Generally, young people want to show their behavior and attitude trying to present and signalize their identity, so that very sensitive to changes that happened around, which mentioned can generate conflict in young people which affect negativity to growth of forming young people which is have opportunity to generate behavior which digressing ( delinquent ).One of the present day young people’s behavior able to be categorized into behavior digress from religion teaching is abuse of forbidden drug which more knowledgeable with term of Drug/Narkoba. Problem appear of this Drugs/Narkoba, have come to big problem more and more day, increase its amount and difficult to be controlled or discontinued. Abuse of Drugs/Narkoba among young people happened because less of construction of education specially education of religion and is diffuse of observation by their parents, so that they unable to control their passion .Therefore, to handle them should do steps by parents, such as 1). Give religion teaching at home 2). Fill the children free time.,3). Parent’s byword. 4). Parent’s attention ,5). Control to the children’s behavior ,6). Creating feel climate in the family 7). The study is titled Principal Leadership in empowering Certified Teachers Grade School Teachers Toward the SMP location in Lembang district. West Bandung. The investigations using descriptive qualitative analytical research methods, data collection techniques with interview, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study as follows: 1 ) Head SMP Lembang has conducted leadership - empowering educators effectively certified teacher professional - grade to the school, with a transformational leadership style and Visioner Leadeship in synergy. 2 ) The effectiveness of the leadership of the Head of SMP Lembang evidenced by mastery of personal competence, managerial, entrepreneurial, social competence and supervision and is able to improve teacher performance by 13.55 % in 2012-2013. 3) Certified Teacher Empowerment Strategies pursued through professional development Sustainable Self Development programs and activities as follows 1) The development of the individual self, 2) Functional Training and Education, 3) In House Training, 4) Collective Activities KKG, MGMPs, PSC, MKSS, 5) Scientific Publications, 6) Innovative activities: workshops, seminars, symposiums. Certified Teacher Empowerment barriers include: 1) Low Motivation to learn some teachers - teachers who are nearing retirement; 2) The low pedagogic competence and professional competence fraction Teacher; 3) Scarcity of School Trustees disciplinary backgrounds Science, Mathematics, and English is required as a resource in the activities of In House Training teachers. 3) The limited time opportunity to pursue continuing education S2/S3 state universities for Culture, Arts and science teachers, English, and Mathematics. For Principal authors recommend including the following: a) the principals must increase continually his quality in transformational and visionery’s leadership to empower effective and professional teachers, b) In House Training for enrichment Instructional Materials Science, Mathematics and English, in addition to the help of School Supervisors should also invoke state university lecturers as a training resource. c) Principals should encourage teachers to continue their education S2/S3 discipline besides linearly Sustainable professional development activities. While those in the appointment of the Head of Department of Education Power School Supervisors should pay more attention to the requirements of academic qualifications and competence of supervisors to prioritize. Teacher: Science, Mathematics, and English to be the supervisor.

Abstract The parking area at the hospital is a permanent parking activity in providing adequate facilities for motorbikes, cars, ambulances, and goods trucks. The need for parking spaces that are actualized by the RSUD (District Public Hospital) Soreang Bandung Regency in accordance with the standard guidelines of the Directorate General of Land Transportation regarding parking space units, Hospitals with 197 TT, require 118 Parking space facilities (SRP), the design and planning of parking infrastructure in hospitals is very important because parking infrastructure and vehicle entrances take up a lot of land, for this reason, RSUD (District Public Hospital) Soreang Bandung Regency, carried out a parking area renovation project that aims to further improve visitor service and comfort. The renovation of the RSUD (District Public Hospital) Soreang Bandung Regency parking area was carried out by a third party / hospital parking building contractor. To analyze the cost and time of work, the researchers made a descriptive method by asking questions about current problems, so that the cost and time analysis was determined using the theory of Budget Cost Work Schedule (BCWS), Actual Cost Work Performance (ACWP), and Budget Cost Work Performance. (BCWP) and the use of the Earned Value concept in project performance assessment can be calculated various factors that indicate the progress and performance of project implementation, the results of research on cost efficiency and time effectiveness used by contractors in working on parking area renovation projects according to productivity and performance indices and cost projections and final project schedule using Critical Ratio (CR) = Schedule Performance Index (SPI) X Cost Performance Index (CPI) Keywords: Cirtical Ratio, Schedule Performance Index , Cost Performance Index, Budget Cost Work Schedul), Actual Cost Work Performance, Budget Cost Work Performance). Z Generation is the generation that was born in the range of 1996 to 2012. Gen Z is the generation that was born after the era of the millennial generation, Gen Z is the transition from the millennial generation with increasingly developing technologies, Gen Z is also called iGeneration, the internet generation or generation net. People who belong to the Z gene era have something in common with the millennial generation. However, Gen Z is considered capable of implementing all activities at one time, such as playing social media on cellphones, browsing with PCs, and listening to music. Gen Z is considered capable of multi-tasking and doing all three of these activities at the same time. In addition, Gen Z is considered to have a close relationship with cyberspace and almost all activities are carried out in cyberspace, for countries this generation must be given understanding and direction in the integrity of the nation because there are many views of Radicalism and ideology that will divide the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, so this research will review The role of Pajajaran Polytechnic Students ICB Bandung in maintaining the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia by using social media and broadcasting with contemporary youth content and language so that it is easy for teenagers to digest and understand. College students and high school and vocational students in the city of Bandung. The implementation of education and training is a series of activities to control continuous educational activities so that they are effective in achieving the goals of education and training. This research focused on Youth Skills and Leadership Training (LKKP) for members of the Bandung City Flag Raising Troop (PASKIBRA) using the Happy Village Approach System. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the management of Youth Skills and Leadership Training for PASKIBRA Bandung City members using the Happy Village System Approach and the impact of this training on exemplary students of PASKIBRA Bandung City members. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation instruments. The results showed that Youth Management and Leadership Skills Training with the Happy Village System Approach for Paskibra Bandung members was generally successful in increasing the exemplary behavior of Paskibra Bandung students both in family life and at school.

