Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap mobile banking. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumbernya, melalui responden yang di kumpulkan kepada para nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang berdasarkan pada filsafat positivism, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu. Dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Tabel Krejcie sebanyak 283 rresponden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Asumsi Klasik, uji Regresi Linier Berganda, uji R Koefesien Determinasi, uji F dan uji T menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan  dengan uji t bahwa product price place dan promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan nasabah, sedangkan secara simultan product price place dan promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan nasabah yaitu dibuktikan dengan Fhitung 26,824 Ftabel  3,87. Dan berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan sebesar 52,8 % variabel kepercayaan konsumen di pengaruhi oleh variabel product price place dan promotion. Keywords: Mobile Banking, Marketing Mix, Consumer Trust, BRIMO

Abstract

The purpose of this research, is to see the implementation of risk management carried out by MSMEs in the Pagi Market and Sentral Market in North Lampung Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic that emerged since March 2020. This research explain how MSME owners identify risks, conduct risk analysis and evaluate risks, and also see how MSME owners as well as treat these risks during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a case study on 10 MSMEs located in the Pagi Market and Sentral Market in North Lampung Regency. Data obtained through interview and checklist methods, then data will be analyzed using ISO 31000:2018 risk management process guidelines (identifying risks, analyzing and evaluating risks, and as well as treating risks that arise).By obtaining the result of the analysis and research conducted, the results obtained are: 1) Almost of the respondents do not or have not identify risk. 2) The results of the analysis risk and evaluation carried out show that almost all of the identified risks are in the green zone (low risk). For MSMEs that are included in the red zone, it is MSMEs engaged in the retail business and culinary business 3) Many respondents choose to maintain risk.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Curent Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio both simultaneously and partially on the Financial Distress of Service, Trade and Investment companies. The data obtained by the authors for this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely the annual financial statements of Services, Trade and Investment companies in 2019 with 36 companies. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data were analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Model approach. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression model was obtained, namely Y= 4,310 + 0,446X1 - 0,062X2 - 0,632X3 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.474 or 47.4% variation in the financial distress variable can be explained by variations in the Current ratio, Net profit margin and Debt equity ratio variables, while the remaining 52.8 5 is caused by external factors not included in the model. Based on the F test, the value of Fcount Ftable (11.527 3.28) with a significance of 0.000 0.05, the Ho hypothesis is rejected and the Ha hypothesis accepts, so it can be concluded that the independent variables current ratio (CR), net profit margin (NPM) and debt equity ratio (DER) has a significant effect on the dependent variable financial distress. it can be concluded that the current ratio (CR) variable has a significant effect on the company's financial distress. Variable net profit margin (NPM) obtained a value of t-count t-table (0.671 2.032) with a significance value of 0.507 0.05, it can be concluded that the variable net profit margin (NPM) has no significant effect on the company's financial distress. The debt to equity ratio (DER) variable obtained t-count t-table (3.572 2.032) with a significance value of 0.001 0.05, it can be concluded that the debt to equity ratio (DER) variable has a significant effect on the company's financial distress.Keywords: Financial Distress, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt Equity Ratio.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and employee job satisfaction at Hypermart Central Plaza Lampung. The data used in this study are primary data, data that comes directly from the source in the form of answers to questionnaires and secondary data on research collected from other parties, namely data on the number of employees, employee attendance and data on facilities and infrastructure. The analysis technique used is validity, reliability, classic assumptions, hypothesis testing, R2 and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it is revealed that simultaneously organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at Hypermart Central Plaza Lampung. F count f table (50,118 3,23) with a significant level of 0,000 0.05. and partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Hypermart Central Plaza Lampung. the organizational culture variable is (6.118 1.68107) with a significant level of 0.000 0.05. while the work environment variable is (6.100 1.68107) with a significant level of 0.000 0.05. Thus, to increase employee job satisfaction, attention to organizational culture and work environment factors. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak Kurangnya mobilitas masyarakat sehingga menyebabkan menurunnya daya beli, dikarenakan peraturan pemerintah di masa Pandemi yang membuat UMKM harus membatasi kegiatan jual beli secara langsung. Riset ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalis bagaimana peran strategi pemasaran sebagai strategi bertahan UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung selama masa pandemi Covid-19 Desain penelitian yang akan dipakai oleh peneliti ialah dengan pendekatan kualitatif. metode kualitatif dipakai ialah agar dapat memperoleh data serta informasi secara alami dan kaya, dan juga dapat mencari tahu secara mendalam terhadap pemasalahan yang diteliti.Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis SWOT, total perhitungan IFAS sebesar 3,55 dan EFAS sebesar 2,86 dari hasil tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung pada Matriks Internal- Eksternal berada pada posisi Sel I (konsentrasi melalui integrasi vertikal). Dan, posisi UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung pada Diagram Analisis SWOT berada pada posisi Kuadran I yaitu pertumbuhan dengan strategi agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy) Kata Kunci : UMKM; Strategi Bauran Pemasaran; Analisis SWOT

