Abstract

Fire is an event that is not desired by every human being. Fires can result in significant losses, both material and life losses. Every fire process always produces smoke and heat and causes an increase in temperature in a place or room where a fire occurs. While the result of the process of changing the material of a fire is the presence of gas smoke in the form of small particles. Through fire detection technology, fire disasters can be detected early. Because fire detectors work by detecting heat and gas leaks. This tool works when it detects one or more of these indicators. Then the alarm and LED will light up as a warning that there has been a fire in the area where the fire detector is installed. Benefits of being able to solve problems that were usually only handled manually, now with Gas and Temperature sensor systems. This research is entitled Design of a Smoke and Fire Detecting Tool with Sensors (gas and Temperature) Using Arduino Uno, the design of this tool aims to provide spontaneous handling when there is smoke and fire in the room, integrate gas and temperature sensors to detect fire and smoke, Buzzer as a device that produces sound if fire and smoke are detected, which means a fire has occurred, accelerates the handling of fires with Automatic Windows and Automatic Water Pumps. Abstract

In the world of sales industry, competition is a very natural thing. The number of businesses with the same type of goods and items makes an owner or business owner have to rack his brain to have the right strategy in increasing customer purchasing power and reaping a profit for the company. This study aims to provide a solution when the company is facing a declining trend in sales, so as to minimize the decline in the purchasing power of customers in the company. Among them are implementing algorithms in computer science to create a decision support system for giving rewards to customers at PT Bolde Makmur Indonesia. And a special flow is made for staff and cashiers to make it easier to give rewards to customers. In its implementation, the reward application system uses the PHP programming language, the codeigniter framework, and data storage using MySQL Workbench. In this study the method used is TOPSIS and SAW methods. Where the assessment criteria are the size of the transaction, the number of orders, the number of quantities. From the results of the comparison of the two methods, it is obtained that calculations performed by the TOPSIS method are better than the SAW method.

Abstract

Abstract− Android is a very useful smarthphone operating system for people to facilitate their activities. One of them is in the fild of learning. Android is able to facilitate in the field of learning supported by available applications. The problem of this research is how to design an Android based unit converter application with Android Studio and how to make students faster in working on conversion problems. This converter aplications aims to convert temperature, distance, time, volume, and weight units automatically and to thefind out the teoritical description of the formula used to get the result of the unit conversion. This converter application will be built using android studio and the model platform software development method. This unite converter application only converts unit of temperature, distance, time, volume, and weight and this application can only run on the Android operating system. This converter applications can run well on Android-based gedgets and can be one of the digital learning media that can help, especially students of SD Islam Al Amanah, Setu Distric in working on Science and Matematics questions, espacially unit conversions and respondents’ responses to this converter applications is feasible to use. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaire calculation as much as as 82.9%. Keywords: Application converter, Android, Android Studio

Abstract

Social assistance is assistance in the form of money, goods, or services provided to individuals, families, groups or the poor as an effort to improve the welfare of the community. The provision of social assistance is carried out by providing non-continuous and selective assistance to underprivileged communities. However, in the distribution of social assistance, a problem arises where the decision-making for the selection of recipients of social assistance is more subjective due to the proximity of the RT apparatus to its citizens. Another problem is that due to the large number of existing citizen data, there are some citizen data that have not been selected properly and systematically. This causes the distribution of social assistance to be not well targeted. Therefore, a research was conducted on the design of a decision support system for social assistance recipients. This study resulted in a Decision Support System using the Simple Additive Weighting method which can help select residents who are eligible to receive social assistance. The system created using the method can provide an assessment of prospective social assistance recipients so that decision making on the selection of social assistance recipients becomes more objective and on target. With the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) design which was made specifically to process citizen data thoroughly and quickly, all residents can be selected properly and systematically. Abstract

The development of information technology As users of smartphones, internet, laptops and so on, we have been made familiar with information and communication technology. PT Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC) is a subsidiary of PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) which focuses on developing human resources through services, consulting and human resource management. PTC Pertamina employee candidate acceptance still uses forms, candidate registration takes 10 to 30 minutes to fill out the form. HRD staff need 10 to 15 minutes to find candidate data for the next stage using a paper form, so HRD staff re-enters in Microsoft Excel to find out the psychological test test results. In designing this employee recruitment, the method used is the Extreme programming (XP) method, which is to analyze and build a system using cycles or processes that are sequentially in developing an information system. The results of this study are online psychological tests in employee selection and recruitment with the aim of facilitate HRD staff in searching for candidate data management, managing Pertamina PTC psychological test candidate data based on the Extreme Programming Method procedure. And can facilitate employees and HRD staff in inputting psychological test results and the identity of prospective PTC Pertamina employees.

