Abstract

Many benefits are obtained from breastfeeding (ASI). Breast milk is the main source of nutrition for babies who have not been able to digest solid food. Babies who are breastfed will get the best nutrition that cannot be replaced even by the best formula milk. To achieve optimal baby growth and development, exclusive breastfeeding needs to be given to newborns until the age of six months and can be continued until children are 2 years old. Breast milk is enough to maintain the growth of the baby until the age of 6 months. No other food is needed during this time. This study aims to determine the correlation between fine motor development with exclusive breastfeeding in children. This study uses an analytic observational research design. Distributing questionnaires and observations using the Denver II sheet. Analysis technique to test hypotheses using Spearman Correlation with SPSS. The results of analysis using the Spearman correlation obtained values sig. 0,025 where 0,025<0,05 which can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between fine motor development with exclusive breastfeeding in children with moderate levels of correlation. Lactation counseling is needed for breastfeeding mothers to ensure that children can grow and develop optimally

Consists of two groups, pill acceptors and injection acceptors. Retrieval of data using a menstrual pattern questionnaire sheet for each pill and injection acceptor. Data analysis using chi square test. Results: Chi square test results on each pill acceptor and injector acceptor are p table <p value (0.36 <0.05), this means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there are differences in menstrual patterns between the use of pill contraception and injection contraception. Conclusions: From the results of the above research it can be concluded that regular menstrual patterns if consuming contraception is appropriate and routine the way it is used.

The results showed that the average value of knowledge change using flip media (77.98) was greater than the media leaflet (77.48). The results of the analysis of the method leaflet and flipchart with the Wilcoxon Test obtained p-value = 0,000, which means that both media influence increasing knowledge about dysmenorrhea students. The incidence of post partum blues around the world is quite high, namely 26-85%. These data show 81% maternal mortality rate (AKI) due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth, and 25% cases of post partum blues. The incidence of post partum blues in Indonesia ranges from 50-70% in post partum mothers Objective To analyze the risk factors that influence the occurrence of postpartum blues in the Wijaya Kusuma Methods: The research design used is a type of analytical study with a cross sectional approach where the dependent variable is postpartum blues and the independent variable is risk factors, such as age, education, employment status, economic status, parity, pregnancy status, type of delivery and social support. husband. The population in this study was 2,408 people and the sample used was 97 respondents with the technique of taking in this study using accidental sampling technique. Result There were 24 postpartum blues (24.7%) of postpartum blues. Primiparous parity has a 6,686 times chance for the occurrence of postpartum blues compared to multiparous parity (OR = 6,686; 95% CI: 1,644-27,184) and husband's social support has less chance of 29,777 times for the occurrence of postpartum blues compared to good husband's social support (OR = 29,777; 95% CI: 2,679-330,941). Meanwhile, the factors that are proven not to be risk factors for the occurrence of postpartum blues are: age, education, employment status, economic status, pregnancy status and type of delivery. Conclusion Husband's social support is the most dominant risk factor contributing to the postpartum blues. Preventive action is needed, such as involving husbands in providing information about maternal and child health, as well as anticipating early detection of postpartum blues with the quality of extracting patient information (anamnesis), so as to reduce the incidence of postpartum blues.
