Good and correct management carried out by BAZNAS can be carried out with many programs with various objectives. One of them is to empower the poor. The role of BAZNAS here, besides distributing it, also provides direction so that the funds received are more useful. Seeing the high amount of zakat, infaq, shodaqoh funds collected at BAZNAS Tuban Regency, and one of the missions of BAZNAS Tuban Regency is to empower the poor who are still in their productive age. Zakat management in empowering the poor at BAZNAS Tuban district as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors that occur in the management of zakat. With the aim of being able to answer and describe, and analyze the management of zakat in empowering the poor at BAZNAS Tuban Regency. Zakat as an economic element plays an important role in shaping the fiscal aspect of a country's economic structure. Zakat is worship maaliyah ijtima'iyyah which means material social and has a strategic function. In accordance with the nature of zakat obligations that must be carried out with certainty, then even in handling zakat must be managed properly by the relevant institutions. At the end of the twentieth century, along with the revival of the Islamic community in various sectors of life, the teachings of zakat have also become one of the sectors that have begun to be explored. Indonesia is no exception. The management of zakat in this period still involved the Regional Government through the inclusion of the Regional Secretary and the Head of the Public Welfare Section of the Regional Secretariat of Tuban Regency in the Executive element. This is because BAZNAS of Tuban Regency as a non-structural government institution must still be able to synergize with the Regional Government with the aim of optimizing revenues and efforts to assist the Regional Government in reducing the poverty rate in Tuban Regency through zakat, infaq and almsgiving funds.

Today entrepreneurship activities have begun to experience a turnaround and experience a shift in business orientation, where business people begin to try to balance material and spiritual orientation. One institution that is concerned about entrepreneurship is the Islamic boarding school, in order to bring us all towards falah (success / happiness in the world and in the hereafter) with the application of Islamic methods and principles Rahmatan lil'alamin. Mursyid stated that in general, the business of pesantren is still very simple and not well organized, especially the number of pesantren that play a role in community economic empowerment has not reached 50%. This is very important to support the independence of pesantren and also as an effort to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of students in Islamic boarding schools so that they have the capital to live and have a family in the future and with such a model pesantren can be an important element to build national independence and create good students who are moral, intellectually empowered, hardworking and independent. However, there is a pesantren that has been well known for its entrepreneurial aspects, namely the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School (PPSD) in Lamongan. The pesantren has various business units, both in agribusiness, manufacturing, and trade/services. While data analysis techniques are used using data education, data presentation, and conclusion drawing; The purpose of the study is to answer, know, describe and analyze the problem formulation; 1) How is the implementation of rahmatan lil'alamin-based entrepreneurship in the Sunan Drajat Department Store Economic Unit? 2) What are the factors that can support entrepreneurship in the Sunan Drajat Department Store Economic Unit? The analysis used with an approach through the relationship of the application of supporting factors for employees with entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship based on Islamic teachings. The application of department store management based on the Islamic concept of Rahmatan lil'alamin, there are several indicators with the description of rationality, Like business in general, it should do business is to seek profit for welfare. Intelligence, Determining product prices according to percentage in calculations that are not careless. Balance between heart and mind, Adjust product prices with fixed labels. As well as comprehensive, maintaining property (daily financial records are carried out which are then used as accountability reports).

The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. Qualitative research is a study in which the data is expressed in verbal form and is analyzed without using statistics. The results of the research analysis can be concluded that in terms of the development strategy implemented by the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Pasir Putih Dalegan Tourism has a good plan to increase visitors every month. With a special development strategy, namely professional management, it is absolutely essential in a business and business, because if the management is good, it will be easier for others to adjust. Meanwhile, the obstacles in the process of developing the Pasir Putih Dalegan Tourism Object include: The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic which is quite disturbing and has caused the Indonesian people's economy to decline drastically, weather conditions are very difficult to predict, many village people themselves are not aware of the importance of protecting each other's objects. own tourism, unable to manage finances professionally because the Pasir Putih tourist attraction belongs to the village and not to individuals, low public knowledge about tourism and the benefits of tourism, lack of historical knowledge of tour guides to tell historical sites and low mastery of foreign languages by tour guides, such as China, England and others, visitors do not comply with existing regulations.

Islam is a religion that was sent down by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW who became Rahmatan lil'Alamin (Grace to all nature). Islam clearly frees itself from things that are ribawi. In Islamic economic principles there are several economic instruments to help social interests such as the use of zakat, infaq, and alms funds to finance the welfare of the people. This study aims to answer, describe and analyze the formulation of the problem: 1. What is the strategy to optimize zakat management at Baznas Bojonegoro?, 2. What programs are carried out by Baznas Bojonegoro in increasing the empowerment of the poor in Bojonegoro Regency?3. Obstacles experienced by Baznas Bojonegoro in managing zakat funds and how to handle them? The type of research in this thesis includes field research. The method used in this study is to use qualitative research methods. The results of this study are 1. The strategy carried out by BAZNAS Bojonegoro, namely by conducting outreach to the people of Bojonegoro district and ASN, PNS, BUMN, BUMD as well as various agencies, institutions and mosques is used to introduce the importance of zakat and establish UPZ (Collection Unit zakat). 2. Programs run by Baznas Bojonegoro include: Religious Bojonegoro, Genius Bojonegoro, Energetic Bojonegoro, Philanthropic Bojonegoro, and Productive Bojonegoro. And it has been going very well, and almost every day Bojongoro Baznas is active in collection and distribution. 3. Obstacles experienced by BAZNAS in managing zakat in Bojonegoro Regency, namely the lack of awareness of the importance of issuing zakat.

