Abstract

State-Owned Enterprises are companies whose capital and ownership are owned by the State aimed at fulfilling the welfare of the community in various business fields, BUMN operations are supervised, controlled, and controlled by the State to serve the public interest and public services, so that they can be used as sources of state income with the risk of business activities. borne by the government, as for the products needed by the community, currently SOEs are made into clusters including tourism and support services, telecommunications and media clusters, energy, oil and gas clusters, health clusters, manufacturing clusters, mineral and coal clusters, food clusters and fertilizers, and plantation and forestry clusters. Pos Indonesia is a limited liability company in the service of dividing into six regions or regional divisions with divisions covering all provinces divided into 6 regions. PT Pos Indonesia itself is headquartered on Jl. Banda No. 20 Bandung City, West Java, with a total of 23,825 employees in 2019, at PT. Pos Indonesia there are several PT Pos Indonesia unions including the Indonesian Postal Workers Cooperative (KOPPIN). KOPPIN has a business in the field of financial institutions in the form of employee/worker cooperatives. In order to transform digital services, KOPPIN implements a savings and loan cooperative management information system. Abstract

Tanaman singkong mempunyai kandungan mineral kalsium, fosfor, mangan, zat besi, dan kalium, Indonesia sebagai penghasil singkong terbesar keempat di dunia, dan di Jawa Barat adalah Kabupaten Garut merupakan penghasil terbesar, dengan luas panen harvest area budidaya tanaman singkong adalah 25.635 Hektar dan mempunyai kapasitas produksi 629.404 ton/ tahun, sebanyak 12,759 kelompok tani budidaya di Kabupaten Garut mendapat Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dari Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Sampai akhir tahun 2022 BRI telah menyalurkan KUR sebesar Rp 252,38 triliun, dengan menggunakan strategi binis proses digital maka ada nasabah menggunakan aplikasi BRIMO dan marketplace, Tokopedia. Salah satu hasil makanan turunan berbahan baku singkong yang saat ini sedang banyak diburu oleh anak muda adalah kripik kaca, ada beberapa rasa dan varian kripik kaca yang laris manis dijual di media online ataupun pasar dan toko oleh-oleh di Indonesia. Untuk lebih meningkatkan pelayanan dan pemasaran kripik kaca maka kelompok tani juga memproduksi kripik kaca dan dipasarkan melalui online agar pembukuan secara otomatis digital agar memudahkan pelanggan, bank pemberi kredit dan bagian produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi analisis diskriptif yang menggambarkan proses pengumpulan data langsung kelapangan dan Forum Grup Diskusi data primer dan skunder diolah dan disajikan agar penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh semua pengrajin kripik singkong dalam memasarkan produk menggunakan marketplace tokopedia dalam digitalisasi arsip penjualan, produksi, dan keuangan.

Abstract

Kendala yang paling sering dihadapi oleh Koperasi apalagi Koperasi pesantren adalah dalam hal menentukan usaha, sering kali terjebak kepada koperasi simpan pinjam dan serba usaha yang dijalankan biasanya menjual makanan, minuman, alat kantor yang diproduksi oleh pihak lain dan hanya membuat usaha tersebut berjalan seperti minimarket. Sangat jarang koperasi pesantren yang mencoba melakukan pengembangan usaha dengan menjalankan koperasi pemasaran dan koperasi produksi. Pesantren Baitul Hikam Assofa Cijinjing Kabupaten Ciamis mempunyai lahan seluas 93.190 M2 areal lahan tersebut saat ini baru dibangun 1 gedung untuk area belajar santri, nantinya pesatren direncanakan menjadi Pesantren Modern dan mempunyai fasilitas Olah raga, penginapan, sentra produk santri/satriwati dan wisata alam dan religi .Dengan dasar pertimbangan untuk mengoptimalkan lahan yang direncanakan secara terintegrasi di pesantren, ada beberapa Unit Usaha yang akan dikembangkan di lingkungan  pesantren  diantara, pembangunan gedung pengeringan komoditi Talas, Nampu,  Porang, Sukun, Serai dan Komoditas lainnya, Pengelolaan pembangunan Gedung Pengering hasil Komoditas Perkebunan dipandang perlu karena masalah komoditas yang bisa tahan lama dengan metode pengeringan dengan kadar air bahan akan berkisar antara 12 % sampai 25 %.Pengaturan suhu pengering dilakukan dengan cara mengatur alat pemanas yang dihubungkan dengan thermostat

Abstract

Public Policy is an agreed rule to be issued and used to regulate people, groups, and officials. Local governments in broadcasting information have switched to using social media, in broadcasting information on work programs and public policies, the effectiveness and information conveyed quickly and correctly is used to influence people's behavior. The city of Bandung with a large population and the most active social media users, through the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) has used social media Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The performance of OPD social media in the Bandung City Government, of course, has broadcast public policies in accordance with the tupoksi of each OPD to analyze the performance of the Bandung City Government's Sisal OPD media in broadcasting public policies., the methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis, this analysis method is an analysis used by the majority of analysts, to display statistics through mathematical calculations. Its function is to find out the description of the distribution of sample or population data. So that the data will be easier to understand and more informative. The data analyzed are the number of OPD social media followers, the number of Activity/policy submissions, what are the most popular policies being discussed, how many people discuss the most popular policies, what day the policy discussion gets follower interaction, how many followers interact. From this analysis, suggestions and recommendations aimed at the Bandung City Government can be used to improve and improve the management of social media so that public policy information broadcasts can be used to influence public behavior at large.

