Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya pengaturan jadwal produksi dalam mencapai operasi bisnis yang efektif dan efisien. Proses penjadwalan produksi melibatkan perencanaan dan pengelolaan alokasi sumber daya, waktu, dan tenaga kerja guna mencapai produksi barang atau layanan secara optimal. Dengan memiliki jadwal produksi yang baik, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan aset, mengurangi waktu tunggu, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, serta merencanakan kegiatan bisnis secara lebih efektif. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam penjadwalan produksi adalah Algoritma Heuristik Pour, khususnya pada industri Oil Seal. Penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Heuristik Pour menghasilkan efisiensi waktu yang lebih tinggi dengan mengurangi makespan, yaitu waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan seluruh pekerjaan. Dari tahapan penelitian dengan aturan First Come First Serve (FCFS) yaitu pengurutan Job 1 sebagai urutan pertama didapatkan proses produksi Oil seal membutuhkan waktu  sebesar 1.373 jam. Tahapan selanjutnya yaitu memilih waktu terkecil sebagai urutan yang selanjutnya dengan dilakukan penambahan waktu (completion time) yaitu dengan urutan pengerjaan 1-4-3-2-5 proses produksi membutuhkan waktu  sebesar 1.480 jam, urutan pengerjaan 2-3-4-5-1 waktu proses produksi 1.373 jam, urutan pengerjaan 3-4-5-1-2 waktu proses produksi 1.480 jam, urutan pengerjaan 4-5-1-2-3 waktu proses produksi 1.199 jam, dan yang terakhir urutan proses produksi 5-1-2-3-4 waktu proses produksi 1.160 jam.  Jadi didapatkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Heuristik Pour memberikan efisiensi waktu sebesar 213 jam dari 1.373 jam menjadi 1.160 jam. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa metode Heuristik Pour dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam penjadwalan pekerjaan di perusahaan produsen Oil Seal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mitigasi risiko kecelakaan kerja pada gudang dengan menggunakan pendekatan Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control. Penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif ini dilaksanakan di PT. Young Tree Industries. Informan penelitian adalah 3 (tiga) orang yang ditentukan Purposive sampling, yakni 1 orang kepala bagian, 1 orang staff (pengawas), dan 1 orang operator. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis pada beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dari tahap reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahaya-bahaya kerja di gudang PT. Young Tree Industries adalah stacking sepatu yang tidak teratur dan penggunaan forklift tanpa pelatihan yang memadai yang memiliki risiko yang tinggi, dan bahaya kondisi lantai yang licin akibat tumpahan minyak atau air dan keterbatasan pencahayaan di beberapa area gudang yang memiliki risiko rendah. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut, maka beberapa upaya-upaya pengendalian risiko yang perlu dilaksanakan adalah menerapkan sistem penyimpanan sepatu yang teratur dan aman, serta melibatkan pekerja dalam proses pengorganisasian; menjaga kebersihan dan kekeringan lantai gudang dengan melakukan pembersihan secara rutin dan mengatasi tumpahan minyak atay air segera setelah terjadi; memberikan pelatihan yang memadai kepada pengemudi forklift dan memastikan penggunaan forklift sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan; dan meningkatkan pencahayaan di area gudang yang memiliki keterbatasan pencahayaan dengan menambahkan lampu tambahan atau memperbaiki sistem pencahayaan yang ada.

Abstract

Machines or equipment are the most important part of a work system. Machines require effective and efficient maintenance to be able to guarantee and support business processes so they can operate properly. Maintenance activities are the most important part of the company's business programs in both the manufacturing and service industries. The Middle East Gas Industry is one of the industries that runs gas service processes. Based on observations, it was found that the engine had a breakdown problem which resulted in the machine not being able to operate optimally. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause the machine to experience a break down and make improvements so that the engine performance increases. This study uses the Fishbone method and Total Productive Maintenance. The research object was carried out on the Loading Arm machine. The problems that occur are caused by damage to Swifel. Improvements are made by carrying out the TPM pillars, namely planned maintenance and focused improvement. The results of the study show that during the initial period of 2023 there will be no leaks in the seals thereby increasing the performance of the Loading Arm and increasing productivity.

Abstract

This study examines which factors are most dominant that can affect employee performance, where these factors include Motivation, Work Environment, Training and Burnout Syndrome. This factor is used as an independent variable, and to predict its relationship or influence on employee performance, it is used as the dependent variable. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling where the sample is taken randomly in the population where the sample obtained is 68 employees. To test the analysis of research instruments used validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test, while for statistical analysis test and analysis of relationships and influence used correlation test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Motivation Variable had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance by 0.562 or 56.2%, Work Environment Variables had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance by 0.228 or 22.8%, Training Variables had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance is 0.140 or 14% and the Burnout Syndrome Variable has no effect on Employee Performance at PT. MTS with the results obtained at 0.001.

