Ad-DA’WAH: Dakwah dan Komunikasi Islam
Ad-DA’WAH adalah jurnal akses terbuka yang menerbitkan hasil penelitian berfokus pada dakwah dan ilmu-ilmu keislaman dengan lingkup mencakup: 1. Materi dakwah (māddah al-da’wah) yang meliputi bidang akidah, syariah (ibadah dan mu’amalah) dan Akhlak; dakwah dan politik, Pendidikan Islam, ekonomi dan sosial budaya 2. Kajian tentang Subjek dan obyek Dakwah (dā’i wa mad’u); 3. Penelitian metode dakwah (thāriqoh al-da’wah) dan penerapan dan evaluasinya; 4. Strategi dan tujuan (maqāshid al-da’wah). 5. Media dan komunikasi dakwah (wasīlah al-da’wah), retorika, penyiaran (broadcasting) dan jurnalisme, public relation. 6. Manajemen dan organisasi dakwah, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat (development of Islamic society).

<![CDATA[Selain memiliki keunggulan, sekolah berasrama (boarding school) masih terus menyisakan permasalahan. Sejumlah problematika seperti faktor ideologi yang tidak jelas, dikotonomi pengajar dan pembina asrama, dan acuan kurikulum. Artikel ini berupaya untuk menjelaskan upaya rekonstruksi peran sekolah berasrama dalam Pendidikan agama di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan sepenuhnya adalah kajian literatur. Hasil penting dari penelitian ini menunjukkan peran penting dan strategis boarding school dalam pembentukan akhlak yang paripurna, dan kurikum yang memadukan kurikulum pesantren dengan sekolah umum. Berbagai kelemahan-kelamahan yang muncul perlu diatasi agar menjadi lebih baik dalam memberikan kontribusi bagi bangsa dan agama.]]>

<![CDATA[Fokus artikel ini adalah mencermati permasalahan penerapan Maqasid syariah dalam bisnis ritel syariah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana penerapan prinsip Maqasid syariah pada Ritel 212 Mart sehingga dapat diketahui apakah penerapan Maqasid syariah dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh retail syariah . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan variable mandiri Maqasid syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima tujuan dalam Maqasid syariah dapat berjalan sesuai apa yang diharapkan dan tidak ditemui adanya hal yang menyimpang dalam pelaksanaanya. Ritel 212 dapat dijadikan sebagai contoh penerapan prinsip Islam dalam kehidupan yang sesuai dengan tujuan (maqashid) syariah.]]>

<![CDATA[The variety of teaching methods for recognizing the letters of the Qur'an in Indonesia is a development of the parent method, namely Baghdadiy. Generally, the development of this method offers a practical way of teaching and short learning duration. Unfortunately, this results in the loss of the letter recognition process perfectly, because the letters have certain detailed characters, so that students feel they have completely mastered how to read the Qur'an. Another problem is that textbooks of teaching materials that are applied can sometimes be used without having to go through the development agency, so that teachers do not carry out the learning process according to the official procedures of the method development institution. This development is still focused on how to read, not on the ability to write, and enter the spirit of the Qur'an. As a textbook, the early generations of Baghdadiy contained a systematic learning method, requiring only a few touches and instructions for use. The additions needed are advanced competencies, namely writing and understanding.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is to analyze the focus of the problem on the application of operational principles, implementation of basic concepts, and legal construction in the contract/mudharabah financing contract and musharakah syirkatul milk in the sharia banking system. So that it can be seen whether the application of the two contracts above is applied in accordance with its provisions. This study uses qualitative methods with normative and empirical juridical research types and is descriptive in nature which describes the applicable laws and regulations which are then linked to legal theories in the implementation of mudharabah and musyarakah syirkatul milk financing. The results of the research are from (1) The application of the operating principle of profit sharing in mudharabah financing refers to the agreement between the Bank as shahibul maal and the manager (mudharib) while Musyarakah syirkatul milk financing, namely the bank unionizes with the customer/partner for the purchase of land and building houses, so that the proportion of profits refers to capital based on a balance (2) Mudharabah financing in sharia banking products is a cooperation partner between the Muamalat Islamic Bank and the fund manager (mudharib), namely the Bank prepares capital for the manager (mudharib) to to finance a business/project in which the profits from the said business are divided based on an agreement between the Bank as shahibul mal and the manager as mudharib; Meanwhile, Musyarakah Syirkatul Milk financing is partnership financing in a partnership to buy goods/assets in the form of house ownership between the bank and its customers/partners who each prepare capital. (3) Legal construction of aqad/murabah financing contract and Musyarakah Syirkatul Milk in the Islamic banking system. 'ah refers to the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council which is then explained through the sharia principles contained in the legislation. <![CDATA[Da'wah is the responsibility of every individual Muslim to appeal to the community using effective means and media. This essay aims to provide light on the function of rhetoric in the evolution of da'wah. The approach employed is a review of the literature (library research). This article reinforces the notion that the usage of da'wah media varies by community. Several variables impact the disparity in knowledge levels, including social, cultural, and environmental influences. Rhetoric, as a practical science for influencing others via spoken words, either verbally or in writing, may be utilized to help the missionary mission successful.]]>

<![CDATA[Near death experience (NDE) is an experience that occurs related to death or the perception that death is coming. NDE can be caused by accidents, dreams, stress, sudden lack of oxygen, brain stimulation and coma. This study aims to understand the relationship between NDE events in an Islamic perspective. The data collection method is library study from journals, books, internet, documentation and libraries. NDE is a condition in which the patient has not yet died. Patients with NDE experience anomalies in the nervous system, abnormalities or disturbances in the results of scanning performed by a neurologist or neuroscientist. NDE in the Islamic perspective believes that every individual at the right time will experience death. Suspended death in Hadith Qudsi is defined as a door that connects the world and the hereafter. The principle of suspended animation is the same as for people who are sleeping, namely the spirit is likened to a rope that has two ends tied to the body. If one end of the rope is separated from the body, it allows humans to float or it is called a dream / suspended animation. Therefore, discussing NDE in an Islamic perspective, it is necessary to have a deeper understanding so that Muslims can understand the definition of death based on science and Islamic science so that it does not raise any doubts.]]>

<![CDATA[The corona virus epidemic, which will begin in 2020 and restrict a variety of human activities, is what spurred this research. The government's goal of prohibiting large crowds and gatherings of individuals in one area has led to several secondary issues, including marital affairs, which by their very nature must nonetheless take place. Going online is a viable choice if you want to be married without breaking any laws. Through this paper, we want to reveal how online marriage is during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of Islamic law. The method used in this research is normative law by examining the rules of Islamic law, positive law, and comparing them with existing problems. The results of this study indicate that the online marriage contract is in accordance with current Islamic law. So, in the view of Islamic law, distance separation is not the main problem, but the important thing from the same goals and thoughts in marriage.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning becomes challenging due to the insufficient knowledge transmission between teachers and pupils. Limitations, particularly in terms of the capacity to thoroughly explain science in relation to historical events, phenomena that may be utilized as lessons, and phenomena that can broaden students' understanding of science. Additionally, in order to carry out the teaching and learning process, instructors and students sometimes confront constraints on time and location. This essay makes an effort to explain interactive documentaries from the standpoint of new media as a phenomena of expanding educational demands. The research methodology utilized is a descriptive qualitative method, which uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. In line with the study's findings, learning challenges can be overcome by showing engaging and interactive documentaries tailored to the requirements of the students. This article demonstrates how the present innovation in documentary production is highly influenced by the growth of multimedia and internet technology.]]>