The main objective of the research is to explain about the role of students’ locus of control toward reading skill in general english course. The descriptive quantitative method was employed in this research. The population of the research was the students of first semester secretary of Polytechnic Pajajaran ICB Bandung. To collect the data, the writer used questionnaire to find out the students’ locus of control and reading test to know whether the final test score of the students have a significant progress or not. The students with high locus of control will be encouraged if the teacher gives a chance to them to involve actively in teaching learning process. Their control, of course, influences their achievement, especially in achieving reading skill. On the other hand, students who have low locus of control believe that they have little control or power to affect personal outcomes. They usually do not have any interest in joining the learning process. It can be seen that students who have high locus of control were encouraged to be actively and motivately in learning process. Based on the reserach finding, it can be conclude that students’ locus of control have role in teaching learning process. Therefore, it is suggested that: (1) it is better to know students’ locus of control to improve student’s reading skill; (2) this result of the study can be used as a beginning step to conduct a further research.

The phenomenon that occurs in companies is a decrease in work productivity. A salary level that is still very low will affect efforts to increase employee productivity, on the contrary, a very low level of productivity is difficult to guarantee an increase in salary. Salary issues in the company PT. Chang Shin Reksa Jaya is employee dissatisfaction with the salary he receives from the company. This study aims to examine how much influence Salary has on Work Productivity at PT. Chang Shin Mutual Jaya. This study used quantitative methods, with a population of 12,000 and an equal sample of 100 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used simple regression and correlation tests. The results obtained in this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of Salary on Work Productivity at PT. Chang Shin Reksa Jaya, it can be assumed that salary is very influential on Work Productivity.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of personal branding on consumer buying interest in followers of YouTube social media @GadgetIn.@GadgetIn is one of the leading YouTube channels in Indonesia that focuses on gadget reviews and reviews and technology-related topics. The survey method was used to collect data from 100 respondents who are students of Garut University. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques with a descriptive quantitative approach with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that personal branding consisting of personal image, trust, and loyalty had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The implication of this research is the importance of personal branding in influencing consumer behavior towards consumer buying interest and the importance of implementing effective personal branding for influencers on social media.

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem that occurs during a critical period in growth and development, starting in the fetus. This nutritional problem means that the quality of life of children in terms of growth and development does not match their genetic abilities. Poor growth in babies is caused by underdevelopment. Stunting is a stunting disease in children which is characterized by short stature. Stunting can be caused by several factors, including infection or malnutrition in pregnant women, malnutrition in infancy, and an unfavorable environment. The purpose of this study is to provide guidelines for preventing stunting in early childhood to the people of Parungseah Village, Sukabumi Regency, and it is hoped that parents will be aware of the importance of knowledge about stunting from an early age. We specifically encourage health workers in this setting to provide health education to increase mothers' knowledge about stunting.

Blood donation is the process of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be stored in a blood bank for later use in blood transfusions. Blood donor selection is carried out with the aim of protecting the health of donors by ensuring that the donation is not harmful to their health, and protecting patients from the risk of infectious diseases or other adverse effects. So far, PMI often experiences critical conditions, namely the lack of safe blood supplies needed by the community. The benefits of blood donation for regular donors can help stimulate the production of new blood cells, therefore our goal is to educate the public to convey the importance of blood donation for body health.
