Abstract

The research objective with the title "Analysis of the Role of Waste Banks to Improve the Creative Economy of the Community (Study at the Pamulang Garbage Bank) wants to know and describe the role of waste banks in an effort to improve the community's economy. Research with the object of the Ketumbar waste bank which is located at RW 18 Banda Baru Pamulang, South Tangerang uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain the existing phenomena or symptoms. The waste bank has a big enough role in dealing with waste problems that have not yet been handled effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that the presence of a waste bank will be able to contribute to reducing the volume of waste as well as improving the creative economy of the community. The research, which uses researchers as its instrument, by conducting data collection techniques through interviews and document studies, determines the coordinator of the Benda Baru waste bank and his three teams as the key informants, which are the primary sources of information. The results show that the role of the waste bank has been able to improve the creative economy of the community but has not been optimal because what has been done is only as a container, the distributor has returned to the stall, has not yet reached the recycling development process so as to produce competitive production if marketed because it is constrained by the craftsmen who have creative power and marketing the creations of used goods craftsmen. This is because people still look down on used goods even though they have been recycled and the government's attention is not yet optimal in opening distribution channels for creative waste products. So the role of the new garbage nk plays a role as an intermediary for the community with used goods collectors stalls.

Abstract

pengendalian diri yang dilakukan oleh pengajar, pengajar belum secara aktif melaksanakan pengendalian diri, dengan pengertian bahwa pengendalian yang dilakukan masih bersifat longgar. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa.Tindakan indisipliner mahasiswa merupakan salah satu gejala yang timbul akibat kurang berjalannya fungsi pengendalian secara baik, sehingga pada akhirnya akan menghambat dalam mencapai tujuan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendalian, prestasi belajar mahasiswa, dan hubungan pengendalian diri dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik survey.Pendekatan analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis statistik yang dipakai dalam penelitian adalah statistik nonparametrik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 79 responden.Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, maka pengajar mempunyai tugas dan fungsi mengajarsecara keseluruhan, diantaranya adalah harus melaksanakan fungsi pengendalian diri . Apabilafungsi pengendalian diri dilakukan dengan baik, maka tujuan yang diharapkan akan lebihbelajar akan memiliki dampak positif pada prestasi perguruan tingprestasi belajar. Prestasgi,Dengan adanya pelaksanaan pengendalian diri yang baik, maka dapat meningkatkan untuk itu sebuah perguruan tinggi  harus berupaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar denganberbagai cara. Sebuah perguruan tinggi dalam hal ini Universitas Pamulang  jika memilikimahasiswa dengan prestasi belajar yang baik maka akan membawa nama baik perguruan tinggi.tinggi.Dari analisis untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel maka diketahui dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi, berdasarkan interpretasi koefisien korelasi (Sugiyono, 2007:183), maka koefisien sebesar 0,655 termasuk dalam tingkat hubungan yang kuat antara pengendalian diri dengan prestasi belajarmahasiswa Universitas Pamulang. Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa meningkatnya prestasi belajar (Y)  dipengaruhi oleh pengendalian diri (X) sebesar 42,90% dan sisanya 57,10% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Pada uji hipotesis didapat nilai t hitung > t tabel, artinya hipotesis H1 diterima.  Kata kunci : Pengendalian Diri dan Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to look at supply chain strategy with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMB in Beringharjo market, Yogyakarta. This study is used a descriptive verification approach and is analyzed using SEM technique in AMOS version 21. The research sample were 218 employees in SMB in Beringharjo Market and the primary data were obtained from questioners; while secondary data was obtained through notes, publications and literature. The results showed supply chain strategy has a positive and significant effect on performance and satisfaction; and satisfaction has a positive effect on performance through satisfaction mediation. This study is proposed to find out supply chain strategy aspects related to employee performance at SMB in Beringharjo market and also emphasize aspects of supply chain strategy that have an impact on performance, especially on SMBs and the results of the research are expected to enrich the management literature, especially in the Human Resource field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemilihan Bahan Baku dan Efektivitas Quality Control Terhadap Daya Saing Produk Pada PT. Baja Lestari Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Pemilihan Bahan Baku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing Produk sebesar 45,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,990 > 2,002). Efektivitas Quality Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing Produk sebesar 44,6%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,837 > 2,002). Pemilihan Bahan Baku dan Efektivitas Quality Control secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Daya Saing Produk sebesar 56,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (36,224 > 2,770).Kata kunci: Pemilihan Bahan Baku, Efektivitas Quality Control, Daya Saing Produk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotional activities and product innovation on marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cianjur. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that promotional activities have a significant effect on marketing performance by 40.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (7.915> 1.986). Product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance by 38.5%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7,669> 1,986). Promotional activities and product innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance with the regression equation Y = 11.022 + 0.374X1 + 0.360X2. Contribution of influence is 49.3%, hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (45,302> 2,700).

