Indonesian education continues to develop to produce a competitive and morally upright generation. As a process, the administration of Kurikulum Merdeka continues to be developed with an independent learning curriculum as its guiding principle. In addition, it is anticipated that learning will be student-centered by prioritizing children's overall growth and development and by encouraging teachers to always be student-centered. This research seeks to collect field-based information on the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka in Islamic senior high schools. The descriptive qualitative method with Rogers' theory of diffusion innovation was used, and data analysis was conducted through interviews and direct observations with the school dean and 27 instructors. The findings of this study indicate that the Kurikulum Merdeka not only offers new learning experiences to teachers but is also capable of unifying divisions in the learning process with results derived from both the innovation attribute and innovation development process. The subsequent research is an evaluation of the curriculum that has been implemented in Senior High Schools or Islamic Senior High Schools.Keywords: Islamic Education; Kurikulum Merdeka; Integrated Islamic School

The leadership role is very important as a determinant of achieving goals both in state and in organization. To produce quality leaders, a leadership concept is needed that can be applied to all the resources involved, both for leaders and employees, it’s called horizontal leadership, this study aims to find out how horizontal leadership art, aspects that must be possessed in horizontal leadership art and how its application in the organization. The method used is literature review, both books and previous research results. The theory used is the theory of horizontal leadership from Christopher P Neck and leadership 3.0 from Ardhi Ridwansyah. The results of this study are that leadership is not only born, inherited, or based on title and position, but also leadership can we grow from within a person naturally and naturally. With the potential already possessed, a person can move and influence themselves and others voluntarily without coercion, without a position (horizontal leadership). The aspects of horizontal leadership are: (physical aspects), (intellectual aspects), (emotional aspects), (aspects of social ability), (personal aspects), (moral aspects). The results of previous studies show that with the implementation of horizontal leadership, employee motivation and job satisfaction increase. Indonesia is a country that is still developing with principles on the four pillars of nationality, namely Pancasilan, the 1945 Constitution, Bhineka Tungga Ika and the Republic of Indonesia. In executing the government by using a presidential system, the president's duty is not only as head of state, but also as head of government. Also in organizing government institutions the state becomes a barometer in measuring the success of government governance. State apparatus consisting of MPR, DPR, DPD, President, BPK, MA, KY and MK are state institutions whose duties and authorities are regulated in the 1945 Constitution. This article discusses the roles, duties and functions of state institutions, sanctions imposed on deviant state institutions. In this paper deliberately the compilers bring up various supporting theories and examine and discuss the tasks, roles and functions, so that we know that the institutions of this state participate and play a role in advancing the survival of the nation and state.Key words: Function, State Institution, Role, Presidential.

This article aims to hypothetically reveal the cooperative script model. The cooperative script model is believed to solve passive learning problems particularly in speaking. The model aims to develop social skills, teaching students to be cooperative and collaborative. In its application, students were encouraged to bravely collaborating in pairs on expressing new ideas or material being studied, as well as providing opportunities for them to bring out new creativities so they are motivated to work harder on achieving learning goals. In addition, when cooperative relationships occured, the students could appreciate their friends’ ideas, not the other way around. This study uses library research method by concocting hypotheses related to cooperative script model applied in Speaking. The English teacher can also obtain knowledge and description for appllying the model. It is also expected that the teachers are able to develop cooperative script model in other English language skills, so that students can communicate for expressing their daily needs. Most pesantren, especially in Java, are established on the initiative of Kyai. Kyai’s leadership style is more likely to be authoritarian/paternalistic. This paper research uses a descriptive approach qualitative type of Literature Review Study method to identify, evacuate and synthesize previous studies. The data obtained are parsed regularly in a descriptive analysis for its study nature. A normative sociological approach is also used to enrich the perspective. At the end of this article, a strong relationship between progress in pesantren and leaders who adopt transformative leadership styles is concluded. The transformative leadership styles need to be adopted by pesantren leaders in Indonesia, complemented by recommendations for kyais who intend to shift into transformative ones. This research aims to find out the conditions of corporate criminal liability in money laundering offences based on Islamic law perspective. This research uses library research methods. The results concluded that corporate criminal liability conditions are stipulated in Article 6 of Law No. 08 year 2010, which contains that a person with money laundering will be 4 years or more in prisoned. Islamic law states that one who commits it, will be punished in return towards the actions of “jarimah” perpetrators (as the elements fulfilled). Thus, the criminal liability is a person who can experience a shift and accept the concept of harm through determining corporate’s liability. It is because the will-have impact is greater than any crimes executed by individuals. As for the sanctions against corporations which committed money laundering are ta'zir (punishments). The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the process of mathematics learning using Whatsapp and Google classroom and (2) the constraints experienced by teachers and students regarding the use of these two applications in Mathematics learning. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were a mathematics teacher and two students. The results showed that (1) Mathematics learning process was running smoothly where Whatsapp was used for core learning activities and Google classroom was used to access material and practice questions; (2) The obstacles faced by teachers and students are more directed at the less stable internet network. In general, the use of Whatsapp and Google classroom in learning Mathematics runs quite well. Keywords: Learning; Mathematics; Application; Covid-19

The Supervisor position in national education system is very strategic. Their duty to be an academic supervisor and evaluator to headmasters and teacher of madrasah s a subject to professional work. However, some researches have shown that supervisor professionalism level in Indonesia is still relatively low. The research tried to observe comprehensively on their academic, managerial, knowledge on research and development, personality, and social competencies. Research was done to collect data from supervisors in jabar with quantitative method, then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The research aims to find the level of supervisor competency in jabar that hopefully can be beneficial for policies to improve their level of professionalism. Research showed that their level of competencies is average. Government needs to intensify activities to enhance their knowledge and skill in supervising, mentoring and coaching headmaster, teachers, researching, and building partnership. This research aims to find out: (1) the urgency of religious literature on religious understanding’s development; (2) potential radicalism presented in religious education books both in schools and madaris (3) countermeasure of potential radicalism through evaluating religious education books assessed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA). The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews, observation, and documentation studies as the data-gathering tool. In data analysis, researcher uses interactive model involving data reduction, data serving, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifiying. The research findings yield the evaluation policy in the books emerges various cases of religious textbooks, while the various researches and developments findings relate to educational textbooks. Other findings responsed to the law implementation number 3 year 2017 about book matters’ system, Government Regulation number 75 year 2019 on Law Enforcement Regulation, and Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation number 9 year 2018 about religious books evaluation. Quick, precise, and accurate innovation on the evaluation is highly recommended, and technology as well as application is way to solve the problems. Hence, the regulation about religious education book should be immediately issued. It is also required (special) institutions whose duties and functions are specific to writing, evaluation, and publication in terms of religious educational books (at least equivalent to the first echelon). MORA is expected to charge the issuer openly and transparently as a form of public service with measurable SOP and targets, so that all community guidances of religions could create their respective guidelines on writing and publication.Keywords: radicalism; evaluation; religious education book; MORA
