Abstract

Education has a very important role in human life and becomes very important in achieving goals, in practice the learning process carried out becomes something that can be used in achieving these goals. Learning is one of the most basic elements in the implementation of education, the success or failure of an education will depend on how the learning process is given by the teacher. One of the goals of the school is to create quality human resources so that they are able to adapt and compete in the world of work. The current condition requires the ability and expertise that must be possessed by every individual, especially soft skills which will later support job opportunities. This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of learning in students majoring in Office Administration Automation (OTKP) at SMK Darussalam Makassar. The main activity in the education system in the school environment is a learning activity. The implementation of the learning mechanism can be done through three types of educational environment, namely informal, formal and non-formal. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interview and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that it is quite effective even though the current situation is all-new with more use of IT in the learning process.

Abstract

Numbered Heads Together (NHT) is one of the new learning methods that is effectively applied in schools, where this model can train and motivate students in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom. T The design of this study is class action research (PTK).  The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model so that it can improve the activities and learning outcomes of Financial Accounting class XI AKL 1 SMK Negeri 2 Palu for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.  The research design follows the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. This study uses 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. Of the 30 students in cycle I, the criteria for Active participated in learning as many as 18 people (60%), Moderately Active 8 people (26.67%), Inactive as many as 4 people (13.33%). Based on the test results and observation results that have been carried out, this PTK only reaches cycle II because the criteria for individual absorption of 70 and classical completion of at least 85% have been achieved, namely 93.33%. The average teacher's teaching and learning activities have been "Good" and the average student has been "Active" following the learning.

Abstract

The effectiveness of online learning is one form of measuring the success of an online-based learning process in achieving learning objectives. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective online learning is and the factors that support and hinder online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. To find out the purpose of this research, a qualitative descriptive research was used. There were 10 informants in this study using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are then processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the online learning process during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University was effective. Thus, it can be concluded that online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University has been effective. This research can be used as a reference material in improving the teaching and learning process at the study program level because this research focuses on the effectiveness of online learning.

Abstract

The Effectiveness of the Use of E-Mail Applications in the Management of Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Centre Office. The information contained in a letter is very useful in future decision making as well as evidence and accountability of an organization. This research is a type of descriptive research, aiming to determine the effectiveness of the use of e-mail applications in managing incoming and outgoing letters at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Centre office. The informants in this study were the head of the Makassar BDK office, 2 archivists in charge, 2 administrative drafting staff. Abstract

Leadership is an important element in a company, because without leadership a company will experience setbacks. A leader has different characteristics in leading his subordinates. This leader's behavior is called leadership style. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on the performance of employees in PD. Greater Makassar Parking. This research is a quantitative research that shows causation. The sample in this study were 51 people using the Simple Random Sampling technique and 3 informants. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate. The results showed that the democratic leadership style was in the "Very Good" category while the employee's performance was in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis it was concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of democratic leadership style on employee performance. Choosing the right leadership style will have a good impact on the company. The results of this study state that the democratic leadership style tends to be open with employees, this can improve an employee's performance because they are able to work together and provide direct opinions with leaders. The results showed that the democratic leadership style was in the "Very Good" category while the employee's performance was in the "Very Good" category. Abstract

Articulation learning model is a learning model that requires students to be active in learning where students are formed into small groups where each student in the group has the task of interviewing their groupmates about the material just discussed. improve student activities and learning outcomes through the application of the articulation model in science learning for grade 9.1 SMP Negeri 2 Sengkang for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a classroom action research. The research subjects are 16 students. Which consists of 7 men 9 women. While the research procedure consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification/conclusion. The results show that the application of the articulation model can improve student activities and learning outcomes in science learning in class 9.1 SMP Negeri 2 Sengkang in the 2021/2022 academic year

Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervisory performance of the Siwa Class III port management unit office employees in Realizing the Safety and Security of Passengers at the Siwa Sea Port. This study uses qualitative research methods with 5 (five) people, namely the leadership, office employees and ship crew. This research was conducted at the Siwa Class III Port Operator Unit Office. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion/verification. The results of the study indicate that the analysis of the supervision of the port management unit class III office employees in realizing the safety and security of passengers proves that the performance of employee supervision still needs to be improved, seen from the indicators, namely the supervision procedure is not stable, the supervision standard is not good and the supervision accuracy is quite good

Abstract

A learning process will definitely end with learning outcomes. Learning outcomes will never be produced if someone does not do something. This research is a classroom action research. The total number of students in class XI OTKP 1 odd semester for the academic year 2021/2022 is 27 people. Because of PTMT, students in one class must be divided into two groups/shifts. If it is divided into two shifts, there will be 14 in shift I and 13 people for shift II. And the subjects in this study were students in shift I as many as 14 people according to the cooperative script model setting students in pairs. This study uses 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. Based on the results of the research, In the first cycle, learning management generally went well, but there were still things that needed to be improved, namely in time management and the need to increase student enthusiasm in participating in learning. However, in the second cycle of learning management has increased where all aspects are of good value and this has a positive impact on student learning mastery.
