Abstract

This research aims to determine the social media Instagram on purchasing decisions at Aisy Drink, Bima City. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population used in this research were all consumers who had seen or been exposed to Aisy drink product promotions via social media, with a sample size of 50 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, determination test, and t test. The research results show that social media Instagram influences purchasing decisions at Aisy Drink Bima City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City DPRD Office. This research is of associative type. The population used was 61 respondents using saturated sampling techniques so that the sample in this study was the entire population of 67 respondents. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques, validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, determination test and significance test (T test). Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City DPRD Office. This is proven by the T table value of 9.314 and sig 0.000. The determination test shows that job satisfaction is influenced by the non-physical work environment by 57.2%, while the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other factors or variables not included in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of employee roles and service quality, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Joker Telang. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees, consumers and Cafe Joker owners. The sample in this study was 4 respondents obtained using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23.0 tools. The conclusion of this research is that the quality and discipline of employees formed by the Cafe Owner, influences consumer satisfaction at Cafe Joker.
