Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decrease in the quality of education which has an impact on educational output and outcomes. Strategies and policies at the micro, meso, and macro levels are needed to improve the quality and performance of the education ecosystem in schools. Therefore National policies are important so that they become a common concern in responding to the declining quality of education in the new normal life with strategic regulations and policies that can form quality outputs that are met by stakeholders.Education is an asset of a nation, therefore special attention is needed in efforts to improve the quality of education. The government as the party that plays the most role in the world of education should always strive to continuously improve the quality of education in Indonesia with breakthroughs or new programs.Quality assurance can be applied in education (schools), where the school seems to be a separate system of context, input, process, output, outcome (short term impact and long term impact), where the focus of quality assurance lies on the input. Abstract

Islamic Education as a subsystem in National Education, has a strategic role to achieve the goals of National Education. In three decades, Islamic education has made a good contributionto education in Indonesia. As a consequence of an open attitude in management, to decide on an agreement in deliberation, everyone will be responsible and have a commitment to making the agreement. Efforts to implement Islamic education in accordance with our vision need several tactical methods. Islamic Education Councils such as Madrasahs must first change the management system. In this case, Madrasah leaders must have good vision, responsibility, knowledge, and managerial skills. Islamic education in Indonesia is a legacy of Islamic civilization and at the same time an asset for the development of national education. As a legacy, it is a historical mandate to be preserved and developed by Muslims from time to time. Meanwhile, as an asset, Islamic education spread across various regions opens up opportunities for the Indonesian people to organize and manage it, in accordance with the national education system.

Abstract

In its process, the National Education System (SNP) in the target quality of education serves leaning to positive values of social development in the community. This has become a necessity because the state has a great responsibility to direct the main concepts of education to a more mature and make the child the best education dimensionless generation of people in his life. This demand is undoubtedly switch to stakeholders in a more focused area that is College. In this framework the Universities largely responsible for providing instructional design good for students who join the educational units built. The studies on the formulation of the current curriculum design is necessarily directed to the contemporary frameworks formulated by the government. In terms of social values that want to be introduced to the world of education, should be realized by all practitioners in the development of education that education itself will be held accountable to the common values that thrive in the community. Abstract

Islamic education management always need a suitable new inovation with currebt development, so it can give more benefits. Islamic education system is a system that make Qur’an and Hadist as main resource which teach and guide people to get a better life in the world and hereafter. Madrasah as education organization has to adapt with global culture development, include management knowledge. Madrasah must implemented the management principles of islamic education in the organization that it manages. Base princip of islamiceducation which must to be considered to get the aim is implication and people characteristics, integrate, balance, universal and dynamic. Management principles of islamic education are include planning, organizing, giving mandate to profesional, appreciation, conflict management, and consistent.

Abstract

The teacher is asked to be able to create an atmosphere of learning that emphasizes the occurrence of active student learning through various activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of school culture toward teachers’ performance in State Islamic Elementary School in Metro City. This study uses a quantitative approach with nonexperimental design. The population in this study were teachers in the State Islamic Elementary Schools in Metro City. Based on teacher data and formulated using Slovin technique, The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Before the instrument is used, first tested the validity and reliability. Data collection techniques using test methods and data analysis techniques using correlation techniques. Based on the result of regresion test, score of school culture is as high as score of teacher’s performance. It menas that school culture gives positive effect to tescher’s performance. So, it can be concluded that school culture gives positif effect to teacher’s performance in state Islamic school of Metro.

Abstract

Islamic education is a system that involves all components of education that are interrelated in an integrated manner to achieve the goals of Islamic education. As a system, Islamic education consists of components that are functionally interrelated. If there is good cooperation between the components, the system will run or work optimally. For this reason, the preparation of planning and development of Islamic education needs to use a systems approach. The Islamic education system must be based on three main foundations, namely: a religious basis, a philosophical basis, and a scientific basis. The third base should be the main basis for the formulation of various components of education, including the formulation and development of the curriculum, as well as the management of institutions and the future of Islamic education.

Abstract

Basically, humans were created with the elements of intelligence. The learning objectives will work well, if educators can apply an intelligence either IQ, EQ, SQ from Allah SWT as a potential for humans that must be played in a balanced manner, but the fact that so far this intelligence is only dominated by IQ, without having to initiate or involve other intelligences EQ, SQ as an intelligence that really provides a great opportunity to be successful in society and the world of education, of course, because emotional intelligence is according to the results and research of psychologists and practitioners, they undergo and exemplify people who aresuccessful in the world of work, it turns out not only seen only IQ abilities, and an educator must be able to control his emotions and feelings with others, when empathizing and socializing, communicating, humanist so that he can take a lesson learned and meaningful in attitudes and actions. Abstract

The quality of knowledge of each individual depends on the experience that each individual has. There are two factors that affect a person's knowledge, namely the diversity of experience and experience that is used as a source of knowledge. Diversity of experience can be generated through varied activities, not fixated on a routine activity so that it will produce creative thinking. These varied activities are usually facilitated by the organization or company, such as training, workshops, seminars or activities that are other employee learning interventions. Experience that is used as a source of knowledge can be formed by an individual's commitment to want to learn when he gets an experience that will form knowledge. The knowledge contained in this process is tacit knowledge that must be disseminated or transferred so that each individual can further add or expand his or her inner knowledge. Abstract

To improve the quality of education, it is necessary to have a leadership pattern that empowers all members of the academic community. In other words, it can be said that the leadership model is an important factor in school administration because it refers to a phenomenon of one's ability to move, guide, and direct others in a collaboration. In practice, implementing quality leadership in managing schools often does not materialize. This is caused by a lack of leadership competence (leadership). The main problem faced by universities is the incompetence of leaders in leading universities. The low empowerment of human resources in the academic sphere is basically caused by unsystematic patterns of thinking, organizing, and analyzing education. many positions in universities are given to people who do not have sufficient expertise.
