Abstract

Every country needs quality and competitive human resources because this has a positive impact on the country's development in various fields. So it should be in planning teacher recruitment carried out by following good processes and procedures, so that what is expected by an institution can be achieved as expected. The purpose of this research is to find out how the personal planning and recruitment system of human resources in schools. This study used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using literature review. The authors collected information from various sources such as journals, articles, books or other sources relevant to the author's research. The results of this study were 1) that the success or failure of a job or activity will be seen from its management. 2) The functions of management include planning, organizing, actuating and controlling or abbreviated as POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling). 3) Educator Planning is used to determine the number and type of teachers needed. 4) Teacher recruitment can be carried out by the school principal or by the central government, based on teacher shortage data from each regional government

Abstract

The results of the previous test, namely the daily test test in class VI at SDN 91 Kendari, showed that student learning outcomes were not optimal, because there were still several students who did not meet the minimum completeness criteria. Of the 22 students, there were around 7 students whose learning outcomes were still low. Learning strategies that will be used in existing problems are taken to make appropriate improvements through creative and fun methods, namely the use of project based learning learning models. This study uses an action research model (action research). An action that is specifically observed continuously, seen for pluses and minuses, then controlled changes are made to the maximum effort in the most appropriate form of action. This is in accordance with what is done by researchers. The subject of this research was Class VI of SDN 91 Kendari, which consisted of 22 students. The results of the pre-cycle research obtained classical student learning outcomes of 31.81% in the "very low" category, in cycle I had a percentage of 81.81% in the high category, while in cycle II the percentage was classically 100% in the "very high" category. The results of the evaluation of the second cycle showed that classical learning mastery reached (100%) with an average final score of students reaching (84.85) previously in the pre-cycle it was known that classical learning mastery reached (31.81%) with an average final test score students reached (63.17) and in the first cycle classical learning mastery reached (81.81%) with an average final test score of students (74.17). The project based learning learning model can be applied to Unity and Unity material for the Life of the Nation and the State because it can solve problems so that activity and cooperation increase and can develop students' motivation in studying the material so that instructional goals where students as educational subjects can be realized in carrying out tasks and obligations as students besides that, the role of the teacher as a facilitator and at the same time a companion in the teaching and learning process can be realized. From this information it can be concluded that the project based learning learning model can be applied to Unity and Unity material for the Life of the Nation and State and can improve learning outcomes in class VI semester 1 SDN 91 Kendari Academic Year 2022/2023.

Abstract

Learning thematic theme 1 the beauty of togetherness for some students might be considered difficult. In connection with this, in semester I, students experienced a decline in learning outcomes. The low student learning outcomes have been proven by the acquisition of pre-test results on theme 1, the beauty of togetherness from 18 Class IV students at SD Negeri 91 Kendari. Based on the results of the students' pre-test, 6 students or 33.33% of the classical completeness scores were successful in achieving the KKM score. And students who have not reached the classical mastery target are 12 students or 66.66%. The KKM score is 70. Seeing this statement, it can be said that the problem above is the author is interested in researching and testing the extent to which mathematics learning outcomes in the material of sine and cosine rules through the inside-outside-circle learning model. This research method uses class action research methods (Classroom Action Research). This classroom action research was conducted at SD Negeri 91 Kendari Class IV. The research was conducted from July 2019 to September 2021. The research subjects were Class IV students at SD Negeri 91 Kendari for the 2022/2023 academic year. There are 18 students in Class IV. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interview and documentation methods. In the pre-cycle, the classical student learning outcomes were 33.33% in the "very low" category, in the first cycle the percentage was 83.33% in the high category, while in the second cycle the percentage was classically 100% in the "very high" category. The results of the second cycle evaluation showed that classical learning mastery reached (100%) with an average final score of students reaching (84.76) previously in the pre-cycle it was known that classical learning mastery reached (33.33%) with an average final test score students reached (58.62) and in the first cycle the classical learning mastery reached (81.25%) with an average final test score of students (74.82). From this information it can be concluded that the inside-outside-circle learning model can be applied to theme 1 the beauty of togetherness in Class IV semester 1 of SD Negeri 91 Kendari for the 2022/2023 Academic Year..

