Abstract

Comparison of the realm of learning between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This study aims to compare the realm of learning between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program FIS-H UNM. To determine the purpose of the study, an ex post facto quantitative research approach was used with a comparative level of explanation. Respondents in this study amounted to 93 people using data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were then processed using data analysis techniques consisting of descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that offline learning was in the very good category while online learning was in a good category. For the results of student academic achievement during offline learning, academic achievement or semester achievement index (IPS) is higher than academic achievement or semester achievement index (IPS) during online learning at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Based on the analysis of variance (ANAVA) and t-test conducted, it was stated that there was no significant difference in student academic achievement between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

A learning process will definitely end with learning outcomes. Learning outcomes will never be produced if someone does not do something. This research is a classroom action research. The total number of students in class XI OTKP 1 odd semester for the academic year 2021/2022 is 27 people. Because of PTMT, students in one class must be divided into two groups/shifts. If it is divided into two shifts, there will be 14 in shift I and 13 people for shift II. And the subjects in this study were students in shift I as many as 14 people according to the cooperative script model setting students in pairs. This study uses 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. Based on the results of the research, In the first cycle, learning management generally went well, but there were still things that needed to be improved, namely in time management and the need to increase student enthusiasm in participating in learning. However, in the second cycle of learning management has increased where all aspects are of good value and this has a positive impact on student learning mastery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of using a mobile module based on ASSA C-13 on strengthening students' independent character in online learning. The stages of the activities are socialization, independent working, collaboration, and exhibition. Data were collected true observations and questionnaires and then are analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The research findings indicate that the learning activities and the level of student independence are in the very good category. Students work on assignments independently and collect them according to the schedule as much as 98%. The independent character of students can still be strengthened even though they study online. This ASSA C-13-based m-module can be recommended in distance learning with online mode.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of internships on the development of soft skills of Office Administration Education Students, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. The population in this study was 95 people and the sample was 95 people. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics using percentages and for inferential statistical analysis techniques using data normality tests, moment product correlation analysis, simple line ar regression analysis andpartial t tests.  From the test results show that the indicators of the internship variable are in the very good category while the learning motivation variable is in the very high category. Based on the results of the product moment correlation analysis, there is a relationship between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between internships on the development of soft skilss Office Administration Education Students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University

Abstract

Guided Teaching Model is a form of learning that requires teachers to ask one or more questions to track students' knowledge or get their hypotheses or conclusions. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the Guided Teaching Model so that it can improve learning outcomes of Indonesian History in class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Sigi in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a classroom action research. The research subjects are students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Sigi in the odd semester of the academic year 2021/2022 with a total of 18 people, which is 50% of the number of students in the class. While the research procedure consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification/conclusion. The results showed that the application of the directed teaching model could improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian History in class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Sigi in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

The STEM approach is expected to be able to develop students' abilities in connecting the concepts of physics in fluid materials to flood disaster mitigation efforts. This study aims to: (1) Describe the design, characteristics and validity of e-modules in fluid matter physics and flood mitigation using a STEM approach. (2) Analyzing the effectiveness of the application of the e-module physics of fluid materials and flood mitigation with the STEM approach to improve Students' High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). (3) Knowing the practicality of applying e-module physics of fluid materials and flood mitigation with the STEM approach based on student responses. This study uses the ADDIE development model. The sample for the trial application of the e-module was 30 students of class X SMKN 1 Rejang Lebong who were selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The e-module is designed using a STEM Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with the stages of reflection, research, discovery, application and communication for students of SMK Technology and Engineering Group. Based on expert validation, the e-module is very feasible to use with an average score percentage of 90.03%. The e-module received a positive response from students of 91.07% or very good. The integrated e-fluid module for flood disaster mitigation can increase students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) with an N gain value of 0.69 medium category. Based on the results of the t-test the application of e-modules in learning provides a very significant correlation to the improvement of student learning outcomes, which is 0.83.

Abstract

Student satisfaction is an important component of a formal service assessment plan. Thus, schools are required to always improve the quality of all components in the school. This study aims to determine the quality of student administration services and the factors that support and hinder student administration services at SMK Negeri 8 Makassar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were the Head of Administration, Administration Staff, Teachers, Student Council Chairman, and Students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that student administration services at SMK Negeri 8 Makassar were in the "quality" category, this can be seen from the results of research on each dimension, namely Direct evidence (Tangible) is complete. Reliability is already reliable. Responsiveness is responsive. Assurance is quite guaranteed, and Empathy is good.

Abstract

The cooperative learning model of the Think Pair and Share (TPS) type is a "cooperative learning model that was first developed by Professor Frank Lyman and his colleagues at the University of Maryland in 1981. This research is a classroom action research. The research subjects were class XII MIPA 1 students of SMA Negeri Integrated Madani Palu Model, a total of 34 people consisting of 11 men and 23 women. While the research procedure consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Further data analysis is carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data/conclusion verification. The results of the study show that the Think Pair and Share Model can improve learning outcomes in learning English language and literature for class XII MIPA 1 SMAN Integrated Madani Model Palu, Academic Year 2022/2023

Abstract

Excellent service is a service that prioritizes the interests of customers or students. Service providers must be able to provide good service quality standards that exceed the expectations of students so that the needs, desires and expectations of students are met. This study aims to determine the picture of excellent service with the A6 concept, the picture of student satisfaction, and the influence of excellent service with the A6 concept on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar. This research is a quantitative research that shows cause-and-effect relationships. The sample in this study amounted to 85 students with stratified random sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the variables of excellent service at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar were in the very good category with indicators, namely ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action, and accountability, while the variables of student satisfaction were in the very good category with indicators of speed, accuracy, safety, friendliness, and comfort. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of excellent service with the A6 concept on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar. This research uses the A6 concept as the basis for excellent service to provide satisfaction to students so that the needs, desires or expectations of students are met.

Abstract

Additional employee income is compensation received by civil servants which aims to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of providing additional employee income on employee performance at the Office of the Bureau of Personnel and Human Resources Development in Barru Regency. This research is a correlation research using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using the observation method, questionnaire/questionnaire method and documentation method. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the indicators of the additional employee income variable were in the very good category, while the employee performance variables were in the very high category. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the provision of additional employee income on employee performance at the Office of the Bureau of Personnel and Human Resources Development in Barru Regency. Providing additional employee income will improve performance and make employees aware of the duties and responsibilities given.
