Abstract

.  Law Number 5 of 1999 entitled Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition regulates business competition law in Indonesia. One of the main reasons for the emergence of this Act was due to pressure from the IMF (International Monetary Fund) as part of the Letter of Intent (LOI) at that time. Consequently, no attempt was made to reflect Islamic values in the drafting of the law. This can be seen from the exceptions in Article 50, especially the exceptions for small entrepreneurs. This research is a normative juridical research with qualitative analysis method, and the data that the writer uses is secondary data which consists of primary and secondary legal materials. The ideal law is a law that is made in accordance with the noble values of society, and must also take into account the religious values that are adhered to by the community. Renewal is needed in Indonesia's business competition law by integrating Islamic values to create a business competition law that reflects God's values and at the same time reflects the values of the Pancasila Economic System

Abstract

Humans are creatures created by God as the most perfect human beings both physically and form. Humans with that perfection have important potential within themselves as media to manage their lives and life in this universe. In addition, humans are more dominant and superior than other God's creatures because humans can think with reason that God has given as a tool to think about God's creations as well as the creator himself. The Qur'an gives appreciation to humans for their thinking abilities, but on the other hand, sometimes humans ignore their basic potential so that they feel that they are created only to be controlled by God. Hasn't God given logic to make humans think and make an effort in living life. Even though there are definitely choices that are offered by God. Allah created everything in this world in pairs, there are good and bad, black and white, high and low, rich and poor, male and female, heaven on earth, heaven hell and many more. If we think further, there are many choices in this life, namely by developing the self-potential that exists in the anatomy of our body as energy and great strength to fight and be competent in this life.

We hear and read many stories about the prophets in the Qur'an, including the story of Prophet Lut a.s. which of course contains a lot of wisdom and teachings to be adhered to and emulated as a guideline for human life. And here the author focuses on discussing moral values in the story of the prophet Lut as. As we know, the atrocities of the people of Lut, such as those who like the same sex, have become a habit and are considered normal. Seeing a woman's body does not increase her lust, except seeing a man's body increases her lust. This study uses library techniques by collecting information from various sources by reading, analyzing it and drawing conclusions according to the problem. Researchers get some results in the form of messages that can be used as lessons for the future. The results of this study indicate that the Prophet Lut (as) repeatedly rebuked and warned his people not to commit immoral acts (same sex), but his people ignored these warnings. Therefore, Allah (s.w.t.) punished the people of Prophet Lut (a.s.) with a huge explosion accompanied by hail.
