Abstract

Ekspor merupakan kegiatan penjualan suatu barang ke luar daerah. Ekspor memiliki peran penting terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dimana kondisi industri dalam negeri, iklim investasi, dan perdagangan global. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software Eviews dengan analisis ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) yang digunakan untuk memprediksi ekspor yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia sampai 2035. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ARIMA yang telah dilakukan diperoleh nilai ekspor pada 1990 sampai dengan 2023 mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan. Selanjutnya untuk peramalan nilai ekspor di masa mendatang atau forecast sampai tahun 2035 nilainya terletak diantara 0 sampai 10 dan rata-rata cenderung menurun setiap tahunnya dimulai dari tahun 2023 hingga tahun 2035 sebesar -3.71%, namun penurunan ini cenderung stabil atau tidak terlihat penurunan yang begitu dalam. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan hambatan untuk melakukan ekspor yaitu hambatan fisik, finansial, teknis dan eksternal.

Abstract

The Baubau Crossing Port as one of the ports managed by the Provincial Government of Southeast Sulawesi plays a vital and important role in encouraging the movement of people and goods in and out of Baubau City. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of the quality of port terminal services on the satisfaction of ferry passengers at the Baubau Crossing Port. The sample of this research is 60 passengers with accidental sampling system. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the quality of port terminal services and the level of satisfaction of ferry passengers at the Baubau Crossing Port.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the articles in Law Number 2 of 2004 regarding the settlement of industrial relations disputes in termination of employment at the Industrial Relations Court (PHI). Second, the application of the articles in Law Number 13 of 2003 related to employment in resolving compensation issues for laid-off workers at the Industrial Relations Court (PHI). The results of the study show that (1) workers or laborers who experience termination of employment by the company where they work are entitled to severance pay and compensation pay in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning the settlement of industrial relations disputes. The role of the industrial relations court here is that through a fair decision a judge can give his decision to obtain an agreement in resolving disputes that has legal certainty. (2) Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, it is stated that for workers who receive termination of employment, they receive compensation for rights and severance pay where before the termination of employment by the company, workers or labor unions, and the government try not to terminate the employment relationship. Abstract

This study aims to determine and measure the effect Advertising and Online Customer Rating to Buying Interest and Buying Decision. In this study using a quantitative research approach. The population in this study are consumers who use the Tik Tok application in Pasuruan Regency. The number of samples used in the study amounted to 100 respondents. Source of data in this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using path analysis or path analysis by using software SPSS Statistics version 26, in which the data will be described, analyzed and discussed in order to prove the truth of the proposed hypothesis. The research results are as follows: (1) Advertising (X1) influential and significant to Buying Interest (Y1). (2) online customer rating (X2) there is no effect on Buying Interest (Y1). (3). Advertising (X1) influential and significant to Buying Decision (Y2). (4) online customer rating (X2) influential and significant to Buying Decision (Y2). (5).Buying Interest (Y1) positive and significant effect on Buying Decision (Y2).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle, influencer marketing and product design on Eiger purchasing decisions. The population of this study is Eiger consumers who make purchases at outlets. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the non-probability method with a purposive sampling technique to 100 respondents. The results showed that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the study show that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results show that product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results show that the lifestyle, influencer marketing and product design variables have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between the variables studied. These variables include self-efficacy, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire which is distributed online using Google Forms. The sample in this research is production employees of PT. The Clod Indonesia as many as 158 respondents with a random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is Path analysis and by using the SPSS 22 application. The results show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a probability value of 0.000. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a probability value of 0.000. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a probability value of 0.007. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a probability value of 0.036. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a probability value of 0.000. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance with a probability value of 0.000. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between work environment and employee performance with a probability value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Effect of Word Of Mouth Promotion, Brand Image, Influencer Marketing, On Skincare Buying Interest In Drw Skincare Beauty Products. This type of research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, with the distribution of questionnaires as a data collection technique. The sampling method uses purposive sampling techniques, which is a sampling technique where people are selected as samples in accordance with the purpose of the study, the sample used as many as 100 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with calculation analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this study show that: 1. Word of mouth variables have a positive and significant effect on Skincare Buying Interest in Drw Skincare Beauty Products, 2. Brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on Skincare Buying Interest in Drw Skincare Beauty Products, 3. Influencer marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on Skincare Buying Interest in Drw Skincare Beauty Products. Hypothesis tests include T tests and F tests, obtained Fcalculate > F tables so that the resulting regression model is appropriate and can be used to predict the results of influence. The results of the T test for the variables word of mouth, brand image, influencer marketing were obtained by (WOM) Thitung (2,479) > from Ttabel (1,985), (BI) from Thitung (17,307) > from Ttabel (1,985), (IM) from Thitung (10,722) > from Ttabel (1,985) It can be concluded that the variables of word of mouth, brand image, influencer marketing have an influence and are significant on Skincare Buying Interest in Drw Skincare Beauty Products

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health,non-physical work environment, and compensation on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bekasi. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, research conducted on 50 respondents, a sample of several employees of PT PLN (Persero). Using the Likert Scale, respondents’ answers were processed with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, t tests, F tests, R2 tests. The result showed that all data tested were valid and reliable and found that partially occupational safety and health (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, but the variable X2 was greater in significance than the variable X1. And found that the compensation variable (X3) has a negative and insignificant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

In the world of thrft shops, I isan activity of marketing used goods online or offline, most of these seles are related to the marketing of used goods. The rampant marketing of used goods is one of which is the 1994Squad sales platform. Based on the observations that have been made related to the marketing used on the 1994Squad platform, currently marketing is still carried out directly by conducting bazaar event activities of promoting products online through the Instagram platform, so that it is considered imperfect so hat the used goods marketing mechanism does not apply. Meanwhile, marketing sold through the Instagram platform can result in losses, fraud, over-consumption because users are tempted to buy goods just because the goods offered are cheapher. In addition, problems with marketing using a platform that includes income recapitulation for each purchase that is used are still manual which triggers several errors regarding the sum of income. Due to the occurrence of many problems with thrifting 1994Squad sales, a thrifting sales information system was created. The method used to create this website is in the form of a data collection which includes the interview method and sales system design, while the software development method uses the DSDM approach to the agile method which goes through several stages. In using this method, the steps that must be considered are analizing the problems that occur in 19994Squad sales, the next step is to carry out a needs analysis in marketing make a information system design, then implement or develop software testing. For programming laguages using PHP, Codeigniter, Javascript, and CSS. Using XAMPP as the database. This reseasing has several objectives including increasing efficiency in the sales process, making transctions easier, responsible website users making it easier to get the produt they want at a very friendly price and accessible in various media. The results of this information system designcan change the marketing of used gooda through the Instagram platform by faciliting the sales mechanism, searching for well-known brand products, besides that it can prevent errors in shipping goods and errors in data input on thrifting 1994Squad sales.
