<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh locus of control dan motivasi terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa manajemen Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian explanatory research dengan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Populasi dan sampel penelitian seluruh mahasiswa manajemen. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah outer model dan inner model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel locus of control terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Selanjutnya variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha]]>

<![CDATA[The endpoint of this research is to ascertain how Kolaka Regency's Pospay application's feature completeness and information quality affect user satisfaction. According to the study's findings, the Pospay application's user satisfaction in the Kolaka area is unaffected by feature completeness. While the Pospay application's user satisfaction in the Kolaka district is influenced by the information quality variable. With an R Square value of 0.792, or 79.2%, this study's feature completeness and information quality variables have a 79.2% influence on user satisfaction with the Pospay application in Kolaka Regency, while variables not included in the study have a 20.8% influence.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan ini diperuntukkan para pelaku industri rumah tangga di desa Palewai kabupaten Kolaka. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital pada industri kreatif rumah tangga desa Palewai melalui pemberian pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemasaran digital dengan menggunakan media sosial kepada para pelaku industri rumah tangga di desa Palewai. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat melalui pemberian pengetahuan pemasaran digital yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan pemasaran digital para pelaku industri kreatif rumah tangga di desa Palewai, para peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan baik dan sampai acara selesai, serta para pelaku industri rumah tangga ingin selalu mengembangkan pengetahuan khususnya dalam pemasaran supaya penjualan mereka dapat selalu meningkat.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Discipline on Employee Performance of the Kolaka Regency Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office, (2) The Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of the Kolaka Regency Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office. The sample in this study amounted to 39 respondents using the sampling technique, namely the census. Research instrument testing using validity test and reliability test with SPSS 22.0. The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.810 and P-Values of 0.002, variables and organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statictic value of 1.828 and P-Values of 0.034.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of work life balance on employee performance PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. (2) The Effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Citra Silika Mallawa Kel. Lasusua Kab. Kolaka Utara. The sample for this study was 184 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the work life balance variables as shown by the P-Value of 0.021. While the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance as shown by the P-Value of 0.000.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) The Influence of Investment Knowledge on the Investment Intention of FISIP USN Kolaka students. (2) The Influence of Pocket Money on the Investment Interest of USN Kolaka students. This study used quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study used observation, literature study and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all FISIP USN Kolaka students class of 2019-2020 in the Management, Accounting and Development Economics study program. Determination of sample size used the slovin formula, amounting to 222 with the purposive sampling technique. Testing research instruments used validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with measurement model testing (outer model), structural model testing (inner model) and second order with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study that there was a significant influence between Investment Knowledge and Investment Intention, this indicated by a P-Value of 0.000. Likewise with Pocket Money there was an influence but not significant on Investment Intention, this indicated by the P-Value of 0.350.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of online customer reviews on consumer purchasing decisions through the Shopee Marketplace (study on consumers in Poleang District, Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi). (2) The influence of Online Customer Rating on Consumer Purchase Decisions through the Shopee Marketplace (Study on Consumers in Poleang District, Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The population of this study is all consumers who are in Poleng District, Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. While the sample of this study amounted to 120 people using accidental sampling technique. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (Outer Model) and structural model testing (Inner Model) with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Online Customer Review variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions as indicated by a P-Values of 0.006 and Online Customer Rating has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, this is indicated by a P-Values of 0.004.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of interpersonal communication on employee work productivity at the Kolaka Regency Tourism Office, (2) The effect of motivation on employee work productivity at the Kolaka Regency Tourism Office. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the census method. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 23.0. The research data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study it can be seen that the interpersonal communication variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity as indicated by a T-Statistics value of 1.694 and a P-Values ​​of 0.047 and the motivational variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity as indicated by a T-Statistical value of 2.191 and P-Values ​​of 0.015.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of internship experience on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. (2) The influence of soft skills on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. Based on the results of initial observations on 40 Management students in the class of 2018 and 2019. Of those who have carried out internships, only 42% have work readiness and 58% do not have work readiness. This can be concluded that students who do not have work readiness are influenced by the lack of work readiness that half of their work experience has. So researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is Management Students Class of 2018 & 2019, Nineteen November University, Kolaka, totaling 281 students. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 165 students. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Internship Experience variable on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the Soft Skill variable has a positive and significant effect on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.002.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of the effect of service quality, costs and facilities on the satisfaction of outpatient patients Benyamin Guluh Kolaka This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this research is all patients who have carried out outpatient treatment at Benjamin Guluh Kolaka Hospital in Kolaka Regency and taken as many as 75 responsiveness using purposive sampling techniques, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS analysis techniques through Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. This is evidenced by T-count or T-statistics which is 2.164 higher than the rule of thumb used which is 1.96 and the cost also has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction due to the value of T-count or T-Statistics which is 13.769 higher than the rules of thumb used is 1.96. While the facility has a negative and not significant effect on patient satisfaction because the value of t arithmetic or t statistical value is 1.089 lower than the rule of thumb used that is 1.96 then the service quality variable and the cost have a positive and significant effect on passient satisfaction of 97.1%.]]>