Abstract

PT Sarana Energi Investama operates as an industry in the field of electrical components. Some of the products produced by PT Sarana Energi Investama include LVMDP panels, sub-distribution panels, Lighting panel, Emergency panel, Elevator panels, and others. In this case, the layout owned by PT Sarana Energi Investama is still non-standard in nature and was placed without taking into account the flow of production as well as the frequency and relations between production facilities. In this case, research was conducted regarding the design of the facility layout at the workshop facility owned by PT Sarana Energi Investama using the group technology layout. Group technology layout is considered one of the methods that can be used to design layouts in an effective, efficient, and flexible manner for customized product types and is able to overcome production constraints when the quantity of demand fluctuates. In the study, calculations were carried out using routing sheets, calculating the frequency of transfers, determining relationships between facilities, using rank-order clustering algorithms to design group technology layouts, as well as designing intracellular and overall facility layouts. Based on this research, using the proposed layout can increase the efficiency of moving distances by 40.74%, moving time by 31.25%, and material handling costs by 31.25% within a month.

Abstract

Quality Control Circle (QCC) is a routine activity that is carried out systematically in various manufacturing industries by employees in the department, which is a demand from the current conditions of the manufacturing industry which are currently developing in various industries. Quality products in accordance with applicable regulations can overcome problems regarding quality, which is an action to improve quality aimed at increasing competition in gaining consumer loyalty. The purpose of this article is to explore the benefits and proposals for implementing QCC or what is known as the quality control group, which is a method to improve product quality, productivity and reduce product defects in various industries to provide recommendations to the aviation industry in Indonesia. Writing articles in this study by conducting literature reviews from international journals and national journals in various industries, by collecting and analyzing then concluding as many as 21 journals published in 2010 to 2023 regarding the implementation of QCC. Journals that have been collected are then analyzed by looking for research objectives and results then drawing conclusions from various journals, with analysis of literature reviews that can improve product quality, productivity, and reduce product defects in various industries so that researchers recommend the application of the QCC method in the aviation industry based on on a literature review.

Abstract

One of the problems in the layout of finished goods warehouse storage is the inaccurate and ineffective placement of goods. At the PT XYZ warehouse, the storage process at the finished goods warehouse is still done manually and the process of placing goods on shelves is still random, while the goods stored in the warehouse have various types of product items with different sizes. This problem results in delays in handling goods in the warehouse, and reduces productivity when placing and picking up goods. To produce the right storage layout during the storage process and how to place goods in an orderly manner, namely by using the class based storage method to speed up the process of moving goods in the warehouse and to facilitate management and access to relevant information when searching for goods. The results of changes to the layout of finished goods storage in the finished goods warehouse based on class ABC on the Class Based method can reduce efficiency by 22.04% for product search while for placement of finished products by 18.04%.

Abstract

Meningkatnya permintaan buah dan sayur segar pada awal pandemic dengan mengupayakan pelayanan dan testimoni pelanggan pada aplikasi belanja online tidak diikuti dengan kepuasan dan pembelian kembali pelanggan GOFRUIT. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, testimoni terhadap pembelian kembali melalui mediasi kepuasan konsumen, menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Batasan penelitian terfokus di toko buah dan sayur GOFRUIT Puri Indah periode 2020-2021. Dengan hipotesis yang diajukan adalah: H1 menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. H2 menguji pengaruh testimoni terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. H3 menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap pembelian kembali melalui kepuasan pelanggan. H4 menguji pengaruh testimoni terhadap pembelian kembali pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. H5 menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap pembelian kembali, H6 menguji pengaruh testimoni terhadap pembelian kembali pelanggan. H7 menguji pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pembelian kembali. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: H1, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. H2 testimoni berpengaruh signifikan kepuasan pelanggan. H5 kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian kembali. H6, testimoni berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian kembali.

Abstract

PT MKM is responsible for installing the customer's internet network up to repairing the internet network. The existence of an internet network repair service is used to ensure that the internet network at the customer's home can be used stably and smoothly. To ensure customers get good service and do not switch to other providers, PT MKM must pay attention to the services provided to its customers. The purpose of this study was to measure the value of customer satisfaction on the quality of network repair services and to determine the priority for repair service improvements at PT MKM. This study used servqual and IPA methods with 50 respondents participating in answering the questionnaire. The results show that the GAP value in each statement is negative with the largest GAP value being on the assurance dimension of -1.18 and the lowest GAP being on the responsiveness dimension of -0.76. Of the 10 indicators distributed into 4 quadrants, the main priority for improvement that must be improved using the IPA method is attribute P5 which is in quadrant I.

Abstract

The hospital is an institution that supports the implementation of health services. Hospitals in Indonesia are very much started from the private and public levels. The number of these hospitals makes it difficult for the community to differentiate between them. The purpose of this study was to obtain customer descriptions of private hospitals and to find out the similarities between the private hospitals that were used as research objects. The method used is Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). MDS is a multiple variable technique that can be used to determine the position of another object based on its similarity assessment. The results of the Multidimensional Scaling analysis map can be seen that the private hospitals Metropolitan Medical Center Hospital and Jakarta Hospital have a level of similarity in the availability of complete medicines because of their close proximity to each other. As for Tebet Hospital, Medistra Hospital, and Mayapada Kuningan Hospital, South Jakarta, they are relatively far from one another, which means that these three hospitals have no resemblance or dissimilarity.
