Abstract

Various types of music that exist today, one of which is Korean pop (k-pop), adds color to the world of music and entertainment. One of the most famous music groups from South Korea itself, namely blackpink, in early 2023 has held a world tour concert (born pink) at GBK. The fans were very enthusiastic to watch the concert, especially the blinks who don't only live in JABODETABEK, but also from outside JABODETABEK. The Blackpink concert which was held for two days fulfilled trends on various social media, not only happiness but also other judgments from the audience which made the audience uncomfortable with the concert. So this study aims to evaluate, analyze, and examine strategic management efforts on the service quality of the Blackpink world tour (born pink) concert at GBK. The data were collected directly from the respondents, the tools used in the research were through questionnaires and using SPSS data processing. The results of this study are proven by that strategic management has a significant effect on service quality.

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, information security is a top priority for companies to protect their important data from unwanted threats. PT Kereta Api as a company engaged in the field of rail transportation has many vital object files, including customer data, financial information, and business plans which must be kept confidential. The importance of securing vital object files and identifying various security risks that may occur in PT Kereta Api. Then, an analysis of the methods and technologies that can be used to protect these vital object files will be carried out. Several aspects that will be analyzed include data encryption, access control, intrusion detection, and user activity monitoring. This paper uses a security analysis approach which consists of identifying threats, evaluating risks, and selecting appropriate security controls. The results of the analysis will provide a better understanding of the state of security of vital object files at PT Kereta Api and provide recommendations for improving the existing security system.

Abstract

The problem of technology transfer is a problem that is always faced by developing countries, including Indonesia. Because Indonesia has directed its economic development by focusing on the industrial sector, until the industrial sector becomes the backbone of the national economy. This study aims to determine the forms of technology transfer in investment and the procedures for transferring technology in investment activities in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative juridical to analyze legal issues contained in laws and regulations related to the problem under study with qualitative analysis. The results show that foreign investment and technology transfer are two things that cannot be separated. Technology transfer or what is often referred to as technology transfer includes, products, production processes and machines. Technology transfer procedures can be carried out by hiring foreign experts individually, providing supplies of machinery and other equipment. Legal implications in technology transfer can occur in various forms, such as license agreements in technology, technology owners can facilitate technology by giving rights to any person / entity to implement technology with licenses, expertise and technological assistance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of NPF, FDR on Operating Income at Bank Syariah Indonesia. With quantitative research methods using time series data. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2017-2022 period. The data analysis technique is using multiple regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. From this study shows that the NPF results have no significant effect on operating income. Meanwhile, FDR has a significant influence on operating income.

Abstract

There are many cases of MSMEs in Indonesia that are not precise in carrying out business strategies due to a lack of knowledge and understanding in building the business. Therefore, a business can achieve its target if the implementation of a business strategy is the driving force for increasing the income of a business. So, this study aims to analyze the strategy of an MSMEs in Waru sub-district, Sidoarjo regency with a descriptive qualitative research method and data collection using interviews, observation or observation, and data analysis was also carried out to strengthen the data needed by researchers. This study uses the SWOT theory to determine the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats at UD. ALDO MOTOR. The results of this study indicate that there are problems at UD. ALDO MOTOR is a location that is not strategic because it is not right on the main highway so consumers who want to go to the showroom location have a little difficulty with the bookkeeping at UD. ALDO MOTOR is still a mess because the owner still doesn't understand and understand.

Abstract

Government expenditure is a component of fiscal policy, which is the action taken by the government to control how the economy develops by deciding how much money will be available for spending and revenue each year, as stated in the Budget revenue document. State Budget and Expenditures (APBN). In accordance with the unitary principle that regional government cannot be separated from the central government, on that basis, the independence of a region in managing its household affairs does not mean that each regional government must be able to finance all expenditures with its own Regional Original Revenue (PAD). This budget strategy aims to stabilize production levels, job prospects, and prices while encouraging economic expansion. Government expenditure and GRDP, or economic growth, are closely related because development spending is meant to support the role of development agencies and will result in the production of goods that are essential for advancing economic progress. The APBD, which includes income, expenditure and expenditure financing at the provincial/regional/city level, reflects regional government spending. Spending by the government has grown in tandem with tax revenues. For direct government expenditure display and exposure, expenditures directly related to programs or activities are bundled together as technical newspaper expenditures, while other expenditures are not. The regional revenue and expenditure budget, which includes revenue, spending and financing, reflects regional government expenditure at the provincial/district/city level. The difference between financing expenditures and expenditures is that financing expenditures involve spending money from the regional general treasury which will eventually be reimbursed, whereas expenditures involve spending money from the state/regional general treasury which will not be replaced.

Abstract

This study aims to explain entrepreneurship learning and gain an understanding of the process of implementing entrepreneurship learning in increasing the attractiveness and creative thinking of students at SMP Negeri 3 Blitar. The research subfocus consists of 1). Learning models in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students, 2). The contribution of East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN students in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students, 3). The achievement of implementing entrepreneurship learning in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students. Research findings include: (1) improving the entrepreneurship learning model by balancing theory and practice, learning that is more focused on practical application, and realizing the objectives of the study program to produce graduates with an entrepreneurial spirit; (2) prototype design and development consists of three components: learning objectives, learning methods, and assessment; (3); and (4) learning development through the use of experimental classes.

Abstract

Short videos are videos that are five seconds to five minutes long. Short video marketing is now popular because it is considered interesting and interactive. This research was conducted to analyze the dimensions in short video marketing that influence generation Z's purchase intention, the dimensions used are the Emotional, Entertain, and Informative dimensions. The research method that used is literature study. The results showed that the emotional dimension has a significant effect on purchase intention, while the entertain dimension and informative dimension do not directly affect purchase intention but still must be considered.

Abstract

Packaging is one part of a product's marketing strategy in order to increase competitiveness. The socialization and packaging training held in the Blitar village aims to provide understanding and assist MSME in increasing the attractiveness and selling value of their products so that they can be accepted by consumers. The result of this packaging socialization and training activity is to provide insight into innovative, attractive and up to date packaging so that the products being sold look more attractive and different from similar products. For example, packaging using boxes can be added or combined with ribbons, logos, thank you labels or seal stickers on product packaging. After holding socialization activities and packaging training, it is hoped that it will provide benefits for MSME players in Blitar village to increase their innovation and creativity in choosing the right packaging for their products so that the products sold are able to compete in the market and increase consumer appeal.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is said to be very important because it can increase economic growth in general in a country. The role of entrepreneurship in economic development includes more than just increasing output and income per capita, it also includes initiatives and determination of changes in the structure of business and society (Hisriich et al., 2008. CINLOK is a snack made from bantet macaroni, which is in the form of such as small bent pipes which are then fried and seasoned with various flavors such as balado, sweet and spicy balado, roasted corn, sweet corn, cheese, spicy lime leaves, and extra hot CINLOK was founded on October 30 2020, but had was halted due to the Covid-19 outbreak and restarted while participating in the independent entrepreneurial MBKM program on August 29 2022. marketing strategy is of course mandatory for a business to increase sales.CINLOK has several marketing strategies developed in order to attract consumers and increase sales.