Abstract

The achievement of the results of observation and evaluation of PJOK lessons for CLASS V students in semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year is still below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set by the school, which is 70. Learning achievement data is shown by the grades of 25 students whose grades meet the KKM or above the KKM there are 7 students or 28% and 18 students or 72% who are under the KKM. Looking at the data on learning outcomes and the implementation of these subjects, it is very necessary for the learning process to improve its quality. In order for students' understanding of PJOK lessons to increase and learning objectives can be achieved optimally. So the researcher wants to use the demonstration method. This research is a class action research (classroom action research). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 91 Kendari Class V SD Negeri 91 Kendari. in semester 1, from October to December 2021. the research subjects were Class V students with a total of 25 students. Data collection methods in this study are observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of cycle I and evaluation can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes, namely there are still 6 students who score less than 70 or students who complete 76% and the average student score is 77.4. Cycle II is a continuation of the previous cycle to establish and achieve research objectives. Lessons are delivered about soccer, the movement of kicking the ball with the inside of the foot, the outside of the foot and the instep, the movement of dribbling, the movement of sending the ball is delivered with a planned strategy as cycle I and learning activities are carried out more optimally. The results of cycle II showed an increase in student learning outcomes, namely the average value of 86 students, students who studied thoroughly reached 100% and 0 students who scored below the mark of completeness. From the results of research in cycle II, the researchers reviewed carefully that the demonstration method can improve student learning outcomes in the subject matter of soccer in class V SD Negeri 91 Kendari in the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the acceleration of educational innovation programs and evaluation monitoring in educational innovation. This research is qualitative using the library research method. The process of monitoring the implementation of the work of subordinates is carried out to obtain facts, data and information in the process of achieving goals, whether they are in accordance with predetermined standards and there are no deviations. Monitoring requires leaders to directly see the processes that occur, also with the support of documents and opinions from those being monitored, this is done as validation and legitimacy of the monitoring process. The evaluation process will record and compile the results of monitoring with a certain systematic so that they can be easily understood. The results will be analyzed and studied in order to produce new knowledge which can later be used as a basis for supporting decisions to be taken in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to summarize innovations that can be implemented to enrich the variety of learning experiences. Innovation in education is one of the ways to develop the education sector. Innovation is necessary to create the best methods that are efficient and optimized for specific learning purposes. Therefore, by using the library research method, the researcher simply explains several aspects related to innovation in education. It is found that learning innovation is an effort to improve and enhance the learning process to make it more effective and efficient in achieving learning objectives. Learning innovation can take the form of utilizing technology, developing new teaching methods, or a combination of both. The goal of learning innovation is to enhance the quality of learning and students' learning outcomes. In learning innovation, the role of teachers becomes more crucial as they need to integrate technology and new teaching methods into the learning process. In conclusion, learning innovation can help improve the quality of learning and students' learning outcomes by utilizing new technology and teaching methods. However, careful planning and strategies are needed to adopt new learning innovations in order to address potential challenges and risks that may arise.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the concept of Islamic boarding school education in the SIT Al-Furqon Palembang dormitory. The problems studied were the form of the applied pesantren education concept, the process of implementing the applied pesantren education concept, and the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method uses qualitative methods. The research informants were leaders and teachers in the SIT Al-Furqon Palembang dormitory, totaling six people. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the educational concept applied in the SIT Al-Furqon Palembang hostel includes curriculum, educational process and facilities and mission and vision. The pesantren curriculum can be identified from the hostel activities and subjects. The educational process can be seen from the aspects of teaching and learning activities, methods and atmosphere of the hostel. The implementation of the concept of Islamic boarding school education is carried out at the Al-Furqon hostel which can be seen from every activity of the hostel, through the activities of direction, guidance, communication, coordination and motivation to maintain the characteristics of the hostel as an integrated Islamic school based on Islamic boarding schools. Factors that support the implementation of the concept of Islamic boarding school education include, curriculum, the role of the founder, human resource support, and adequate infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are some undisciplined students, unmaintained facilities and insufficient funds for funding. But the inhibiting factors are not a significant obstacle.

Abstract

The management of madrasa heads plays an important role in improving the quality of education in madrasas. This study aims to determine the planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating the leadership of the madrasa head in improving the quality of education at Madrasa Aliyah Alchairaat Falabisahaya. Objective: This study aims to find out how the management of madrasa heads can improve the quality of education at Madrasa Aliyah Alchairaat Falabisahaya. Method: This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. Respondents in this study were madrasa heads, teachers, and students at Madrasa Aliyah Alchairaat Falabisahaya. Discussion result: The results of the study show that the management of madrasa heads plays an important role in improving the quality of education in madrasas. The madrasa head has an important role in planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating leadership. In addition, the madrasa head also acts as a supervisor in an effort to help develop the professionalism of teachers and other education personnel. Therefore, the management of madrasa heads needs to be improved so that the quality of education in madrasas can continue to improve.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teacher competence in preparing lesson plans at SMP Negeri 2 Kesu'. This study uses a qualitative method. From this research, there were two people who were the subjects, namely the Principal of SMP Negeri 2 Kesu' and the PAK Teacher of SMP Negeri Kesu'. The background to this research is that researchers found PAK teachers who ignored their competencies, starting from not preparing lesson plans, so that the learning process was not conducive when teaching in class. From the competencies possessed by PAK teachers, it is very influential for students not only for each student but also for other people both from other teachers and also for students' parents, so that it is very important for every teacher including the teacher to understand. PAK in SMP Negeri 2 Kesu'. Based on the research results, Christian religious education teachers have been able to prepare lesson plans by paying attention to matters related to lesson planning.
