Therapeutic communication is a communication process in the health sector carried out by nurses, midwives, doctors, psychiatrists, and psychologists. This communication pattern is a process to create a relationship between medical personnel and patients to find out and recognize the information needs of the patient so that it can then be directed to action plans and medical actions. This study aims to determine the implementation of therapeutic communication between therapists and Children with Special Needs Ex Learning difficulties in developing potential social skills at the Yamet Child Development Center Sukabumi; what are the factors that hinder therapeutic communication between therapists and Children with Special Needs Ex Learning difficulties ; and efforts that must be made in overcoming barriers to therapeutic communication for therapists in Children with Special Needs Ex Learning difficulties . The research method is qualitative with a case study approach. While the data sampling is done purposively and snowball, triangulation collection techniques, data analysis is inductive/qualitative. The results of the research on therapeutic communication between therapists and CSN ex Ld in developing the potential for social skills are going well, as can be seen from the response of children who are increasingly responsive to the direction and guidance of the therapist. The decreasing number of inhibiting factors in the implementation of therapeutic communication carried out by therapists for CSN ex Ld can be seen from the response of children who are increasingly starting to understand the guidance taught by the therapist. An increase in the effect of communication by the therapist on CSN ex Ld can be seen from how the ability and responsiveness of children increases in performing social skills.

Information and communication systems are interactions between data, humans and procedures that are supported by hardware, software, and braindware to provide a solution in the form of information that can be used to take a further decision, both short, medium and long term in an organization. With the existence of ICT will save costs in all aspects, labor, process, marketing, and managerial. This study aims to determine the application of ICT in the HU News Cianjur editorial office. The method used is participatory qualitative observation, the researcher acts as an observer and observes in order to observe things related to the main objectives of the study. The results showed that the editorial office of HU Berita Cianjur implemented modern and renewable ICT. This policy is to support the work process of all existing divisions, especially the editorial staff in terms of internet access which cannot be separated from the existing system and work procedures, especially the news distribution process from reporters to appearances. The results of preprinted products are sent to the printing company through supporting applications. Meanwhile, to regulate the regulation and distribution of news between desks, a server system is used using the main computer as a data center. In order to be able to connect between parties using the Local Areal Network (LAN) system, which is also used to transform company information, including the dissemination of policies or regulations. This step is part of the implementation of IT Governance, namely corporate governance that focuses on information technology systems as well as performance and risk management which includes computer resources. However, there are obstacles, namely the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The reason is that this infrastructure problem requires no small amount of money, so that the management is limited in allocating the budget for the development of this ICT-based infrastructure. Another obstacle is the inability of individuals to use it. The reason is, even though the communication facilities have been adequate with advanced technology, some have not been able to use them. In addition, obstacles from the application of ICT are also related to the individual's ability to communicate.

This study aims to determine the deliberation activities that can provide information on waste management at Cisaat Market, Kabupaten Sakabumi, market residents' deliberation activities that can instill confidence in the socialization of waste management, and to determine the trust of market residents in raising awareness of market cleanliness. The population is 865 people as market residents or traders. The sample selected was 87 people with the Probability Sampling sampling technique. The research method is quantitative to show the relationship between variables as well as reflect the type and number of problem formulations. There are two variables, namely the independent variable (x) = Community Deliberation Activities and the dependent variable (y) = Use of Socialization Media for Waste Management. While the data collection techniques through literature study, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the analysis of the description of the market residents' deliberation as an independent variable can be obtained by good criteria. This is based on the total score obtained from 87 respondents regarding the level of condition (how good) of the market citizen consultation variable (Vx) which is 3708. This figure is in good criteria. The results of the analysis of the description of the use of waste management socialization media at Cisaat Market, Sukabumi Regency based on the data on the number of scores obtained from 87 respondents about the level of condition (how good) of the variable using the waste management socialization media (Vy) which is 3834. This figure is in good criteria . The influence of market residents' deliberation on the use of socialization media for handling waste has a positive effect with the correlation coefficient number found to be 0.363 after being compared with the interpretation table of the correlation coefficient, namely the r count ranges from 0.20-0.399 so that it is categorized as low. After being calculated with the coefficient of determination formula, the contribution is 13.18%, while the remaining 86.82% is another factor that is not removed. Furthermore, the results of the significance test of the moment product correlation were found to have a relationship, and it applies to all respondents. This means that there is sufficient evidence to state that there is an influence of market residents' deliberation on the use of socialization media for handling waste at Cisaat Market, Sukabumi Regency, so that the hypothesis is accepted.

This study aims to determine the implementation of face-to-face communication carried out by the Rural PNPM Mandiri Activity Management Team, awareness of community self-help in the development of facilities and infrastructure, as well as to describe the effect of face-to-face communication by the Rural PNPM Mandiri activity management team on the awareness of community self-help in the development of facilities and infrastructure in rural areas. Dusun Kebon Kerep, Desa Darmareja, Kecamatan Nagrak, Kabupaten Sukabumi. This study uses the associative analysis method with a rating scale measurement and analysis using a continuum line. Meanwhile, to find the relationship between variables, the Pearson product moment correlation formula and the coefficient of determination formula are used. To find out the truth test of the correlation calculation, hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test formula. The research sample was 148 people from a total population of 2,790 people with a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. While the object of research is the community of Desa Darmareja which consists of village officials, PNPM actors, and the local community. The results of the study showed that TPK's face-to-face communication was in a fairly good category, with an average score of 3.1. Meanwhile, the awareness of community self-help in the development of facilities and infrastructure is categorized as quite good, with an average score of 3.2. There is an effect of face-to-face communication between the management team of PNPM Mandiri Rural activities on the awareness of community self-help in the development of facilities and infrastructure with a correlation value of 0.5343 (r count) greater than 0.159 (r table). The contribution of the influence of face-to-face communication on the awareness of self-help of the community is obtained by 28.55% while the remaining 71.45% is the influence of other factors. For hypothesis testing with the t-test formula with the calculation results of 9.036, the X variable has a significant effect on the Y variable because 9.036 (t count) is greater than 1.771 (t table), so there is a positive and significant effect of face-to-face communication on self-help awareness of the community. in the construction of facilities and infrastructure in Dusun Kebon Kerep, Desa Darmareja, Kecamatan Nagrak, Kabupaten Sukabumi.