Abstract

Prior to the 1998 economic downfall, and in ten years after in 2008, BMT (Baitul Maal wa Tamwil) proofed the endurance to remain stable. From those external factors, strived the company very hard hard to sustain its business, as well as to formulate a better strategy to its competitive advantage. The research begins with the internal and external analysis, using a SWOT Analysis. The results shows its business strength and its market penetration, lies in its company’s human development. Through the IE Matrix, founds BMT Beringharjo competitive position in Quadrant or cell IV Matrix IE, with growth strategy through horizontal integration concentration. Based on its position of: (1) competition; (2) strength; (3) weakness; (4) opportunity; (5) threats. Enriched with strategy of: (1) market penetration; (2) market development; as well as (3) horizontal integration strategy to the creative innovation strategy is inevitable to remain exist and gain more success.

Abstract

This study aims to study the Effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Dividend Change at PT. Gajah Mas. The method used is an explanatory research analysis technique using statistical analysis with regression testing, testing, determination and hypothesis testing. . Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on the estimated dividend of 34.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0.045 <0.05. Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio significant to Dividend conversion of 47.8%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0.014 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education and humanistic spirit on K3 culture (study at Pamulang University). This research is a causal quantitative study (causation by processing numerical data), using survey methods by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to university students. Pamulang Management Study Program this research uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method using a test tool in the form of SPSS. The results of the study show the influence of character education and the human spirit on OSH culture. The R value (correlation) is 0.816 and the R Square value (determination) is 0.666 indicating that the Y variable (K3 culture) is influenced by the X1 variable (character education) and the X2 variable (humanist spirit) together, amounting to 66.6% and the remaining 33.4% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-marketing dan e-crm terhadap e-loyalty pengunjung situs website www.cangkirbogor.com. Sifat penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif, populasi dan sample mengambil jumlah pengunjung website www.cangkirbogor.com periode 30 April - 29 Mei 2018 (1 bulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa E-Marketing dan E-CRM berpengaruh positif terhadap E-Loyalty pengunjung situs website dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,742 + 0,153 X_1 + 0,174 X2. Semakin baik E-Marketing dan E-CRM maka akan semakin meningkat E-Loyalty dari para pengunjung website. Demikian pula sebaliknya, semakin buruk E-Marketing dan E-CRM maka akan semakin rendah E-Loyalty dari para pengunjung website. Kontribusi E-Marketing dan E-CRM secara simultan adalah sebesar 41,7 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,3 % dipengaruhi faktor lain. Dari pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistic F hitung > F table sebesar (33,923 > 2,36) , hal tersebut juga di perkuat dengan signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 . Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara E-Marketing dan E-CRM terhadap E-Loyalty pengunjung situs website www.cangkirbogor.com.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Mahasiswa Terhadap Kemampuan Dalam Mendirikan UMKM dan seberapa Efektif Promosi UMKM Melalui Online di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode Penilitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam dari teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara, dengan menggunakan metode wawancara semi struktur berdasarkan panduan wawancara yang sudah ditentukan terhadap beberapa informan dari berbagai perguruan tinggi yang berada di Tangerang Selatan yaitu Mahasiswa yang sudah memperoleh mata kuliah kewirausahaan atau mata kuliah lainnya yang berhubungan dengan ilmu kewirausahaan. Hasil analisis dari wawancara, didapatkan bahwa faktor yang paling menentukan dalam mendirikan UMKM adalah faktor keuangan atau modal usaha dan komitmen masing-masing sebesar 25%, faktor lokasi usaha sebesar 21%, Pengalaman sebesar 9%, Kemampuan usaha sebesar 8%, Motivasi sebesar 8% dan promosi sebesar 4%. Mengenai Promosi UMKM Melalui Online seluruhnya menjawab efektif dalam mempromosikannya melalui online, dengan sebagian besar mengungkapkan bahwa lebih efektif mempromosikannya melalui media sosial dibandingkan promosi melalui media lainnya. Maka dapat disimpulkan, selain mempelajari teori di kampus, mahasiswa juga perlu berkomitmen dalam mendirikan usaha dan mempromosikan usahanya melalui online yaitu dengan lebih mengutamakan promosinya dalam media sosial seperti Instagram, facebook, whatsapp dan media online lainnya.
