertumbuhan berbeda. Implikasi bagi kebijakan publik sebagai tindakan untuk penanganan pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This analysis aims to analyze the profitability of PT. BPD Bali during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This analysis uses a different test of quantitative research. The data source uses the financial statements of the PT. BPD Bali bank before and also data during the pandemic. Different test paired sample t test is used in this study using SPSS software tools. The results of the analysis explain that there is no difference before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of the profitability of PT. BPD Bali. This means that the condition of profitability of PT. BPD Bali is classified as a healthy bank, judging by the analysis of the ROA ratio before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the ROA ability which was previously able to earn high profits experienced a not too large decrease so that sufficient profit could occur. higher than the assets it owns.

Abstract

Punia “donation” fund is a religious contribution of Hindus people which must be done sincerely. Accountability push the management for make the punia funds be accountable and transparent. This study aims to interpret the perspective of the Hindu community in Lombok related to the concept of punia “donation” funds. Based on the philosophy of tat twam asi. This study uses an in-depth interview approach with an interpretive paradigm. The results of this study there is a positive relationship related to community behavior in implementing the punia “donation” fund with the philosophy of tat twan asi adopted by Hindus. The financial report for pura could be accountable and transparent. The implication of this research are the accounting of management punia “donation” funds is more complex

Abstract

Tujuan dari tulisan ini yakni untuk menjelaskan dari segi ajaran kitab suci Weda yang erat kaitannya dengan dunia usaha. Kitab suci Weda dengan ajaran Tri Hita Karana dapat mewujudkan keseimbangan dan kehidupan ini. Dalam berwirausaha Tri Hita Karana mengajarkan seseorang untuk dapat membedakan perbuatan baik dan perbuatan yang tidak seharusnya dilakukan oleh seorang wirausaha, dengan perbuatan baik tersebut maka keharmonisan, saling menghargai dan menghormati akan tercipta. Hubungan baik tersebut seorang wirausaha akan mampu menjalin relasi yang saling menguntungkan satu sama lainnya, melalui etika yang diajarkan dalam Tri Hita Karana mampu mewujudkan hubungan yang baik sehingga kesejahteraan dapat dicapai.