Seeing the considerable potential of ZIS at the Nurul Huda Mosque, the mosque administrators formed a management to make it easier to distribute ZIS funds to worshipers and people in need. Therefore, it is hoped that more and more mosques will establish Baitul Maal as a positive response to mosques in the development of the times so that they can prepare generations of nations who can manage and distribute ZIS funds properly and effectively with strong religious provisions. This research was conducted at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency with the aim: to find out how ZIS management (Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqoh) and the inhibiting and supporting factors for ZIS management (Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh) at the Nurul Huda mosque, Ngimbang Village, Palang District Tuban Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach which is a research method that describes the circumstances or situations that occur, so that the data collected is in the form of words and pictures. The results of this research are Zakat, infaq and shodaqoh funds that have been collected and then distributed to the people who are blessed to receive, the distribution is carried out twice a year, namely during the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays. The inhibiting factor for the management (ZIS) of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Palang Tuban Village, is the lack of validity of the data that goes to the mosque administrators. Factors supporting the management (ZIS) of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Palang Tuban Village, are trust from the community to manage funds that have been submitted to the mosque, optimism in carrying out tasks and mandates, and working with religious leaders and also the chaplain.

The term Rationality will look confusing if it has many meanings or meanings, and sometimes rationality does not match what is expected. Rationality is a mindset in acting in accordance with human reason and logic. Specifically, rationality can also be said as a tendency to fulfill long-term plans, taking into account all the risks and benefits of the actions taken. Rationality is a consequence on the basis of economic and religious factors, where the main factor becomes the basic basis in the discussion of capitalist development. A person's choice can be said to be rational if this choice as a whole can be explained by the terms of the preferred consistent relationship with the definition of the appearance of the preferred choice. the decisions taken by these individuals should lead to the quantification of the final decision in monetary units. Quantification will lead to calculations and tend to maximize the goals of each activity.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Islamic business ethics on member satisfaction in the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Cooperative, East Java, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method. The location of this research was carried out at the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Cooperative which is located in Banjaranyar Village, Banjarwati, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The instruments used in this qualitative method are guidelines or special methods so that in collecting data, it is easy to process the data, and so that the work is easier and the results are better in collecting data. The author uses two sources of data, namely: Primary data and secondary data The results of this study indicate that, first, based on the exposure of the research data, it can be seen that Islamic business ethics carried out by the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Cooperative, in general, are in accordance with Islamic business ethics taught in Islam which include not committing usury, justice to all members and also What responsibilities have been entrusted by its members? Second, from the application of Islamic business ethics in increasing customer satisfaction implemented by the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Cooperative so far it has been going well, as evidenced by the existence of several efforts made by the Sunan Drajat Sharia Cooperative in increasing the number of customers each year.

The business model offered to develop a business is very varied with technological advances and the times. This requires companies or business people to continue to innovate in running their business. The process of business development can be done by measurement through several analyses, one of which is the Businesss Model Canvas analysis by combining nine elements that are the initial foundation of the business in its classification. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach obtained through data collection from the process of observation, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis techniques are used using data education, data presentation, and conclusions. The purpose of the study is to answer, know, describe and analyze the problem formulation; 1) What is the business development model at Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan Department Store. 2) How is the concept of Business Model Canvas analysis strategy at Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Department Store, Paciran Lamongan. 3) How is the concept of SWOT analysis at Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Department Store, Paciran Lamongan. The analysis used with the Business Model Canvas analysis approach with nine indicators from an internal and external perspective. In addition, it is strengthened by SWOT analysis which is collaborated on the Business Model Canvas analysis at Sunan Drajat Department Store. The results of the study explained that Sunan Drajat Department Store is a modern retail business that doubles into several businesses, including distributors, franchises, white labels, e-commerce, marketplaces, to business to business. The Sunan Drajat Department Store has actually implemented a canvas model bussines in its development. This alternative strategy can be seen from the strengths and weaknesses that have been analyzed with the SWOT analysis strategy that has been collaborated on the Business Model Canvas analysis so that it provides opportunities and challenges for the Sunan Drajat Department Store to develop its business

The lack of public understanding of the products and services offered by Islamic financial institutions makes most people only see that the added value of Islamic financial institutions is halal and also aims to help others, many still think that Islamic financial institutions are the same as conventional financial institutions. Banjarwati Village Community is also a village with a Muslim community. This research was conducted in the people of Banjarwati Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, which consisted of 5,825 residents with the aim of: to find out whether educational factors and religious behavior influence the use of Islamic financial institutions in the people of Banjarwati Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The number of respondents was 80 respondents. The sample collection technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method. Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with SPSS 16.0 computer program. The results of this study show that partially the significance value of the education variable is 0.000 > 0.05 and the t count is 6.845 > t table 1.991 meaning that the education variable influences the use of Islamic financial institutions. Partially, the significance value of the religious behavior variable is 0.088 > 0.05 and the t count is 1.726 <t table 1.991 meaning that there is no influence from the religious behavior variable on the use of Islamic financial institutions. Simultaneously the calculated F value is greater than F table (31.130 > 3.106) and the significance value is α = 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) meaning that the variables of education and religious behavior together have a significant effect on the use of Islamic financial institutions.

The research method used in this study is quantitative research by calculating the SPSS program through a simple regression analysis technique, and the data used is secondary data in the form of annual time series data starting in 2020-2021 from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Central Board Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI) according to research variables. The results of the statistical test can be concluded that partially the inflation-free variable (ϰ) in the 2020-2021 research year has a significant effect on the dependent variable increasing the distribution of financing through Islamic banking (Y) in the 2020-2021 research year. Inflation has a negative effect on the grounds that if inflation rises, financing will decrease because people's purchasing power decreases and if financing is increased it will be able to reduce inflation
