Abstract

Steganography is the art and science of writing hidden messages or hiding messages in such a way that, apart from the sender and the recipient, no one knows or is aware that there is a secret message (it does not appear that there is a hidden message. Furthermore, public key cryptography is the type of cryptography that using two interrelated keys, namely the public and private keys. Cryptography and steganography techniques have an important role in securing information. Parallel Encryption with Digit Arithmetic of Covertext (PDAC) encryption model adopts cryptography and steganography for securing messages. The accuracy of the number of covertext in the PDAC affects whether the PDAC works. If the number of PDAC covertext does not match, then the encryption process will be imperfect. This study aims to close the PDAC gap. The proposed model adopts the repeated use of covertext. Covertext loops applied in PDAC can process information security. Another advantage obtained is that this modification makes it easier for users to use PDAC without having to meet the minimum covertext requirement.

Abstract

The usability-focused IS quality instrument is a conceptual model of a quality instrument that implements and focuses on standardizing usability behavior in a website software-based academic information system. Quality Structure along with Quality Factors and Quality Model Questionnaire Method which consists of the Basic Quality Questionnaire Method for AISS, Basic Quality Model Questionnaire Method and Usability Questionnaire Method are the research methods used. The purpose of this study is to propose an IS quality instrument that focuses on usability as a quality instrument that determines usability behavior in academic information system software, namely understandability, learnability, operability, attractiveness, and usability compliance. The usability-focused IS quality instrument is one of the quality assurance software quality instruments that has a high level of reliability and is required in every academic information system (AISS) software. So that a quality instrument is needed as a determinant of the quality of academic information system software that implements the quality model as an instrument system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce a model that can assist in determining prospective new students of STMIK AKBA who receive scholarships. The algorithm used is decision tree and nave Bayes to classify the graduation of prospective recipients of the Indonesian Smart Card (KIP) scholarship. Based on the results of the classification of the decision tree algorithm with the confusion matrix, the accuracy value is 44.12% and the F1-Score is 34.48%. If you use the Naive Bayes algorithm, it produces an accuracy value of 76.47% using data on diploma scores and average report cards. Furthermore, for accuracy without using diploma value data and the average report card is 79.41%. The results of this study show that nave Bayes has a better performance even though it does not use diploma scores and average report cards. Measurement of the results of the nave Bayes classification with the confusion matrix showed low sensitivity with values of 66.67% and 58.33% for the first and second scenarios. Based on the evaluation results, the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a better performance than the Decision Tree algorithm in classifying KIP scholarship recipients.

Abstract

Security and stability in a network service is a top priority for a network administrator. The slightest security vulnerability can make a very big threat in the stability of network services. The rise of cybercrime that intercepts access to a network service by performing ARP spoofing to imitate a client who has the right to access the network, with this happening it can be detrimental and disrupt network services. The application of MAC Address filtering to access network services is able to minimize the occurrence of cybercrime in the network. The filtering technique used is by registering the MAC address of each network service user who will connect to the network. This technique is able to recap the MAC Address on each device in the MAC Address table and is able to block access to clients whose MAC addresses are not registered. The test results obtained for the comparison of MAC Address filtering security using Dynamic with sticky MAC addresses are that the implementation of port security static sticky is considered better than the implementation of dynamic port security, where if there is a new client trying to access the network and the client's mac address is not registered then the client absolutely does not get access to network services.

Abstract

At this time it is known that many children, especially students, have played games, both through computers and mobile phones. Students think that games can fill their spare time. The use of media that involves technology can affect student achievement and motivation, one of which is game play. The background of the research is that learning in schools still uses learning methods that use guidebook media, which causes a lack of interest and attention from students to take part in ongoing learning, for that it is necessary to develop an educational game that can be used as a medium of learning and can motivate students to be interested in study. The purpose of making 3D animation game applications for learning lontara script is so that students can easily understand and be interested in learning lontara script. The system development method used is waterfall starting from data collection, system analysis, application design, system testing and implementation. Black-box testing method that focuses on the functional requirements of the software. The programming language used is the Visual C programming language. With the application of the 3D animation game for learning the Lontara script, it is hoped that it can provide information and help students understand and be interested in learning the Lontara script.

Abstract

The development of the times and technology produces innovations that facilitate human activities, one of which is for librarians to control and maintain library rooms. This study aimed to implement a noise detection automation tool and a sound monitoring system based on the Arduino nano 33 BLE sense microcontroller in a library room. The Arduino processed the data from the sound sensor through the Edge Impulse platform. Suppose a sound with a value exceeds 0.6 and takes more than 10 seconds. In that case, the warning "QUIET, PLEASE!" will be displayed, and a sound warning will also be issued via a buzzer. The sound warning can be monitored to turn on and off the buzzer through the application. When the librarian wants to turn off the buzzer, they can click the button to turn off the speaker; on the other hand, if they want to keep the buzzer on, they can click the button to turn on the speaker.

Abstract

In the development of the banking business, credit issues remain interesting to study and uncover. Most of the problems occur not in the system implemented by the bank, but the problem occurs precisely in the human resources who manage credit, either in their relationship with consumers or in errors on the part of the bank which mispredicts in assessing consumers who apply for credit. Several studies in the computer field have been carried out to reduce credit risk which causes losses to the company. In this study, a comparison of the Naive Bayes, C4.5 and KNN algorithms was carried out which was applied to consumer data that received credit eligibility for good and bad customers. The best prediction results are nave Bayes with an accuracy of 95.95% and an AUC of 0.974. The results of this classification are implemented in the form of a website-based application that can be used to facilitate related parties in the credit scoring system.

Abstract

The permit for the disposal of restaurant liquid waste is carried out by the Makassar City Environment Agency. The process of granting permits is carried out by determining eligibility standards with a prediction system without using standardized assessment criteria so that the final determination of granting permits is not accurate and precise. Staff at the Makassar City Environmental Agency are still handwriting the permit issuance which of course takes a long time. The purpose of the study was to develop a permit assessment system with standard computer-based criteria with the concept of a decision support system. The assessment process for determining the feasibility uses the AHP method to calculate the value of each criterion. Decision making presents a hierarchical relationship between factors, attributes, characteristics or alternatives in the decision-making environment. The parameters for evaluating the feasibility of restaurant quality standards are PH 6-9 Mg/L, BOD 100 Mg/L, SS 100 Mg/L, oils and fats 10 mg/L. The application of the AHP method to the decision support system for granting a waste disposal permit results in a qualifying or non-passing category. The final decision of the system greatly facilitates the leadership of the Environmental Agency to determine the granting of permits.
