Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Fasilitas Perpustakaan dalam menignkatkan Minat Baca Siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menunjukkan pengaruh variabel X terhadap varibel Y. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 206 peserta didik, dengan sampel sebesar 41 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket, dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis datanya menggunakana statistik deskriptif serta teknik analisis statistik infrensial Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas perpustakaan di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar dan Minat baca siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar, berada dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dari hasil Analisis Regresi Linear sebesar 23,6 %. Dalam mendukung minat baca siswa maka dibutuhkan fasilitas perpustakaan seperti peran guru, pustakawan, fasilitas internet, penyediaan ebook, ejournal dan fasilitas lainnya.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the analysis of library facilities in improving student reading interest in SMK Negeri 4. This research is a quantitative study that shows the effect of variable X on Y variables. The population were 206 students, with a sample of 41 students. The data were gathered through questionnaire techniques, documentation, observation and interviews. The descriptive statistics and infrential statistical analysis techniques, and simple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The study indicated that the SMK Negeri 4 Makassar’s library facilites and the reading interest of SMK Negeri 4 Makassar students were in good category. It was reviewed from the results of Linear Regression Analysis of 23.6%. In supporting students' reading interest, library facilities such as the role of teachers, librarians, internet facilities, the provision of ebooks, ejournal and other facilities are needed.

Abstract

Tanpa motivasi, pegawai tidak akan mampu menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya sesuai dengan tuntutan atau standar yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 42 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah persentase.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gowa termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui analisis data secara keseluruhan yang menunjukkan angka persentase sebesar 77,40 %. Nilai tersebut sejalan atau sesuai dengan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dilihat dari beberapa indikator, antara lain, (1) lingkungan pekerjaan (2) kompensasi yang baik (3) supervisi yang baik (4) adanya perghargaan atas prestasi (5) status dan tanggung jawab (6) peraturan yang berlaku (7) kematangan pribadi (8) tingkat pendidikan (9) keinginan dan harapan pribadi (10) kelelahan dan kebosanan (11) kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The purpose of this research is to find out how the promotion strategy for non-wage recipients becomes a participant of the Labors’ Health Insurance Administering Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) of Makassar branch, as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the promotion strategy of non-wage recipients who become the participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Makassar branch. The informants in this study were the Head of Marketing for Non-Wage Recipients, Marketing Associates for Non-Wage Recipient Participants, and Non-Wage Recipient Workers. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques is using data reduction techniques (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and conclusions drawing / verification. The results showed that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Makassar branch only used four of five forms of promotional strategies, namely advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and personal selling. The supporting factors in the promotion strategy for non-Wage recipients to become the participants of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Makassar Branch are doing cooperation with stakeholders and protection agents as well as support from government agencies. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of public awareness and understanding of the importance of the benefits of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as well as the relatively low level of education of non-wage recipients. By improving the promotion strategy it is very important to increase public understanding on the importance of the Labors’ Health Insurance Admnistering Agency Program for socio-economic protection, especially for non-wage recipients.

Abstract

Administrative services by Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office have resulted in a good performance. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of administrative services of acquisition duties on land and building rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The results showed: shows that the effectiveness of administrative services for land and building rights in the office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Makassar City with the effective category of timeliness which is categorized as effective is 94.61%, the accuracy of services categorized as effective is 71.38%, politeness and friendly categorized as effective 94%, ease of getting services that were categorized as effective 94.46%, and comfort in getting services that were categorized as quite effective 54.30%. This proves that the administrative service of acquisition fees on land and building rights (BPHTB) at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office has been able to carry out its duties and responsibilities and can implement an administrative service system properly.

Abstract

Motivation to develop a new business is required not only by self-confidence in its ability to succeed, but also by its ability to access information about entrepreneurial opportunities. This study aims to determine how the motivation to entrepreneurship street vendors in Seruni Beach, Bantaeng Regency. Data collection used through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Informants in the study were seven informants with the type of research and the approach used was a qualitative description. Data collection used through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the motivation of the street vendors on Seruni Beach, Bantaeng Regency in terms of each indicator, starting from the entrepreneurial spirit indicator displayed by the street vendors, the results showed that there was indeed enthusiasm in a trader, an indicator of creativity whose results showed the traders had creativity, an innovative indicator whose results show that traders have innovative, risk-taking indicators of courage, the results show that traders are brave enough to take all kinds of risks in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Kepala Sekolah merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi mengajar guru di SMA Ummul Mukminin Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Tenik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penggumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi dan kesimpulan. Abstract

Program ini bertujuan, agar kiranya para staf dapat mengatasi masalah, yaitu: a) dapat memanfaatkan Program Birokrasi Maya dalam proses pengelolaan arsip, b) Memberikan administratif yang dapat bersaing di dunia nasional maupun internasional sebagai dasar kebijakan dan informasi yang dipublikasikan pada khalayak. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, Tanya jawab, simulasi dan praktek. Waktu yang digunakan selama 6 (enam) jam. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi belajar Peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran OTK Keuangan di Kelas XI OTKP SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta dengan Motode Demonstrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus dilakukan dua kali pertemuan dimulai dengan tahapan perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif atau kombinasi antara keduanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Penerapan metode demonstrai terbukti bisa meningkatkan prestasi belajar Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Keuangan dan aktivitas belajar Peserta didik Kelas XI OTKP SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta. Peningkatannya sangat signifikan, dari 43% pada siklus pertama menjadi 74% pada siklus kedua, yang berarti prestasi belajar Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Keuangan dan aktivitas belajar Peserta didik mengalami kenaikan sebesar 30,71%. Dan Penerapan metode Pembelajaran Demonstrasi terbukti juga bisa meningkatkan prestasi belajar Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Keuangan dan ketuntasan belajar Peserta didik Kelas XI OTKP SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

Archives have a role as a memory center, as a source of information, and as an indispensable monitoring tool in every organization. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of archive management at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Agency/Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve this goal, the researchers set 5 (five) informants with the type of research and the approach used was descriptive qualitative. The data collection used was through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the Archives Management at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institution/Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) of South Sulawesi Province, was in the effective category, in terms of several indicators of archive management, namely the creation of archives where archives can be created both externally and internally, archive storage is carried out manually using a numbering system and is also carried out digitally, archive maintenance where archives are placed in archival cabinets and archive shrinkage. The results of this study are expected to be used as reference material at the Provincial level institutions because previous research has focused on Regency level institutions

Abstract

An illustration of the extent to which program effectiveness is needed for evaluation purposes. This study aims to determine the student's perception of the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi Education Fee Assistance Program, Makassar State University. In order to realize this, a qualitative descriptive research type was used with research subjects as many as nine program beneficiaries from nine different faculties. Research data collection uses three alternatives (observation, interviews and documentation). The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques, namely (data collection, data condensation, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusions). The results showed that based on student perceptions, the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi tuition assistance program, Makassar State University was not yet in the effective category, seeing several indicators that became benchmarks (accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and monitoring of the program) overall less effective aspects still require attention and optimal supervision of parties related to program implementation. Regarding the superiority of research in representing the power of literacy, especially through scientific writing, research shows that literacy is able to accommodate the aspirations of not only one, but even many heads.
