Abstract

Breech is a location where the baby's buttocks are low with the head in the uterine fundus and the buttocks are at the bottom of the uterine cavity. The incidence of breech location in RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara is 1.87%. The purpose of this study is to be able to perform midwifery care for pregnant women with breech placement in accordance with the standardization of midwifery services in the midwifery room of RSUD Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara This research uses descriptive research by using primary data through history, physical examination, ultrasound examination, and KIA books. After the assessment, it was found that NY. I had a breech and was hospitalized in the Wijaya Kusuma ward, performed by a gynecologist. Can maintain and improve quality and service in providing midwifery care for pregnant women with the breech optimally

Abstract

According to the Indonesia Demographic Health Survey (SDKI) (2015), said that the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia reached 305 per 100,000 live births. Based on data from the Health and Information Center of the Ministry of Health (2015) the causes of maternal death are bleeding (30.3%), hypertension (28.8%), and pregnant women with anemia (37.1%). One cause of maternal death is bleeding. The cause of bleeding that needs serious attention is Atonia Uteri, because if the handling is late it will worsen the situation and can threaten the life of the mother. The incidence of uterine atony is around 1-3% of all deliveries. The purpose of this case study is to be able to carry out maternity care with Atonia Uteri in Ny. "H" at BPM Bd. Hj. Oom Rochmulyati, S.ST 2019 with midwifery service standards. The method used in this case study is a qualitative case study. After the assessment, the results obtained from objective and subjective data show that Ny. H has Atonia Uteri. Then given care to Mrs. H, i.e. put an IV drip infusion with 20 IU 40 TPM and do KBE (Extra Biamnual Compression) for 30 minutes while monitoring the mother's bleeding and vital signs. The evaluation was achieved bleeding resolved and good contractions. It is expected that all health services can improve the quality of comprehensive care services for maternity women more accurately, especially for mothers with atony uteri

Abstract

Pregnancy with old age multigravida is one of the complications of pregnancy and is a contributing factor for MMR in Indonesia. Throughout 2015, 25% of AKI cases in Indonesia were found to be caused by old age pregnancy. In the Permata Nabila Clinic in 2018 out of 88 pregnant women who examined their pregnancies found 22 cases with multigravida pregnancies in old age. The purpose of this Case Study is to be able to provide midwifery care for pregnant women with multigravida in old age at the Permata Nabila Clinic in 2019. This study uses qualitative types, using primary and secondary data. After the assessment, it was found that Ny. N with old age multigravida. Then Ny.N is given midwifery care that is given includes care provided includes: providing nutritional counseling, providing counseling about the risk of multigravida pregnancy in old age, providing counseling about danger signs TM III, giving mother Fe therapy 1x1 a day and calc 1x1 a day. And expected This case study can provide the best service to pregnant women with multigravida in old age.

Abstract

Neonates are newborns up to the age of 28 days. At that time there was a very big change from life in the womb and there was a maturation in the uterus and organ maturation occurred in almost all systems. The purpose of this study is to be able to perform midwifery care for newborns with low birth weight according to the standardization of midwifery services at Serang Kota Health Center. This research uses descriptive research using primary data through history, physical examination, laboratory examination, and the MCH book. After the assessment, the result is that the baby Ny. N had LBW affected by age <20 years, nutritional status and socioeconomic factors. Therefore, the researchers gave measures in the form of central care by wrapping using sterile gauze, injecting 1 Kg of vit K, and 1% eye ointment, keeping the baby warm, putting the baby in warm ups, observing once every 1 hour, giving ASI every 3 hours and collaboration with doctors. It is hoped that this case study can improve the quality of midwifery care services optimally through immediate treatment, especially for infants with LBW

Abstract

High risk factors affecting labor are mothers aged <20 years or mothers> 35 years old, children> 4, birth distance less than two years, history of hereditary diseases. Based on the results of the 2014 Ministry of Health, women with high risk recorded 34%. While in Banten Province 2010 it was 38% and in 2018 in the city of Cilegon it was recorded 94%. In 2018 high-risk delivery mothers in Marwati PMB were 19%, and in 2019 from January to March 10%. The purpose of this case study is to be able to provide midwifery care for high-risk maternity mothers. The case study research method is a qualitative case study, because it is conducted by interview and observation. Primary and secondary data types from interviews, history taking, direct observation. Maternity care for mothers in Ny. N with high risk, there is bleeding due to weak contractions and the presence of blood clots carried out in massase and exploration. It is recommended for all women to have an examination as early as possible to prevent complications at the time of delivery

Abstract

Post partum hemorrhage is bleeding that exceeds 500 ml after the baby is born. In general, if there is bleeding that is more than normal, especially if it has caused changes in vital signs (such as decreased consciousness, pale, unsteady, cold sweats, shortness of breath, and tension <90 mmHg and pulse> 100 / minute), then treatment must be done immediately. According to USAID Jalin Banten in 2016 there were 240 cases of maternal deaths in Banten and 38% of them were caused by bleeding. This study was conducted so that students were able to provide midwifery care for postpartum hemorrhage cases in Ny. "N" at PMB Lilis Nurhasanah, S.ST. Keb, SKM. The method used in writing this case study is a qualitative method in which data collection methods in a case study can be done by interview using the format of maternity assessment, maternal observation, and medical records in the form of patient status. After the assessment and examination, it was found that in Ny. "N" occurs post partum bleeding. The care given to Mrs. "N" is to put up a 500 ml RL drip oxytocin 20 IU 60 tpm infusion, explore the uterine cavity, inject IM methergin in 1/3 of the outer thigh of the mother, give misotab (misoprostol 0.2 mg) 3 role tabs, perform check the hemoglobin level in the mother's blood, and observe the amount of bleeding. It is hoped that this case study can be a reference in maintaining the quality of midwifery services, especially in providing comprehensive midwifery care to women with post partum hemorrhage

