Abstract

Purpose: This activity aims to provide counselling for micro, small, and medium enterprises affected by the Covid-19 pandemic because they cannot open their stores at Blu Plaza in Bekasi, West Java. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected this community greatly since 2020, and the members of UMKM Blu Plaza asked for advice regarding marketing and financial aspects to survive. Research Methodology: There were seventeen participants counselling was conducted online using Zoom application by giving training materials and asked the participants to be proactive by asking questions and doing some real exercises. Results: The counselling results show that participants are able to do some exercises about working capital and the cost of goods sold. Also, their understanding of selling products via online marketing has improved. The post counselling questionnaire shows that the participants are very interested in the topics and asked for more time to participate in the following community service activity. However, the participant-trainer interaction was not optimal due to the pandemic situation. Future activities can use additional features with the help of information technology to attract more participants. Conclusions: By implementing online community service, counsellors can interact with the participants and ask them to do some exercises. This is a way to increase people’s participation, and results showed that their understanding of the topics increased.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to improve understanding and ability related to the concept and implementation of personal PPh Tax calculations for teachers. Method: This PKM activity is carried out using the tutorial method and discussion on the concept of Personal Income Tax. The target of these trainees is high school teachers under Masyarakat Profesi Teknisi Akuntansi (MATA) Indonesia. The implementation of this training activity is intended to increase the participation of the Program Pendidikan Profesi Akuntan FEB Usakti in helping to improve human resource competence, especially for high school teachers. This activity was carried out on February 18, 2021 online through Zoom Meeting. Results: Based on the evaluation, after following this PKM (1) The participants understand the basic concepts of personal income tax taxation, especially filling out the SPT 1770S for employee.(2). Participants can understand the tax reporting obligations for WPOP.and (3). The participants can fill out/make and report the personal income tax return. Conclusions: There are improvements of teacher competence in terms of the Implementation of the Concept and Practice of Calculation of Personal Income Tax for teachers under the Indonesian Accounting Technician Society (MATA INDONESIA) who play an active role in improving the competence of educators, especially teachers with expertise in tax accounting.

Abstract

Purpose: The PkM team took the initiative to carry out service activities for the Rengginang business group to improve the skills and insights of partners in preparing financial reports and e-marketing for Minan Rengginang business actors. Method: This service activity involves the Rengginang Minan business group as a partner of this service activity. The methods used in this activity include cognitive, persuasive, and effective ways. Result: The outcome of this activity is an increase in the participants' abilities and knowledge. Conclusion: This activity positively affects the participant group's skills, knowledge, and income.

Abstract

Purpose: This Community Service (PKM) aimed to strengthen integrity values by taking preventive measures and promoting educational programs about the dangers of corruption, its causes, and systematic prevention. Method: This PKM was delivered to the academic community, consisting of Chancellors, Deans, Lecturers, and Students at several campuses throughout the DKI Jakarta Province. This PKM activity was made possible through the PSKK Grant (Work Competency Certification Program) under BNSP. Results: The added value of participating in the Anti-Corruption Instructor BNSP Certification Program is not only effective at systematic socialization of corruption prevention, but also serves as a Certificate of Companion Diploma (SKPI) for students, lecturers, deans, and rectors. Additionally, according to the survey’s graph, recipients of the BNSP Certificate quickly get hired.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and understanding of the target partner community regarding entrepreneurship, business management, and good financial governance in responding to the current economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, it is aimed at giving insight into family economic income regarding cultivated plants that have high economic potential/value but they are able to maintain eco-friendly ecosystems and conservation to be developed around the house yard. Method: It is carried out through counseling, training, and mentoring for indigenous groups located at the traditional house of the partner location of the Tiyuh Tanjung Traditional Village. Result: This community service activity was planned through the stages of an activity planning meeting which was attended by all members. The next stage, each of them prepared material according to their respective fields. Then each of them made initial contact and communicated with the head of the traditional group to prepare for the implementation of the activity. Finally, it was agreed that the implementation of service activities at the Tiyuh Tanjung Seneng location involved the participants of the traditional group, activities which were held in the second week of August 2021. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there was an increase of knowledge and understanding in the use of yards for planting productive trees for training participants on average 35 percent of all participants.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to assist and foster Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Wanita Mandiri Craft which is a recipient of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) assistance. This KUBE has a business of making flower crafts made from tapis. The most priority problem is that partners do not yet have the ability to prepare business feasibility studies. In addition, they do not yet have and build a partnership network by utilizing information technology including social media effectively to promote and market their products. The stages of the activities carried out consist of the preparation, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation stages. Method: The methods used are lecture and question and answer methods, demonstration methods, and non-formal discussion methods. Results: The result was, during the training activity, the participants followed it with great attention and enthusiasm until all the material had been given by the presenter which was then followed by a question and answer activity. Conclusion: All participants can take part in the entire training process from start to finish, besides that the target for delivering training materials is also achieved because the material can be delivered in its entirety and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in the training greatly supports this activity

