Abstract

Banking is a very unique type. Its uniqueness lies in so many rules to protect all types of transactions. From the bank's internal side, regulations are made in such a way as to avoid risks that will bring material and immaterial losses. Many people in Indonesia do not yet know how the concept of how Islamic bank products work, especially in current financing products. Therefore, the basic thing for these banks must first be able to understand about financing products, especially murabahah financing and also financing using rahn contracts so that people can get to know them, and know more about products that are in accordance with BMT. With the existence of murabahah financing products and also financing with rahn contracts, people can carry out transactions in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions so that the transaction process can run smoothly. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research with a descriptive analysis approach. The method used in this study is the interview method and documentation from the financial institution concerned, which aims to answer the problem formulation raised by the author, namely: 1. What is the procedure for implementing murabahah and rahn contracts? 2. What factors cause the change of murabahah contract to rahn contract? The results of this study are: 1. There are basically two procedures for carrying out financing using murabahah and rahn contracts at BMT Surya Raharja, namely procedures in the field and also procedures in the office. 2. BMT Surya Raharja is a sharia-based financial institution, where in these financial institutions financing using a rahn contract is deemed more appropriate to apply than financing using a murabahah contract because financing using a rahn contract is more in line with financing that has been carried out at BMT Surya Raharja

Abstract

KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera is a non-bank financial institution engaged in two financial fields, namely the baitul mall sector and the tamwil sector and has several branches including the Kranji Branch, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. In the field of baitul malls, BMT Mandiri Sejahtera collects zakat, infaq, shodaqoh and waqf funds. Waqf managed by BMT Mandiri Sejahtera, namely immovable property and movable property including cash waqf. So that researchers analyze how the collection and management of cash waqf and also how a waqif decides to endow money. The method used in this study is a mixed method research method. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The sample in this study was 38 respondents who were taken randomly from the number of cash waqifs at KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple regression test and T test. The results of this study are research with qualitative methods indicating that the collection of cash waqf is collected with vouchers worth Rp. 10,000-. and collected through various elements, namely employees, members who carry out financing, members who receive SHU, apprentices or street vendors and also from the general public. According to researchers, this strategy of collection is very effective with a relatively small nominal so that many people want to donate money but there are things that seem coercive from the collection of cash waqf such as apprentices or street vendors are required to buy and also sell the money vouchers. Meanwhile, from its management, cash waqf is invested in two forms, namely invested in financing and also invested in Islamic banking. This is in accordance with the rules regarding cash waqf, Nazhir is tasked with investing cash waqf according to sharia with one condition: the nominal value of the money invested must not be reduced. The results of this study are research using quantitative methods showing that digital information media influences waqif decisions in conducting cash waqf. These results are obtained based on the answers from 38 respondents and also the results of the test which show that the t count is 2.241 while the t table is 1.688. So it is obtained that T_count (2.241) > T_table (1.688) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the information media influences the waqif's decision in conducting cash waqf at KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera, Kranji Branch, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

