Abstract

The demonstration method is a way of presenting lessons by demonstrating or demonstrating to students a particular process, situation, or object being studied, either actually or imitation, which is often accompanied by an oral explanation. With the demonstration method, the process of students' acceptance of the lesson will be more deeply impressive, thus forming a good and perfect understanding. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how the demonstration method is implemented so that it can improve the activities and learning outcomes of class IX A science lessons at SMP Negeri 17 Palu for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used is classroom action research. The research subjects consisted of 30 class IX A students, 17 boys and 13 girls at SMP Negeri 17 Palu. The research procedures carried out are based on each cycle, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Types of data and data collection techniques use qualitative and quantitative data, where qualitative data is collected through observation and documentation. Meanwhile, quantitative data is collected through tests at the end of each cycle. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data analysis techniques, namely qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the research show that the application of the demonstration method can improve student learning outcomes in science learning class IX A of SMP Negeri 17 Palu in the 2022/2023 academic year.", in the first cycle as many as 24 people (80%) increased to 28 people (93%) in cycle II. The highest score in cycle I was 100 for 3 people. In cycle II the highest score increased to 100 for 7 people. Abstract

Teachers as educational professionals have an important role in the teaching and learning process. Teachers must be able to explain their knowledge to their students through managing learning by applying teaching approaches and models that are appropriate to the subject matter and cognitive level of students. aims to improve the mathematics learning abilities of XI IPA 2 students at SMAN 7 Sigi even semester for the 2022/2023 academic year in the basic competence "Analyzing division and factorization of polynomials" using Problem-Based Learning. This study used classroom action research with a sample of 37 people consisting of 9 men and 28 women with data collection techniques, namely 1) non-test techniques consisting of observation and documentation, and 2) test techniques. Data validity was carried out through source triangulation and method triangulation with data analysis techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study are non-test techniques and learning achievement tests. The results of this study indicate that 1) the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model that is used as a model in this learning is in fact capable of increasing residual learning motivation in mathematics learning specialization class XI IPA 2 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year; 2) The application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model that is used as a model in this learning is in fact able to improve the remaining learning outcomes in mathematics learning specialization for class XI IPA 2 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year; 3) The application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model that is used as a model in this learning is in fact able to increase motivation and residual learning outcomes in mathematics learning specialization class XI IPA 2 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year

Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the ability of teachers at MTs Al Khairaat Ambunu to carry out learning outcomes assessment activities through the implementation of class visit supervision activities. The research method used is classroom action research. The research subjects were 6 teachers consisting of 2 subject teachers in class VII, 2 subject teachers in class VIII, and 2 subject teachers in class IX MTs Al Kairaat Ambunu. Meanwhile, the object of research is increasing the teacher's ability to carry out learning outcomes assessment activities. The implementation of classroom visit supervision has proven to be able to improve teachers' abilities in assessing student learning outcomes at MTsAl Khairaat Ambunu, even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, as marked by teachers showing seriousness in understanding and implementing learning outcomes assessment activities. This can be proven from the results of observations which show that there is an increase in the teacher's ability to carry out learning outcomes assessment activities from cycle to cycle. In the first cycle, the average classical achievement score was 48.80 in the LESS category, increasing to 73.61 in the enough category, and in the last cycle it became 92.87 in the good category, and individually in the initial condition, there were no 6 teachers yet. which reached the good category. However, in cycle I there were already 2 people, or 33.33% who reached the good category and this increased to 100% or 6 teachers in cycle II.

Abstract

Biology is a science that deals with natural phenomena and objects that are systematically arranged regularly, and generally accepted in the form of a collection of observations and experiments. Biology has a very important role in providing an understanding of the characteristics and phenomena of nature, as well as of living things and life processes. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to increase student motivation and learning outcomes through the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model in Biology class XI IPA 3 SMAN 7 Sigi. 33 students of class XI IPA 3 consisting of 9 males and 24 females using data collection techniques, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection techniques for each type of data are 1) Qualitative data is collected by using observation sheets, namely making a series of direct observations of researchers during the learning process; and 2) Quantitative data is collected by giving tests at the end of each cycle. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data obtained were analyzed using the percentage of individual absorption and classical completeness techniques obtained by students. The results of this study indicate that 1) The application of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model can increase student learning motivation in Biology class XI IPA 3 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year; 2) The application of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model can improve student learning outcomes in Biology class XI IPA 3 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year; 3) The application of the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model can increase student motivation and learning outcomes in Biology class XI IPA 3 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year

Using descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research. Researchers use data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data used includes the Village, Village staff, and the community. Meanwhile, secondary data is data sourced from the Village Office which is related to the research. The research results found that the benchmark indicators for satisfaction are simplicity, certainty of time, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, then access and discipline. The influencing factors are supporting factors with the existence of guidelines for implementing administration, as well as being supported by data-based village development innovations and digital maps which make it easier for village officials to publish village books. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are limited facilities and infrastructure and low public awareness of the importance of completing personal identity documents. This research can be used as a reference for knowledge, and understanding, and also a benchmark in knowing the community's views on receiving administrative services in Pattaneteang Village. The service process at the Pattaneteang Village office applies a digitalization system. Of course, this is unique considering that the label "DESA" has become a polemic when discussing technology.
