Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of taro leaf stalk extract (Colocasia esculenta) with gemtamicin sulfate cream in the wound healing process in white rats. This research is a quantitative research with a pure experimental approach. The results of this study consisted of the results of a comparison of the area of early and late wounds in the research rat group, the results of a comparison of the initial wound area and the average wound for 14 days, the results of a pre-post comparison with the research rat group. The results of research on the wound healing process using taro leaf stalk extract stated that the ratio of wound area at the beginning and end between taro petiole extract and control (NaCl) was insignificant, this is because 0.9% Nacl fluid is an effective physiological fluid for wound care by maintaining moisture, keeping granulation dry so that the wound remains in a balanced state that is not dry nor wet.

Abstract

Muamalah is a part of Islamic teachings that regulate relations between individuals. One activity in muamalah is ijarah, which is renting goods where the lessor receives rent or compensation. Although ijarah has rules that must be followed, there are still many ijarah practitioners who do not understand the legal basis and rules that apply. This study discusses Quranic verses on ijarah, requirements of ijarah, payment of ujrah, cancellation of ijarah contract, return of rented goods, types of ijarah, and application of ijarah in everyday life. A qualitative method with a literature study type was used to collect data from written sources such as books, journals, and other sources related to ijarah. The results of this study indicate that ijarah refers to an agreement to use goods or services by paying rent, but does not include the transfer of ownership of the goods. Ijarah is often used in everyday life to rent labour and goods. There are two types of ijarah in financial transactions, namely ijarah and ijarah muntahiya bittamlik. The ijarah contract itself is divided into two types, namely ijarah al'ain and ijarah al-dzimmah. However, ijarah muntahiya bittamlik is declared haram if there are two contracts in one transaction. The solution is to separate the lease contract and the sale contract by first conducting the lease contract and then conducting the sale contract after the lease contract is completed. The law of ijarah almuntahiya bitamlik is haram, if there are two contracts in one transaction, and the solution to permissible ijarah muntahiya bittamlik is by separating contracts, namely by first conducting the lease contract and if the lease contract is complete then using a new contract with the sale contract.

Abstract

Islamic economics is an economy that originates from the Al-Quran and Hadith. Its main goal is Rahmatal Lil Alamin, which highly upholds the values ??of justice and equality among human beings. Wealth is a deposit that God has given us to meet life's needs. Besides that, the assets we have also have other people's shares in them, so in distributing these assets, we need means to make it happen, one of which is by way of distributing Waqf. So in its implementation, we have to learn the rules and laws of Islam. This study discusses the verses of the Koran regarding distribution, endowments, hadiths related to endowments, terms and pillars of Waqf, waqf assets, utilization of waqf assets, productive endowments from an Islamic economic perspective, and finally, the distribution of endowments. This research uses qualitative research with the type of library research used to collect data from written sources such as books, journals, and other sources related to the distribution of Waqf. In the results of this study, it is known that Waqf is a fiscal policy instrument besides zakat, Waqf is also not only in the form of assets such as land and other buildings, but there is also Waqf in the form of money, so if it is used and managed correctly, it will make an excellent contribution to welfare and economic development ummah.

Abstract

All economic activities originate from human physical needs to be able to continue living in this world. All the needs for survival will be worked on by themselves, but when the needs for life cannot be met alone, then there is social interaction in meeting the needs of life among humans. This interaction actually represents the interaction of demand and supply, the interaction of consumption and production, so that the market emerges as a container for this economic interaction. In Islam it is explained that the earth with everything in it is the mandate of Allah SWT to humans to be used as well as possible for the welfare of Muslims. While humans have two functions in this world, namely as servants of God whose duty is to worship Him and as caliphs whose duty is to prosper and prosper God's earth. One of the uses that has been given to man as the caliph of God is economic activities in general and consumption activities in particular. Islam teaches people to use the right foundation in order to gain pleasure from Allah in carrying out their functions as caliph.

Abstract

The object of this research is a vehicle with a fuel injection system and uses a fuel pump to produce pressurized fuel. The fuel pump has decreased performance for some time of use. Decreased performance is characterized by abnormal engine power. But these symptoms can also be caused by other factors such as disturbances in the ignition system, fuel system or air intake system. To obtain the true causative factors by the workshop, a comprehensive examination of related systems is carried out. F the causative actor in the fuel system is the fuel pump, then the action taken by the workshop is replacement. In two-wheeled vehicles, fuel pump replacement is carried out after the fuel pump cannot operate. While four-wheeled vehicles, fuel pump replacement is recommended every 80,000 km. From the average data of Astra workshops that the number of vehicles that replace fuel pumps is 3 to 4 units within one month. Based on the procedure for checking the condition of the Astra vehicle fuel pump, which only measures fuel pressure and the resistance value of the fuel pump coil. The standard fuel pressure value is 2.94 bar and the fuel pump coil resistance value is 0.8 ohms. The measurement of the 2 parameters does not represent the actual condition of the fuel pump, whether the fuel pump can still be used or must be replaced. According to Denton in a book entitled Automobile Electrical and Electronic System Fourth Edition (2012) that the right fuel pump testing method must be with manufacturing standards, namely a flow discharge of 120 liters per hour with pressure conditions of 3 bar, source voltage of 12 volts, coil resistance of 0.8 ohms and maximum current to the coil of 10.5 amperes. As a solution to determine whether the fuel pump can still be used or must be replaced, it is necessary to make a fuel pump test bench with a method of measuring fuel pressure, current and fuel pump temperature. In order for all measurable parameters to be displayed into a conclusion, this tool is made based on microcontrollers. This fuel pump test bench can be used to determine the condition and predict the age of the fuel pump.