Abstract− The development of technology has progressed very rapidly from various kinds of existing technological, devolopments, one of which is information and communication tecnology. Information technology is widely used as a monitoring medium for various activities. E-monitoring is a term for the application of technology to the (electronic) reporting system. Mobile Apps-based tecnology is an application created for mobile devices such as smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, and others. One of the mobile operating system used by smartpohenes id Android. This Android-based monitoring system for Karang Taruna activities is very much needed by Karang Taruna members, residents and teh Sangiang Jaya Village, Tangerang City. The result of this research is the application of the Extreme Programming Method for monitroing Karang Taruna Sangiang Jaya activities based on Android. If previously residents did not know inrmation abou existing activities, and the Kelurahan dis not know the extent of the coral activities carried out by Karang Taruba, then with this system they only need to open it on smartphones. It is hoped that with this monitoring system, it can be useful for the community and all related parties. In related parties. In this monitoring system, teh community can find out information on activities at the Yout Organization and the Kleurahan can find out the percentage of existing activities. Abstract

Currently the industrial world has entered the era of competition, as supporting production activities in a company or industry requires an information technology, not a few companies or industries have taken advantage of the development of this technology. Information technology is a valuable asset, especially for an industrial company in the food and beverage sector, as well as a system or mechanism for recording and processing daily work report data in a company as a system that can utilize technology as a tool for employees to do their work effectively. and efficient. PT. Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah especially in the QC department is one of the industrial companies in the food and beverage sector that does not yet have an information technology in terms of recording and processing daily work report data, where the system or mechanism for recording daily reports still uses forms and manual books. The method of implementing the system to design and build an application for this daily work report is using the Waterfall method, and using the PHP, HTML and CSS programming languages ​​with the MVC model and using the Codeigniter version 3 framework and the tools used are Sublime text 3 with the phpMyAdmin database and at this stage testing using Blackbox testing. So the application of this daily work report application can make it easier for employees to record and process daily work report data and can reduce the risk of loss and damage to daily work report data and can make it easier to search for the report data.

Abstract

The rapid development of a trading business or industry at this time makes information a very important role in supporting the course of sales operations. At the Arifin Store which is engaged in industry which was established in 2010 it is still done conventionally, therefore an online sales system is designed using sales promotion media with the aim of increasing sales volume so that store revenue increases. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) because the application developed is a simple application and does not require a long time to develop. Because the RAD method supports designing applications in a short period of time. From this research resulted in a Web-Based Sales Information System application at the Arifin Store using the UML design which was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database server, as well as the Black Box as a testing medium so that it can make it easier for consumers and the Arifin Store to view and review product and sales reports. MTS Al-Manshuryah is one of the educational institutions that works to create students who have good morals and achievements based on faith and piety. For now, the facilities provided by the school are very helpful for students in their learning process. However, in addition to complete facilities, MTS Al-Manshuryah still has a fairly complex weakness in distance learning. To reduce these weaknesses, MTS Al-Manshuryah needs to have a system that can facilitate teachers and students in the teaching process remotely. Abstract

Admission of new students is a form of process that exists in educational institution that functions to find the best prospective students who are selected according to the categories determined by the school to become their students. Admission of new students at Rimba Madya Senior High School still uses the conventional method, namely students come directly to the school to fill out forms, bring registration requirements and pay registration fees, then the admin manages that data manually and inputs them into Microsoft Excel one by one. This results in less efficient use of time and energy. To help rapidly the admission process for new students, a web-based application system with the PHP programming language and Mysql database is needed. By implementing a web-based admission of new students system at Rimba Madya Senior High School, it can overcome the weaknesses of the conventional new student registration system and help the committee and prospective new students in carrying out the admission process of new students at Rimba MADYA Senior High School easily and quickly.
