Abstract

The concept of comparative advantage explains how a country can allocate its resources efficiently in an open economy. The concept of relative advantage also means a measure of potential advantage or competitiveness. This study aims to obtain the results of an analysis of the comparative industrial structure of industrial development. In this study using the literature review method. Four countries have adopted their policies titled Making Indonesia 4.0 Indonesia, Industry 4WRD Malaysia, Industrial Strategy Building a Britain Fit for The Future and “New Industrial Structure” by Japan. Industry 4.0 policies in Indonesia and three other countries can enhance the evaluation of values, human capital, complexity, institutional framework and sustainable resources. Indonesia's policies have not yet achieved AI, health and biotech research priorities while Indonesia has a large domestic market.

Abstract

Pilkades or Puguh village elections are decorated with politics of money to attract the people's vote, so the politics of money became a normal thing and had become a culture before the village head elections took place. Using an ethnographic approach that focuses on a descriptive development of the political culture of money within a Puguh village community. Results and research discussions of understanding on political money and social conflict. The politics of money itself comes because the elite or prospective village heads seek an influential position in the village, and also because of people who are less conscious of pancasila values and lack of understanding in politically-related communities. In this case the political culture of money itself leads to social conflicts within the society, a conflict of tension in one's interaction with another.

Abstract

Alfamart is one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia engaged in minimarkets.The company was founded in 1989 and has more than 17,000 outlets throughout Indonesia.Given the types of products produced and the large size of the company, data security at PTSumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk is very important. This research was made to study securitymanagement at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in improving the security of data systems. The results show that system security managementat PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk is animportant priority to protect sensitive information such as customer data and company finances because PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk has a lot of customer information that mustbe keptconfidential toavoid datatheft byunauthorized parties.responsible.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with rapid technological developments. Through the development of this technology, of course, it will make it easier for the community to carry out activities, such as buying and selling online. Buying and selling online is very popular in the community, because for them it is very easy, fast and practical. However, along with the convenience that is presented in buying and selling online, it is often used by irresponsible persons to seek profit. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The main focus of this research is to see the reality that occurs in the field with the aim of digging up information about fraud in buying and selling and the laws that are applied. Researchers use this research because they want to clearly describe the technological developments that are used as a fraudulent mode of buying and selling online.

Abstract

Airline companies strive to improve their performance in order to satisfy the growing interest in air transportation. Aviation service quality focuses on safety, comfort, efficiency, and speed. The Lost and Found Baggage unit plays a crucial role in building trust. The risks associated with lost, delayed, or damaged baggage have a direct impact on passenger satisfaction. The success of this unit depends on prompt response, attention, effective communication, adherence to operational standards, and adequate assurance. It is imperative for companies to collaborate with airport managers and relevant stakeholders. This study adopts a quantitative approach, which is a scientific method that utilizes numerical data and statistics to explain and understand social or behavioral phenomena. The data collection techniques employed in this study include questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques comprise simple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that the handling of damaged baggage has a significant positive effect on passenger satisfaction at PT Kokapura Avia, Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. The regression coefficient suggests that a 1% improvement in damaged baggage handling leads to a 0.784 increase in passenger satisfaction. This variable accounts for approximately 49.3% of the variance in passenger satisfaction. However, it is important to note that other factors contribute to satisfaction by 50.7% and warrant further research.

Abstract

Pola era industri saat ini dan era industri lama mewakili fase-fase yang berbeda dalam evolusi lanskap bisnis. Pola industri lama, yang ditandai dengan stabilitas dan kemajuan bertahap, mengandalkan manufaktur skala besar, pengambilan keputusan terpusat, dan kemajuan teknologi yang terbatas. Namun, pola industri saat ini, yang didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi yang cepat dan dinamika pasar yang berubah, telah menyaksikan pergeseran yang signifikan. Abstrak ini mengeksplorasi pola yang kontras antara kedua era tersebut, dengan menekankan faktor-faktor transformatif yang telah membentuk kembali lanskap industri saat ini. Pola industri lama mengandalkan produksi massal, produk terstandardisasi, dan struktur organisasi yang hirarkis. Persaingan pasar didominasi oleh beberapa pemain yang sudah mapan, dan inovasi terjadi pada kecepatan yang lebih lambat. Stabilitas dan prediktabilitas merupakan ciri khas era ini, karena perubahan industri berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Sebaliknya, pola industri saat ini didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi seperti otomatisasi, kecerdasan buatan, dan analisis data. Hal ini telah mengarah pada digitalisasi proses, pengalaman yang dipersonalisasi, dan pendekatan yang berpusat pada pelanggan. Industri saat ini menekankan ketangkasan, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan daya tanggap terhadap tren pasar yang berubah dengan cepat dan permintaan konsumen.

Abstract

An article entitled optimizing the role of Islamic boarding schools in Islamic education. This article describes the role of Islamic boarding schools as learning centers that are rich in Islamic religious values, traditions and culture. Islamic boarding schools do not only focus on academic aspects, but also on the formation of students' character and morals. By combining theoretical teaching with the practice of daily life, Islamic boarding schools create an environment that supports the holistic development of students. In order to optimize the role of Islamic boarding schools in Islamic education, continuous efforts are needed. By strengthening the curriculum, increasing collaboration, leveraging technology, and involving the community, Islamic boarding schools can continue to be relevant educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of industry 5.0. In addition, the researchers also described the education sector in Menganti District, Gresik Regency - East Java during the industrial era 5.0. The scope of this research is the development of industrialization in the 5.0 era in educational activities in Menganti District, Gresik Regency - East Java. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that basically the industrial revolution and society 5.0 are able to improve the quality of human life. The implementation of learning in Menganti District seeks to improve the quality of human resources to be technologically literate and think critically about a problem. This is applied by the majority of teachers with various appropriate learning methods or strategies. The implementation of education in Menganti District has also used various technologies to make it easier for students to understand lessons. This is in line with Industry 5.0 which focuses on the use of technology in life which can improve the quality of human resources and facilitate the activities carried out by the surrounding community.

Abstract

Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) is an international airport located in Temon district, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta province. As an aviation service provider company, PT Angkasa Pura I needs to pay attention to the facilities and services in the passenger departure lounge. This research aims to discover the effect of the service of waiting room staff and how much influence it has on passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport. This research uses quantitative methods. The data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using the waiting room area of domestic flights on November 1 to December 31, 2022. Data analysis was done by using simple linear regression with the service of the waiting room staff as the independent variable and passanger satisfaction as the dependent variable. The results show that the service of waiting room staff has a significant influence on passanger satisfaction, with a significance value of T = 16.293 > 1.661 with a significance value of 0.05. The service of waiting room staff as the independent variable influences passenger satisfaction by 73%. Meanwhile, the other 27% is influenced by other variables outside of this research. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of waiting room staff service on passanger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport.

Abstract

Citra merek merupakan pemahaman dan hubungan yang terbentuk dalam pikiran pelaggan produk terhadap merek atau brand tertentu. Keputusan pembelian mobil merupakan proses yang kompleks, di mana citra merek dapat memainkan peran penting dalam memengaruhi preferensi konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana citra merek mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mobil Honda Brio. Metode penelitian ini adalah literature review Penelitian yang penulis buat dapat memberi dampak penting bagi manajemen pemasaran mobil Honda dalam mengembangkan strategi branding yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan mobil Honda Brio. Dalam mengelola citra merek, perusahaan perlu fokus pada mempertahankan reputasi merek yang baik, memperkuat persepsi kualitas yang positif, mengoptimalisasi citra merek, dan meningkatkan kesetiaan konsumen terhadap merek Honda Brio.