Abstract

Local Government Revenue is one of the instruments of the regional government that comes from tax collections on the economic potential in its working area. In carrying out activities, the Regional Government requires other Regional Revenues derived from regional original income or from transfers between regions and transfers from the center. The West Bandung Regency Government has economic potential from the services, finance, trade, mining, industry, agriculture, plantation and agricultural sectors. fisheries so that income from this tax sector must be worked out efficiently and accurately so that the community in this case taxpayers find it easy to get tax services so that in the long term the increase in income increases, the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the economy in West Bandung Regency is felt, the service sector tourism is one of the most affected so that the Regional Revenue Agency of West Bandung Regency made a breakthrough to implement correspondence using a correspondence management information system to increase regional income. The application analysis used in this study uses a SWOT analysis with a descriptive methodology by displaying comparative statistics on revenue realization in 2020 and 2021. In the application of this application, of course, there are still many obstacles that must be corrected related to digital tax correspondence.

Abstract

Currently the world economy is being shaken by the Covid 19 Pandemic, the Agricultural Sector is one of the commodities that can be the mainstay of an agricultural country like Indonesia to stabilize the national economy. Seeing this opportunity, it is not wrong if the development of agribusiness clusters or agro-techno parks is one of the promising commodities. However, the factor of land availability and the selection of the right agricultural business unit commodities are still a big consideration for agribusiness actors. Land which is the main capital in the development of agricultural production is increasingly difficult to obtain, while the demand for agricultural commodities continues to increase. The concept of developing an agro area is feasible to be developed to answer future challenges. In Ciburial Village there is a land owned by Mr. BJ.Habibie covering an area of ​​8,000 M2. The area is currently managed by the community to grow chilies, tomatoes and vegetables, but these individual cultivators do not produce anything that has added value for the land owner, and does not even provide welfare for the surrounding community. . From the results of a visit survey on an area of ​​8,000 m2, currently the land is planted with tubers, chili trees, tomatoes, banana trees by cultivators with an intercropping pattern. Abstract

The Family Welfare Empowerment Group (PKK) at the kelurahan level has the duties and functions as coaches and implementers of the PKK work program in accordance with the needs of the community in the kelurahan, in addition to planning, gathering, mobilizing potential, also providing guidance and motivation for PKK groups at the RW and RT levels, for that socialization, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the PKK program became very dominant. One of the family welfare empowerment activities is to provide training that aims to increase knowledge and skills in making cakes and marketing digitally (Digital Marketing), Wet Cake is one of the foods most often served at meetings, meetings, picnics, training recitations, as well as community gatherings. Wet cakes themselves are foods that have various food ingredients with soft textures but have a short shelf life, many traditional Indonesian traditional cakes such as lemper, resoles, cucur, kue lumpur, pukis, banana sponge, omelette, and nagasari are put together in a cardboard box and served at the meeting. The tendency of PKK mothers usually to make wet cakes seasonally or if there is a big event so that it cannot be used as a daily business item, for that Digital Marketing is one solution in attracting customers, recognizing customers through digital media is easier to interact because of the content on the account. Social media that is created can see who likes, domicile, economic strata, and community, we can also identify competitors, ask for customer feedback and make survey questionnaires distributed through groups and business communities around the city of Bandung.

Abstract

The complexity of life in the world is the most difficult to anticipate when natural phenomena occur in the form of rain, earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, and whirlwinds. The natural event that causes an area to become a natural disaster most often is flooding, basically the rain that occurs can be predicted in terms of intensity, rainfall, volume, and time of occurrence. BMKG as a government institution that researches natural phenomena usually provides daily weather forecasts and the information can be obtained on websites and online media, TV, social media and other media, the Nangroe Aceh Darussalam Provincial Irrigation Service which is responsible for planning, handling, and construction of irrigation and The use of irrigation is challenged to make innovations using information technology and incorporating technically designed hardware telemetry (DED) to combine it into a flood early warning system, especially in river flows close to residential areas so that it can anticipate or mitigate flood disasters massively and informatively. to local governments, communities, media and other parties with an interest in the main tasks and functions of rescue. In developing and combining hardware, software, and brainware for this flood early warning system, the main focus was the use of Hawk Eye, high resolution CCTV operated using Igismap software, and Dynamic software, which successfully identified garbage in rivers that caused puddles, and sent signals and data to the Command Center (EWS Command Center).

Abstract

The management information system for controlling and evaluating regional development plans (SIMPERDA) is needed to ensure that the economic and digital transformation of regional development in Deli Serdang Regency 2022 can be carried out in accordance with plans and evaluations effectively and efficiently so as to increase regional competitiveness in attracting investment into development capital In the long term, in order to integrate strategic planning and cross-regional apparatus to development priorities and targets, the use of information technology is a method that can combine activity reports for all regional apparatus organizations (OPD) with activity target data entry, physical realization reports and development funds for each organization on a monthly, quarterly basis so that reconciliation can be directly monitored and evaluated by regional heads. In conducting this research the authors immediately created a Discussion Group Forum which involved 43 regional apparatuses and used descriptive analysis, this analysis method is the analysis used by the majority of analysts, to display statistics through mathematical calculations. Abstract

The digital agro-educational holiculture tourism museum in Purwakarta Regency has designed a digital exhibition, Visual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology to try to display cultural and educational tourism in the space using advanced technology and can pamper visitors while providing learning about horticulture. In communicating agro-educational audiovisual equipment and interiors that support the creation of an animated atmosphere combined with the conditions for seeding vegetable plants, fruit plants, ornamental plants, and biopharmaceutical plants in Purwakarta Regency, so that visitors can learn, see, and feel, and enjoy both inside museums or in a plantation area of ​​10 hectares in the tourist area of ​​Giri Harja Tajug Gede, Cikopo Village, Bungursari District, Purwakarta Regency. The technique of presenting animated images of plants combined with artificial interiors creates a virtual biosphere that will amaze visitors.