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this PLP 2 activity is one of the educational internship training activities carried out by the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences (FIT) IAIN Surakarta. The aim is to produce competitive, high-quality, Islamic, and professional educators. Method: The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely by interviewing the waka of the curriculum, teachers of Hadith Sciences and religious students of classes X, XI, and XII. Followed by participatory observation and documentation. Result: The result was the Implementation of Hadith Science Learning in Man 1 Boyolali During the Pandemic was dominated by WhatsApp and voice notes as the main learning media while zoom, gmeet, google classroom, youtube links, blog links and google forms were only used occasionally. The obstacles encountered include the lack of student activity, limited quota, signal interference, students do not have cellphones and students do not collect assignments. Contribution: Efforts to overcome this are by an appreciation for active students, purchasing cheap unlimited quota packages, finding places with full signals, coordination, and deep communication between the school, students, parents, and teachers.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the activity is to explain the urgency of masjid financial reporting that meets reporting standards and introduce and provide basic training on the use of simple masjid financial bookkeeping applications using excel to masjid managers. Method: This activity is carried out using a lecture method and technical guidance related to preparing masjid financial reports using a simple application. At the end of the activity, there was a question and answer session between the participants and the presenter. Results: Besides understanding the urgency of financial reporting according to applicable standards, masjid administrators also know the operational technicalities of masjid bookkeeping applications that can be applied in masjids that are their responsibility. Conclusion: This activity can motivate masjid administrators to carry out masjid financial reporting according to applicable standards. In addition, participants can identify all assets owned by large masjids and their activities which will be reported through a simple application offered.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to educate the Sumber Kamulyan Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) to produce standardized financial report outputs. Method: Training and Visiting (LAKU) method, with an individual approach was carried out. Data and information were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to describe the problem through the depiction of events based on existing facts or evidence. Results: Sumber Kamulyan BUMDes got an understanding that the preparation of financial reports according to standards will be able to increase the accountability of BUMDes in the future. Conclusion: The knowledge of BUMDes managers in preparing financial reports according to standards increased.  The training and visitation system (LAKU) method which is commonly used in agricultural or livestock extension is quite effective in being applied to education in preparing financial reports to produce standardized financial report outputs.

Abstract

Purpose: PKM activities to encourage farmers to plant refugia around paddy fields to implement dissemination in the use of refugia plants in Sungai Dua Village. Efforts to increase the population of natural enemies are very important in maintaining the sustainability of the rice field ecosystem where the planting of refugia around is carried out in rice fields. Methodology/approach: Implementation activities through the introduction of innovations received through the process of listening, seeing, trying, evaluating, accepting, believing and implementing.   Results/findings: There are many kinds of ornamental plants which are direct food sources for natural enemies (nectar and pollen) or can indirectly bring prey and hosts, in addition to controlling the microclimate based on the needs of natural enemies. Utilizing nectar and pollen from plants for natural enemies, both parasitoids and predators, can increase reproduction faster where more eggs will be produced. Conclusion: Community service activities carried out can be concluded as follows: Increasing the knowledge of PKM participants from members of the Sungai Dua Village Gapoktan experienced an increase in knowledge about the use of refugia plant technology as an alternative to environmentally friendly-based rice pest control