Abstract

The development phase at 2-6 years of age is the preschool, when children begin to have an awareness of themselves as male or female, can regulate themselves in bowel movements. Based on preliminary studies conducted on parents who have children aged 2-6 years, amounting to 25 people, obtained as many as 20 parents (80%) Psychosexual Development of Children aged 2-6 years undeveloped and 5 parents (20%) Psychosexual Development of Children Ages 2-6 years have developed. Then from 20 parents (75%) do not know about what parents should teach and the role of parents in children 2-6 years in the development of their child's sexuality (25%). This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge, roles and education of parents in the psychosexual development of children aged 2-6 years at the Waringinkurung Health Center. This research is an analytical survey with cross sectional time approach, a sample of 98 people. The results of research on psychosexual development are not yet developed (36.7%), low knowledge (40.82%), lack of parental role (22.4%), basic education (21.4%). There was no relationship between knowledge (p = 1,000), and there was a relationship between roles (p = 0.005), education level (p = 0.002) to the psychosexual development of children aged 2-6 years. Parents are expected to be able to improve and be able to guide children according to their development and according to their needs properly including gender, male and female differences and can regulate bowel movements and can teach children according to language that is easily understood

Abstract

Anemia is a health problem experienced by women around the world, especially in developing countries (Indonesia). The frequency of pregnant women with anemia in Indonesia is relatively high at 63.5%. According to WHO 40% of maternal deaths in developing countries are related to anemia in pregnancy. The problem of malnutrition in pregnant women is still the focus of attention, these problems include anemia and pregnant women lacking chronic energy (KEK). National Riskesdas (2018) shows the proportion of KEK risk in pregnant women is 17.3%, pregnant women with nutritional and health problems have an impact on the health and safety of mothers and infants and the quality of babies born. Able to carry out comprehensive care for midwifery cases of maternity women with anemia and KEK in Mrs. L at PMB Nining Mutbaiyah, S.ST Pamarayan in 2019 in accordance with the standardization of midwifery services. The method used in this case study is qualitative. After midwifery care for women with anemia and KEK there is an increase in hemoglobin levels and nutritional status in Ny.L. The results of the implementation of midwifery care for women with anemia and KEK in Ny.L at PMB Nining Mutbaiyah, S.ST carried out in accordance with obstetric management procedures

Abstract

One of the causes of physiological changes in pregnancy is emesis gravidarum, half of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting, although the incidence is only about 0.5% to 2%. Gravidarum emesis is a natural symptom or often found in the first trimester of pregnancy. The purpose of this case study is to increase knowledge about midwifery care in first trimester pregnant women with emesis gravidarum using the varney management approach. This case study method is a qualitative case study, because it is done by interview and observation. Primary and secondary data types from interviews, history taking, direct observation, and register books and MCH books. After an assessment of midwifery care for pregnant women in Ny. S with emesis gravidarum, given Fe 1x1, calcium 1x1 and vitamin B complex, giving IEC includes giving IEC about signs of discomfort being complained of, giving IEC about nutrition of pregnant women, giving IIE about danger signs in pregnancy and encouraging repeat visits. It is expected for all pregnant women to carry out regular checks to monitor the condition of the mother and fetal development

Abstract

Weighing under five is very important for early detection of cases of malnutrition and malnutrition. By diligently weighing a toddler, the growth of a toddler can be monitored intensively so that if a child's weight does not rise or if a disease is found, recovery and prevention efforts can be made immediately so that it does not become malnourished or malnourished. The sooner it is found, the handling of cases of malnutrition or poor nutrition will be better. Quick and appropriate handling according to the case management of malnourished children will reduce the risk of death so that mortality due to malnutrition can be suppressed. Based on data obtained from the Serang City Health Office, the average BGM for underfive cities in 2016 was 1.06%. Walantaka Puskesmas is one of the Puskesmas that has a Lower Red Line (BGM) rate above the city average of 1.3% and 4 of its people were found to be malnourished. This study aims to determine the relationship of maternal characteristics with the nutritional status of children under five in the Walantaka Community Health Center in Serang in 2019. The research design used was analytical research with cross sectional approach where the dependent variable was the nutritional status of children under five and the independent variables were education, knowledge and behavior of mothers regarding nutritional status. The population in this study amounted to 4,880 people and the sample used was 98 respondents with a sampling technique in this study using accidental sampling technique. The results obtained, the characteristics of mothers associated with the nutritional status of toddlers are education (p-value = 0.002), knowledge (p-value = 0,000) and behavior (p-value = 0,000). Coordination needs to be cross-program and cross-sectoral, one of which is trying to improve health services by continuing counseling aimed at mothers who have children aged 1-5 years about the importance of nutrition which will have an impact on the nutritional status of children aged 1- 5 years in its golden age, and provide health education guidance for cadres to work together in promoting malnutrition eradication programs, this aims to motivate mothers to want to provide nutritious food to children aged 1-5 years.
