Abstract

In the current era of digitalization and globalization, information and communication technology has become an integral part of human life. The rapidly growing use of technology has also influenced almost all aspects of life, including the world of work. Technology has made work easier, increased productivity, and opened up new opportunities for companies to develop faster. Information and communication technology has now become an important factor in changing the way companies operate. Companies that are successful in facing technological changes and can utilize them effectively will have a competitive advantage in the market. Therefore, Human Resource Management (HRM) has experienced many changes since the start of the digital era. The digital era has had a significant impact on the way companies recruit, train and motivate their employees. In the digital era, companies not only need to understand technology, but also need to understand how technology can help in their human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) The Effect Of Work Life Balance On The Performance Of Employees Of The Kolaka District Environmental Service Office. (2) The Effect Of Work Discipline On The Performance Of Employees Of The Kolaka District Environmental Service Office. This study used a quantitative method approach. The sample in this study amounted to43 respondents using the sampling technique, namely the census. Research instrument testing using validity test and reliability test with SPSS 24.00.The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equating Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the work life balance variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.814 and P-values of 0.002, and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.266 and P-values of 0.012.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial attitude on financial management owned by students. The research method used in this study was the student of Management study Program Faculty of Social and Politic University of Sembilanbelas November Kolaka (USN Kolaka). In the even semester 2019-2020. There were 225 student. The sampleused in this study amounted to 140 students using random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data. Namely by distributing questionnarres. The data analysis technique used in this study regarding financial literacy and financial attitude shown that both has a significant positive influence on financial management practices with a t-statistic value of 3,923 and p-value of 0,000 for financial literacy and financial attitude variable is posit ive with a t-statistic value of 4,074 and p-value 0,000.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of compensation on job satisfaction of employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. (2) The Influence of Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation studies, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees who work at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 34 people, with the sample determined using census techniques. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Compensation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, which is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.020. And the Motivation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, this is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.000.

Abstract

Analysis of financial performance is the most important thing for business people because financial performance is an indicator to find out whether the business being run will continue to run well in the future or not. All companies will analyze the company's financial performance so that the company can get an overview of the company's financial condition. One of them is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia, namely PT Hutama Karya which is engaged in construction, as well as property and infrastructure development. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of PT Hutama Karya's financial performance as measured using a liquidity ratio based on data, information, and records from the financial statements of PT Hutama Karya in 2020 to 2022. The results of the study show that PT Hutama Karya's financial performance in 2020 to 2022 can be said to be quite good because the company is able to pay its short-term debt. This is because the company's current assets are managed properly by the company's financial management which makes it increase significantly and there is a decrease in its current debt.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and technological ability on employee performance at PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 75 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample, where the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear regression test. Simultaneous test results of work environment variables and ability to master technology have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables as proven based on simultaneous test results with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). Partial test results for work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). Partial test results for technology mastery ability variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of f<α ( 0.001<0.05)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of loan capital and accounts receivable turnover on the remaining operating results of the cooperative employees of PT. Tristex Mandiri Cimahi. The population in this study is data on cooperative financial reports as many as 6 financial reports for 2015-2020. The sampling technique uses the census sampling method or saturated samples. The research design uses descriptive methods and associative methods. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that partially there is no significant effect of loan capital variable on the remaining operating results , and partially there is a positive and significant effect of accounts receivable turnover on the remaining operating results . Simultaneously there is the effect of loan capital and accounts receivable turnover on the remaining operating results . Based on the value of R Square obtained by 0.908 or 90.8 %, this means that loan capital and accounts receivable turnover can affect the remaining operating results of 90.8 % , the remaining 90.8 % 9.2 % is influenced by other variables that are not involved in this study

Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Mekar Swalayan Kediri. This type of research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling techniques where the population is 64 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The research results show that Leadership Style and Organizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and organizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through the job satisfaction variable. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The property sector is one of the business instruments usually chosen by investors. This research capital market focuses on the housing construction sector originating from property companies. This company is the same as others, namely buying and selling shares at competitive prices per share. This share buying and selling activity can be dominated by price seasonality criteria when the price of each share rises or falls. Of all types of shares, Property Companies both have low and high return risks. Therefore, risks in the capital market can be predicted using the criteria of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share. The research was carried out quantitatively by processing secondary data in the form of company financial reports. The research object was property companies registered on the IDX which were then sampled using probability sampling so that 13 companies were found as samples with a research period of 3 years. The method used is Panel Data Regression analysis. The results obtained are partial return on assets, return on equity has a significant positive effect on share prices and earnings per share has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share have a positive and significant influence on share prices. The results of the R square test explain that the independent variable is able to explain 84.4% of the variables studied