The implementation of education is a shared responsibility, the government, the community, and parents. However, the implementation has not yet been agreed upon by the interested parties. Parents fully trust the school with the hope that their child will get a good education. Schools and families contribute to the achievement of the quality of education, and the quality of learning depends on the condition of the students' families. Learning achievement is the result of an educational system so that the level of success is determined and influenced by elements of the system, such as input input, input input, and environmental input. The factors that influence learning achievement are external and internal factors. However, the focus of the study in this research is external factors in the form of social and non-social factors. Social factors include the family environment including how to educate, home atmosphere, community, playmates, teachers and staff at school. This study aims to determine the effect of the intensity level of parent-student communication on the level of student achievement at MTs Al-Bazari Parungkuda Sukabumi. Sampling was carried out in a systematic random sampling so that a sample of 60 people was obtained from a population of 242 people. Collecting data by observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive statistics, quantitative and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the intensity level of parent-student communication had a positive and significant effect on the level of student achievement with the results of the regression equation obtained were = 5.429 + 0.0334x and the value of Fh = 5.410 which had a value of 0.024 which was smaller than = 0 ,05. This means that the regression model obtained is significant and can be used to estimate the value of y if x is known, and the value of the determinant R2 = 0.085 which means that there is an 8.5% variation in the level of student learning achievement influenced by the intensity level of parent-student communication.

Every individual in the organization is required to always interact with each other, be it communication from top to bottom or vice versa, as well as communication between others. That way, the flow of communication can be effective. In addition, the leadership role is very vital to direct, control, instruct and mobilize every member in the organization, so that the sustainability and goals of the organization can be fully achieved. This kind of communication climate can actually be created in all forms of organization, including government institutions, in this case the village office. Village government as a form of organization certainly cannot be separated from the communication activities carried out by the individuals in it. This study aims to determine organizational communication patterns in improving employee performance at the Gunung Jaya Village Office, organizational communication barriers, and communication strategies in improving employee performance. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of participation observation, observation, and interviews. The results of the research on organizational communication patterns carried out in the Gunung Jaya Village office were carried out formally and informally. Formal communication patterns include downward and upward communication patterns, as well as horizontal. The formal downward communication pattern is carried out once a month, unless there are incidental rules or instructions from the sub-district or district government. There are communication barriers due to overuse of communication tools at the wrong time, delays in conveying information about the implementation of a job or report. Meanwhile, the strategy carried out by the leadership is to improve employee performance by providing direction, input, motivation and encouragement, as well as going directly to the field to provide direct support to employees.

Freedom of the press guarantees that the government and the public are aware of the various realities that are happening or the opinions, views, of experts on an issue and conflict. While the KIP Law has an important role in changing the paradigm of society, which initially believed that public bodies were obliged to report accountability, since the KIP Law was enacted, the public has the right to obtain the information they need, and has the right to demand that public bodies publish such information. This study aims to determine the role of the UU KIP in promoting press freedom, and the role of press freedom in realizing bureaucratic reform. This research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology to explain phenomena and to find knowledge or theories about research at a certain time. The technique of collecting data is through library research, which is a way of collecting data by referring to books or scientific documents, literature, notes, and various reports that have been available as references to obtain data on the problem being studied. The results of the study show that the universal principle of openness to public information places press freedom as part of the scope of freedom of information. Achieving the true goal of information disclosure requires a press climate that is free, independent and professional. Meanwhile, the presence of the Law on the Disclosure of Public Information is expected to support the implementation of the press's function so that public bodies are obliged to open the tap of information through all available channels. The press has the right to seek, obtain and disseminate ideas and information, and public participation can be carried out by carrying out activities to develop press freedom and promote press freedom. guarantee the right to obtain the necessary information. Thus, public information disclosure and press freedom are two things that are bound and mutually reinforcing in an effort to realize transparent and accountable governance as a manifestation of bureaucratic reform that is currently underway.

Therapeutic communication is effective in influencing human behavior and implementing health services in hospitals. The nurse's ability and understanding in therapeutic communication is considered to be lacking. This study aims to determine the stages of nurse therapeutic communication in supporting the recovery of pediatric patients, through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results showed that the pre-interaction and work stages were going well, but there were still deficiencies in medical language and the screening and termination stages had been running quite optimally.

Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) is a concept in which a company integrates and coordinates various marketing communication channels to send clear, consistent, and attractive messages about the company and its products. Marketing communication to consumers by the management of Teras Bocimi Café will be more measurable and planned. This research uses qualitative and descriptive methods. The qualitative research approach uses 6 dimensions to implement marketing communication in Teras Bocimi Café, namely direct marketing, promotion, public relations and publicity, personal selling, word-of-mouth marketing, and events and experiences initiated by Kolter and Keller to implement communication. Based on field data, not all dimensions run well, some do not run and are not implemented at Teras Bocimi Cafe.