Zakat is a pillar of islam the must be issued by every muslim by fulfilling certain condition. Zakat contains two dimensions, namely direct worship to Allah and worship to fellow human beings. Zakat is worship that prioritizes social values in addition to spiritual values. in addition, the empowerment of zakat funds, if managed properly, will improve the economy of the poor at the productif age.This type of research includes field research, which is a research that is carried out systematically by lifting data from the field. By using qualitative research methods that produce deskriptive data in the form of written or spoken words form poeple and observed behavior. The result of this study indicate that the strategy used by BAZNAS of Bojonegoro Regency and ASN, Civil Servants, BUMN, BUMD, as well as various agencies. Institutions and mosques to intruduce the importance of zakat and establish UPZ (Zakat Collection Unit). The programs carried out by the Religious Bojonegoro, Genius Bojonegoro, philanthropic Bojonegoro, Productive Bojonegoro. And for the community empowerment program, namely the Productive Bojonegoro Program, the activities of this program have been going well and can improve the mustahiq economy which is provided by the productive Bojonegoro program. The obstacle experienced by BAZNAS in Bojonegoro regency during zakat management is that there is still a lack of public awareness of the importance of paying zakat and when during the pandemic BAZNAS redusec gathering activities and is more active on social media.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of potential tourist objects scattered throughout the region that can be relied on to become a tourist attraction that is able to attract local and foreign tourists. Bangkalan Regency has a very potential area in the tourism sector because it has many interesting tourist objects. Telaga Biru village has a very interesting tour, pristine nature, a calm and comfortable atmosphere, namely blue beach tourism. Blue beach tourism is always developing to increase tourist visits. Indicators of the success of a tourist attraction can be measured by the number of tourist visits. This research is a qualitative research, while the type of research used is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through research instruments in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Then check its validity using the triangulation technique. The results of this study are: 1. tourism development strategies in an effort to attract tourist visits, in developing tourism by adding tourist attractions such as photo spots, swimming pools, water bikes, plastic flower trees, flower tunnels, and fish therapy, air bicycles, and air balloon. The promotions used are through social media, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and websites. 2. Factors that support the development of blue beach tourism, namely, natural resources, good security, a comfortable atmosphere, the role of social media, a supportive community. While the inhibiting factors for the development strategy are, internal factors have not been well organized with tourism potential as well as facilities and infrastructure, while external factors are the lack of road access for bus vehicles because this tour is located in community settlements, and also there is no budget from the government.

Abstract

Tri Putri Durian Pancakes in Payaman Village are Home Industry. Tri Putri Durian Pancake products are currently in great demand by the public, especially among young people, this is shown by the Tri Putri Durian Pancake Marketing which has now expanded in several cities, including Lamongan City, to other cities such as Surabaya, Gresik, and Tuban. The location of Tri Putri Durian Pencake is in Payaman Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency.This study aims to answer, describe, and analyze the formulation of the problem, namely how marketing is used for Tri Putri Durian Pancakes in Payaman Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency and How is the Islamic marketing strategy in increasing sales of Tri Putri Durian Pancakes in Payaman Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. . The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection technique of the researcher used the method of observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study concluded that First Tri Putri Durian Pancakes in Payaman Village had implemented a 7P marketing mix strategy, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence that were able to increase sales at Tri Putri Durian Pancakes in Payaman Village. The marketing mix strategy that has been implemented by Pancake Durian Tri Putri in an effort to increase sales has also been carried out properly and correctly and in accordance with existing theory. The two Islamic Marketing Strategies in Tri Putri Durian Pencake Payaman Village viewed from the perspective of Islamic Economics it can be seen that the strategy used by Tri Putri Durian Pencake Payaman Village is in accordance with Islamic marketing theory such as: Theitis (robbaniyah) religious marketing, Ethical (akhlaqiyyah) Prioritizing moral issues (moral, ethical), realistic (al waqiiyah) being a flexible marketer, and humanistic (al insaniyyah) is a human trait. By implementing these Islamic Marketing strategies, it is hoped that the sales of Durian Pancake products carried out by Tri Putri Durian Pencakes in Payaman Village will experience success both in this world and in the hereafter

Abstract

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that emerged at the end of 2018 from the outbreak had a significant impact on Indonesia. Work from home or working from home by utilizing the internet has succeeded in becoming the choice of many sectors in carrying out activities, especially in the economic sector. From this problem, MSMEs as the driving force of the Indonesian economy that cannot compete are threatened with a massive deficit to close their businesses. This study uses library search, with data sourced from books, results of previous studies, government databases, and internet pages and uses qualitative research by presenting accurate sources to describe problems based on data. The result of this research is the recovery of MSME-level business by utilizing technology for a marketing strategy entitled a comfortable digital marketing system. This innovation relies on creativity and quality based on tangible evidence. The contribution of MSMEs with digital-based mediators in marketing is believed to be able to restore the movement of the Indonesian economy after the Covid-19 pandemic and become a solution that can restore the economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

