Abstract

AbstractCompetence is the ability of an employee to carry out tasks. Work motivation is an encouragement that comes from the employee. Performance is the result of work both in quality and quantity. This study aims to determine the effect of work competence and motivation on employee performance at Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat.The research conducted was quantitative descriptive research. This study used 56 research respondents. There are three variables in this study, namely: 2 (two) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) dependent variable where competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) are independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable.From the results of data processing, the following hypothesized answers have been found; there is the influence of competence (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence of 65.7% There is an influence of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with a level of influence of 70.8%. There is an influence of competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) together on employee performance (Y), with a level of influence of 77.2%. Keywords : Competence, work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is explanatory (explanatory research), which examines three variables that explain the effect of compensation and discipline on employee performance at the PLN office in Bandar Lampung. Methods of data analysis using quantitative descriptive data. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to analyze statistically in order to test the research hypothesis on the data obtained by calculating it using SPSS software. The sample was taken as much as the population of employees at the PLN office, namely 58 employees.From the results of data processing, it has been found that the answer to the hypothesis is as follows: there is an effect of compensation on employee performance, with a level of influence (R-square) of 33.9%. There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance with an influence level of 30.8%. There is an effect of compensation and work discipline together on employees with a level of influence of 35.1% Keywords: Compensation, Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine if knowledge sharing and competence, has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Syariah Bank Company in Indonesia. This study has three variables, namely knowledge sharing and competence as an independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires to employees in Syariah Bank Companies in Indonesia with a sample size of 145 people. This research method using descriptive method and the method of verification. Data processing is done by using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Knowledge sharing positive effect of 28.9% in the form of employee performance, which means that with improvements in the implementation of knowledge sharing Syariah Bank Company, then it will be better the performance owned employee. Besides competence also have considerable influence, namely 10.2% in the form of employee performance  Keywords : Knowledge sharing, competency, employee performance

Abstract

AbstractThis type of research is quantitative and in this study uses descriptive analysis. Method to collect data in the field is by taking a sample of a population of 60 respondents in Lampung Art Project consumers. The requirements analysis test uses normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model using multiple regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination (R2), and statistical hypothesis test. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression analysis with t-test obtained promotion  through  social  media  has  a  positive  and  significant  effect  on consumers’ decision to choose a wedding organizer, while word of mouth has a positive and not significant effect on consumers' decision to choose a wedding organizer. From the F-test obtained promotion through social media and word of mouth simultaneously give significant influence on the decision of consumers to choose a wedding organizer.Keywords : Promotion through Social Media, Word of Mouth, Consumer Decisions

AbstractThe problems formulated are, Does Product Quality affect Customer Loyalty, Does Service Quality affect Customer Loyalty, Does Product Quality and Service Quality simultaneously affect Customer Loyalty. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of product quality and service quality together on customer loyalty. The sample in this study were consumers at the Puspita Beauty Clinic Kotabumi Branch, amounting to 100 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire. The method used is multiple linear regression. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe  purpose of  this  study  is  to  analyze  (1)  the  effect  of  inventory  management, and  (2)  leadership  on  theperformance of Kelompok Tani Dwi Karya (Farmer Group) in  Purwodadi Village, Trimurjo sub-district. The technique in selecting the sample used is Probability Sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with IBM SPSS 20 tools. The results showed that inventory management had a positive effect on the performance of farmer groups. Leadership has a negative effect on the performance of farmer groups. As well as inventory management and leadership simultaneously affect the performance of farmer groups.Keywords: Inventory Management, Leadership, Farmer Group Performance.

Abstract

AbstractTelkomsel leads by having the largest number of subscribers at 43% compared to its strict competitors, Indosat and XL. But by having enough customers, PT did not close. Telkomsel to stop looking for new customers or keep customers who are already using its products, with such behavior or strategy will affect the life of a company for a long time. The research objective is to analyze the marketing strategy at PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung. The design of this research is descriptive (explanatory). The population is all employees and management of Telkomsel Bandar Lampung, amounting to 231 people and a sample of 70 people. The analysis is carried out with the SWOT Matrix which is used to compile the company's strategy. The results showed that PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung is in quadrant I. This shows that PT Telkomsel Bandar Lampung is currently in the position of Growth and Build (growing and developing). Based on the company's position the appropriate alternative strategies used in this quadrant are intensive strategies (market penetration, market development, and product development) or integrative (backward integration, forward integration and horizontal integration). Keywords: Analysis, Marketing Strategy, PT Telkomsel.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work commitment on job satisfaction at the Class 1 Correctional Institution office in Bandar Lampung. Research carried out quantitative research. This study used 35 research respondents. There are two variables in this study, namely: 1 (one) independent variable (X) and 1 (one) dependent variable where work commitment (X) is the independent variable and job satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. The amount of the coefficient of determination between work commitment to job satisfaction is 15.3%. These results indicate that there is an effect of work commitment on job satisfaction at the Class 1 Correctional Institution office in Bandar Lampung, 15.3%. The suggestions put forward by the researcher are as follows: Work commitment variable, which needs attention to increase this indicator is that employees have an educational background relevant to their work position because the indicator value is the lowest. The leadership can increase this indicator by providing jobs and tasks according to the background and basics of employees. The job satisfaction variable that needs attention is an indicator about the employee completing the work not exceeding the promised time limit because this indicator gets a low score. This indicator enhancement can be done by the leadership by placing the position of employees according to their prudence and assigning jobs according to the job description they have, because thus the work can be done more effectively and efficiently. Keywords: work commitment and job satisfaction