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis test aims to examine the effect of human resources on the quality of information on the provision of government financial statements. The influence of information technology on the quality of information on the provision of government financial statements. The effect of internal control on the quality of information on the provision of government financial statements. The effect of accounting understanding on the quality of information on the provision of government financial statements. External influence on the quality of information on the provision of government financial statements.The population in this study were some of the employees of the Lampung provincial government financial and development supervisory agency. Sample selection by purposive sampling. With a total of 40 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to financial and auditors. Technical analysis of data using multiple linear regression test.The results of this study found that human resources have a positive and partially significant effect on the quality of information on government financial statements. Information technology has a positive and significant effect on the quality of government financial statement information. Internal control has a positive and significant effect on the quality of government financial statement information. The level of understanding of accounting has a positive and significant effect on the quality of information on government financial statements. External factors have a positive and significant effect on the quality of government financial statement information.Keywords :Utilization of human resources information technology, internal control systems, accounting understanding, external factors, the quality of information on the financial statements of the Lampung provincial government.

Abstract

Abstract This research uses PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. Which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013-2020. The data used is quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study amounted to 32 and sampling technique is time series. The purpose of this research is to prove empirically the influence of operating cash flow statements, investments, funding and accounting profit on liquidity level. From the analysis results show that based on testing simultaneously by using the test F all variables research operating cash flows, investment cash flows, cash flow financing, and accounting profit. By looking at the value of the influence of Fcount 6.536 and Ftabel 2.95 where Fcount is greater than Ftable 6.536 2.95 and its influence level with Sig value 0.001 means less than 0.05. Based on partial test of t-test only operating cash flow which has no effect to see the value of influence where the value Tcount = 0.726 and Ttable = 1.699 which means Tcount is smaller than Ttable 0.726 1.699 and the level of influence with significance value 0.474 which means greater than Level of significance of 0.05.

Abstract

AbstractThe coffee industry in Indonesia is growing very quickly due to the increasing demand for coffee and can create many coffee shop business opportunities in Indonesia. The increase in coffee shops in Indonesia continues to increase, one of which is in the province of Lampung, namely the Baper Milk Coffee Shop in Metro City, Lampung. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy carried out by the owner of the Baper Milk Coffee Shop in Metro City during the Covid-19 pandemic. The measuring instrument used in this research is observation, interviews and questionnaires as well as using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the total calculation of IFAS is 3.60 and EFAS is 3.62. From the results of the SWOT Cartesian diagram, it is known that Kedai Kopi Susu Baper in Metro City is in quadrant I, namely aggressive growth (Growth Oriented Strategy), where this situation is quite profitable, namely growth. And 11 alternative marketing strategies have been formulated that can be used by Kedai Kopi Susu Baper. Keywords: COVID-19, Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis
