Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

The number of cases of environmental damage and pollution that occurred in Batam has made the Environmental Service (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup/DLH) create a complaint station a forum for the public to be able to report all allegations related to the occurrence of environmental pollution and/or damage. The increasing number of cases of environmental damage and pollution is indicated by the increasing number of complaints reported by the public to the agency and the many obstacles faced by the community. The purpose of this activity, among others, is to find out the requirements for public complaints and provide information about the flow of complaints handling carried out by the DLH Batam City so that the information obtained is accurate enough to make the public more sensitive to the surrounding environment to report any pollution actions. The implementation method in carrying out PKM activities passes through several stages. At the initial stage, PKM preparations were carried out to the relevant agencies. The next stage will be observation and identification of the subject matter and carry out data collection which will be analyzed at the Batam City Environmental Service. The author makes a project output design based on practical workplace conditions. At the last stage the author makes a PKM report. The results of this PKM show information regarding the complain station in the settlement of alleged cases of environmental damage and pollution based on the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment Number 22 of 2017 concerning procedures for managing complaints of alleged environmental pollution/damage and destruction. Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang masih berlanjut dan belum menunjukkan tanda-tanda berakhir membuat sejumlah kegiatan masih dibatasi termasuk kegiatan belajar mengajar tatap muka. Salah satu hal yang bisa dilakukan saat ini oleh instansi pendidikan yaitu melaksanakan pembelajaran online guna mencegah risiko penyebaran COVID-19 yang lebih luas. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran online yang terjadi di sekolah SMK Kartini Batam melalui pembuatan bahan ajar digital. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi dokumen silabus akuntansi keuangan SMK Kartini Batam. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu berupa bahan ajar digital 1 powerpoint dan video edukasi sebanyak 6 video. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu semoga bahan ajar digital dapat terus dikembangkan sehingga dapat mendorong pembelajaran online yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

CV Semboyan Nafiri Indonesia is a Batam-based SMEs still utilize conventional bookkeeping processes. It resulted in inaccurate information being represented. Therefore the community service dedicated to this SMEs aims to build a database and bookkeeping system using Microsoft Access. Then, the system can be used to provide accurate representation of the business condition. Author conducted interviews and observation to map the needs and information about the business. The output generated from the bookkeeping system would be transactional forms, profit-loss statement, balance sheet, cash report and stock report. The output would guide the owner to keep track of inventory, monitor both expenses and revenue.

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya competitor dan kurangnya kegiatan promosi menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi Fresh Laundry. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan kurangnya customer yang menggunakan jasa Fresh Laundry. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam kerja praktek ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Perancangan permasalahan dilalukan dengan mengevaluasi permasalahan yang yang dihadapi oleh Fresh Laundry. Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan adalah digital marketing dan membuat spanduk serta brosur. Secara umum, digital marketing adalah segala bentuk aktivitas pemasaran produk atau jasa yang menggunakan teknologi digital. Desain spanduk dan brosur dibuat semenarik mungkin dengan tujuan menarik minat customer. Dengan penerapan yang dilakukan pada kerja praktek ini, diharapkan dapat menarik customer baru dan mengembangkan usaha Fresh Laundry dengan meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran melalui media social (digital marketing) dengan konten promosi yang menarik. Hasil dari kerja praktek ini menyatakan bahwa komunikasi antara Fresh Laundry dan customer menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien, customer menjadi lebih mudah untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai harga layanan jasa laundry yang ditawarkan oleh Fresh Laundry.

Abstract

Worker is an important position in the life of a country because it is a factor that determines the material and cultural success of the country itself. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the best arrangements for various employment issues, workers rights to support work and a decent living. Law Number 13 concerning Manpower Year 2003 regulates various matters relating to the protection of workers, including the right to fair wages, leave rights including the right to legal certainty, and changes in the status of workers (contract workers) for a certain period of time. The reform of laws and regulations in the field of manpower aims to provide justice and protection for workers, as well as fulfill the mission of the 1945 Constitution, namely the achievement and social development of Indonesian society as a whole. The development of the Indonesian people as a whole, increasing the dignity, and entrepreneurial values ​​of the Indonesian nation, as well as realizing a prosperous, and materially and spiritually. The implementation of this Community Service uses the Advocacy method to assist partners (employers) in improving legal documents/property agreements. The results achieved in this Community Service are the draft of Permanent Employment Contract and draft of the Company Regulations after modernized.

Abstract

Penulis melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Yayasan Nanda Christy Kencana yang merupakan yayasan dalam bentuk lembaga pendidikan. Yayasan merupakan salah satu badan usaha yang berbadan hukum dan apabila memiliki pekerja/karyawan sekurang kurangnya 10 (sepuluh) orang wajib membuat peraturan secara tertulis yang memuat syarat-syarat kerja dan tata tertib untuk mengatur kedua belah pihak, pemberi kerja dan pekerja. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari kerja praktek ini adalah membantu yayasan dalam menyusun rancangan peraturan perusahaan. Metodologi pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kerja praktik ini, terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap penilaian dan pelaporan. Tahap persiapan dimulai Penulis dengan wawancara dan observasi, kemudian mengajukan Proposal. Pada tahap pelaksanaan penulis melakukan penyusuan rancangan peraturan perusahaan Yayasan Nanda Christy Kencana, dan setelah mendapat persetujuan dilanjutkan dengan tahap terakhir untuk melengkapai laporan. Hasil rancangan atau pengimplementasian dari kerja praktek yang dilakukan ialah terbentuknya peraturan yang dibuat secara tertulis yaitu Peraturan Perusahaan Yayasan Nanda Christy Kencana yang telah mendapat persetujuan dari pihak Pengurus Yayasan

Abstract

The aim of this project is to provide an accurate, systematic, and reliable accounting recording system according to the needs of Toko Pasti Jaya. Toko Pasti Jaya is an individual business unit with an MSME scale (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the retail trade sector of basic commodities. The store's accounting records are still carried out using a simple bookkeeping method without an adequate and organized accounting system. In addition, the related business also does not design an efficient and effective internal control system. The implementation phase of the project is carried out by analyzing the needs of the internal control system and accounting records of business through interviews and observations. The design of databases and programs with Microsoft Access is done according to the necessities of owner. The output of the implementation phase is the presentation of a user-friendly accounting program for partners. This project contributes to designing a platform that can support the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations in accordance with the vision, mission and business objectives of Pasti Jaya Store.

Abstract

Penyebaran virus Covid-19 menyebabkan pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar sekolah harus dilakukan secara jarak jauh. Hal ini menyebabkan terdapat kesulitan bagi peserta didik yang tidak terbiasa menggunakan media online dalam pembelajarannya. Penyusunan bahan ajar ini dilakukan untuk mempermudah guru sekolah dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dan juga para peserta didik dalam memahami materi pembelajarannya secara mandiri. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk SMKS Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang. Bahan ajar yang disusun terdiri dari modul dan slide presentasi pembelajaran Administrasi Perpajakan kelas XI yang merujuk pada kompetensi dasar dan indikator pencapaian kompetensi dalam silabus mata pelajaran dari pihak sekolah. Materi pokok yang disampaikan pada bahan ajar untuk setiap bab nya yaitu Konsep Dasar Perpajakan, Wajib Pajak dan Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), Nomor Pengukuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak (NPPKP), Bentuk-Bentuk Dokumen Pajak, Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 21, Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP), Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Badan Terutang, serta Pelaporan SPT Tahunan Wajib Pajak Badan. Dengan adanya modul pembelajaran dapat bermanfaat sebagai referensi dalam pemahaman materi secara mandiri oleh para peserta didik, dan adanya slide presentasi dapat digunakan oleh guru pengajar di dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajarannya.

One of the MSMEs in Batam named PT. Batam Flooring System does not have a proper accounting system. PT. Batam Flooring System also does not make its own company reports but relies on the services of a tax consultant. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to help PT. Batam Flooring System to have financial statement reporting with a good system-based accounting system such as Microsoft Access. The method of data collection is using methods of interview, observation, and documentation. The result of the community’s service is a Microsoft Access accounting system that will be implemented at PT. Batam Flooring System and is expected to be useful and able to assist the recording of PT. Batam Flooring System. There are also recommendations for further community service to provide innovations and solutions that are even more useful and attractive to other MSMEs.

Abstract

This internship aims to overcome the problems at PT Sat Nusapersada in the need for employees to follow ESD procedures in the manufacturing industry because of their lack of education in ESD procedures. Internship activities are carried out during the period 15 March 2021 till 15 September 2021. The method used in the implementation of this internship is observation, design, and implementation.This internship resulted in a documented internal application for the company. The outputs submitted to the company include data on company assets, employee liabilities, and company profiles. The supporting documents include a questionnaire on the use of internal applications within the company. The SOP application for ESD is designed using HTML and CSS programming languages. This application is designed starting from an easy-to-use interface and the availability of the material in the form of videos, PDFs, and PowerPoint. This application design has been successful and can display the appropriate design. This application has also been used in several areas within the Pegatron department at PT Sat Nusapersada as an application to make it easier to find information about ESD.