In a company, leaders must have the ability to control their employees. Leaders must provide motivation to employees, motivation can be in the form of attention and appreciation in accordance with what the employees have given, so employees feel the need for fairness and can also encourage high morale to work. Likewise with the work environment, if the working conditions are clean, comfortable and safe. In this way, employees become motivated to work even better, and ultimately employee performance is achieved. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data here is obtained from indirect interviews obtained from the results of questionnaires filled out by employees, secondary data is obtained from the report data of the sharia financial institution of the BMT Mandiri Prosperous Cooperative East Java. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression, the results of the analysis are then analyzed by using the F test and statistical t test. (F-test) at the 95% confidence level. And from the results of the third hypothesis analysis shows that the magnitude of the regression coefficient for the work environment variable is 0.191 and the motivation variable is 0.286, so it can be concluded that motivation is the dominant factor that has an influence in improving employee performance at the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cooperative, East Java, Dukun Unit.

Abstract

Consumer Behavior or consumer behavior is an action taken by consumers to achieve and fulfill their needs both to use, consume and spend goods and services. In the people of Drajat Village, Banjarwati Village, and Banjaranyar Hamlet, research will be carried out on the Consumer Behavior of the community in choosing halal cosmetic products. This study aims to determine how consumer behavior in choosing halal cosmetic products in the people of Drajat Village, Banjarwati Village, and Banjaranyar Hamlet. The approach in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the people of Drajat Village, Banjarwati, and Banjaranyar Hamlet with 100 samples of people taken by probability sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is Consumer Behavior (X) while the dependent variable is the decision to choose halal products (Y). Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and observation. Test the instrument using the validity test and the reliability test. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, the test on cultural factors obtained a significance value of Tcount smaller than Ttable (0.457>0.192), the test results on social factors obtained a significance value of Tcount smaller than Ttable (0.356>0.192), the test results on personal factors obtained a significance value of Tcount greater than Ttable (0.591>0.192), the test results on psychological factors obtained a significance value of Tcount less than Ttable (0.506>0.192). From this explanation, it can be concluded that the personal factor with the indicator code PRB 2 (has the greatest significance value on Consumer Behavior in choosing halal cosmetic products in Drajat Village, Banjaranyar, and Banjarwati Hamlet, namely (0.591> 0.192), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, other factors have a smaller significance value than personal factors.

Abstract

The community in Paciran sub-district is 102,548 people. Paciran sub-district also includes industrial districts, both home industries and large industries. The need for clean water is increasing, especially those who live in areas adjacent to large factories such as in the Paciran sub-district, so that the water content is polluted by wastes from these large industries, so that the water quality in the Paciran area is especially unfit for consumption. directly because it depends on the very high TDS and PH substances. This shows that ZIVA RO drinking water is an important instrument for one of the drinking water industries in the Paciran area that uses a reverse osmosis process. This is what makes product quality and direct marketing influencing purchasing decisions. From this background, the problems obtained are: first, how is the influence of product quality on ZIVA RO drinking water decisions in Banjarwati Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, second, how is the influence of direct marketing on ZIVA RO drinking water purchasing decisions in Banjarwati Village, Paciran District, Regency Lamongan. The type of research used is quantitative research, the sampling technique used is the independent sampling technique, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people, the data analysis technique used is using reliability and validity tests, correlation analysis tests, coefficients of determination, multiple linear regression analysis and , hypothesis testing. The results showed that the product quality variable did not have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions of -0.697 > 1.984 with a significant level of t less than 0.05, namely 0.487> 005. Direct marketing from the results of this study direct marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions obtained by 1.091 > 1.984. With tingakat t less than 0.05 that is 0.278> 0.005.
