Abstract

In the world of forecasting industry needs to be done to see the results that will come so that all the needs that can be prepared dipelukan. On the delivery of this data is made forecasting that will be used to provide services to customers related to the required fleet. In the industrial world there is often an uncertain fluctuation, which is due to several factors that can, among others, due to seasonal events resulting in spikes at certain times. So to predict the delivery of goods to come, which is used to prepare the number of fleets that must be prepared in this research is PT. AML is engaged in the expedition, which is the delivery of goods in this study we use the delivery of goods with trucking. And the result of the analysis is the result of the estimated value of MA (0,1,1) which got the estimated value model . For residual analysis already meet the test results.Keywords: Forecasting, ARIMA.

Abstract

Wilayah Pengolahan Perikanan - Republik Indonesia (WPP-RI) terbagi menjadi sebelas wilayah pengelolaan perikanan, salah satunya adalah WPP RI - 716. Wilayah Pengolahan Perikanan RI – 716 meliputi laut Aru, laut Arafuru, dan laut Timur dengan luas wilayah 215.725 square milies. Permasalahan di WPP RI-716 adalah tingginya pelanggaran Illegal, Unreported dan Unregulated (IUU) Fishing yang menyebabkan kerugian Negara. Salah satu faktor terjadinya illegal, unreported dan unregulated fishing adalah belum tersedianya kapal pengawas perikanan secara optimal dan minimnya biaya anggaran pengawasan dan pengamanan laut Indonesia. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ketersediaan kapal pengawas perikanan di WPP RI – 716 dan meminimumkan biaya operasional adalah dengan menggunakan metode Genetic Algorithm (GA). Metode GA adalah metode optimasi yang paling cocok untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan multi obyetif yang bekerja berdasarkan mekanisme seleksi alami dan evolusi biologis. Hasil analisa perhitungan GA dengan 1000 iterasi diperoleh nilai kombinasi kapal yang paling optimal yaitu 7 (tujuh) kombinasi kapal [A-B-B-B-E-D-C] dengan capaian coverage area 222.375 Mil2, dan biaya operasional Rp. 1.638.756.100. Jika kombinasi kapal tersebut digunakan untuk mengawasi wilayah pengelolaan perikanan – 716 akan diperoleh peningkatan capaian coverage area dibandingkan luas wilayah sebesar ±3% ~ 6.650 Mil2 dan efisiensi biaya operasional sebesar ±18% ~ Rp. 361.243.900. Salah satu temuan signifikan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa GA mampu menyajikan calon solusi kombinasi kapal yang optimal sesuai dengan nilai fitness yang ditetapkan, tetapi metode GA tidak bisa memilih calon solusi terbaik diantara solusi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun sistem prediksi Prestasi siswa yang lebih akurat sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk pembinaan siswa lebih dalam lagi terkait prestasi yang ada pada Lembaga Smp Nurul Jadid tersebut. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan berdasarkan wawancara langsung dengan pihak Kepala Sekolah Lembaga Nurul Jadid. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan training pada data beberapa tahun 2015/2016 untuk membangun model C4.5. Karenanya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa data miningdengan teknik C4.5 dapat menghasilkan prediksi prestasi yang lebih tepat sehingga dapat membantu Lembaga Smp Nurul Jadid dalam pengambilan keputusan

Abstract

Mobile TV merupakan teknologi yang menerapkan IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) pada smart phone atau gadget lainnya. IPTV merupakan teknologi yang memungkinkan komunikasi antara server dan client untuk menstreamingkan video siaran televisi digital secara real time melalui jaringan komputer lokal yang sudah terbangun. Dengan memanfaatkan jaringan WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) yang tersedia di berbagai instansi, maka mobile TV bisa diimplementasikan menggunakan hotspot-hotspot yang tersedia. Sehingga dapat memberikan layanan mobile TV secara real time tanpa terkena beban biaya oleh operator telekomunikasi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan prinsip IP multicasting. Paket data dikirimkan kepada sekelompok client yang memang membutuhkannya. Dengan demikian data multimedia dikirimkan secara efisien melalui jaringan. Jumlah client yang banyak tidak akan membebani server, karena server hanya mengirimkan satu paket untuk semua client dan client yang tidak membutuhkan paket multicast tidak akan menerima paket ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kualitas layanan (QoS) real time mobile TV yang dilakukan pada 1 client, 2 client, dan 3 client didapatkan nilai packet loss paling besar adalah 3 %, nilai delay paling besar adalah 6,02439 ms dan mengalami peningkatan seiring bertambahnya client, nilai jitter paling besar adalah 2,036608 ms, nilai throughput mengalami penurunan seiring bertambahnya client yang mengakases layanan real time mobile TV dan nilai throughput paling kecil adalah 1,808 Mbps. Sehingga semua parameter kualitas layanan hasil pengukuran adalah kategori baik sesuai dengan standar ITU-T.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: mobile TV, real time, video streaming, WLAN, multicast, QoS

Abstract

Berita bisa dating atau diperoleh dari mana saja, semisal dari teman, guru, atau media elektronik seperti mesinpencari. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun mesin pencari adalah Vector Space Model (VSM). Masalah yang muncul adalah terdapat dokumen yang tidak ditemukan padahal mengandung istilah yang berkaitan dengan query. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini diperlukannya sebuah metode yang lebih menyeluruh dalam melakukan pencarian yang tidak hanya terpaku pada ada tidaknya suatu istilah di dalam dokumen. Untuk itu dipilihlah metode GVSM yang diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode Generalized Vector Space Model (GVSM) adalah pengembangan dari VSM yang menambahkan hubungan antar istilah (Semantic Relatedness) dalam melakukan penghitungan kesamaan antara vektor query dengan vektor dokumen. Denganmemperhitungkan relasi antar istilah maka pencarian sebuah dokumen akan lebih luas. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode GVSM belum mampu meningkatkan hasil pencarian berita Bahasa Indonesia dibandingkan dengan metode VSM. Dikarenakan penerapan metode GVSM pada sistem hanya mampu meningkatkan recall dan accuracy saja dengan persentase peningkatan masing-masing sebesar 30% dan 0.16%. Sedangkan precision memiliki nilai yang lebih rendah 11,17% dari pada metode VSM.

Abstract

Many changes have occurred due to the digitalization of education in Indonesia today, especially in terms of teaching and learning. Many colleges and universities have incorporated digital technology into the educational process, one of which is learning videos. Learning videos can be in the form of class recordings that are uploaded to the internet or tutorial videos made specifically for certain subjects. Learning videos can help students understand material more easily and can be accessed by students anytime and anywhere, thus facilitating the teaching and learning process. User Experience (UX) deals with the emotions, feelings, and thoughts that users experience when using a product or service. UX can be applied to learning videos by focusing on several factors, such as delivering material that is clear and easy to understand. So in this study, a UX assessment was carried out on learning videos. Learning videos using cash and bank material in introductory accounting courses at the diploma level with the concept of motion graphics Motion graphics were chosen because of their flexibility in conveying this information and attracting students' interest. This study consisted of seven processes, including: 1) determining goals and objectives; 2) making scenarios and scripts; 3) equipment preparation; 4) recording; 5) editing; 6) publication; and 7) assessment. In the assessment process, the respondent fills out a questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 10 questions with aspects of use (usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use). The value of each question in the questionnaire ranges from 1 to 4, with the following conditions: 1) bad; 2) enough; 3) good; and 4) very good. Every day for seven days, ten different people responded. As a result of filling out the questionnaire, a fluctuating curve was obtained.

Abstract

The detection process is started changing RGB image to YCbCr and then the canal Cb is chosen followed by 3processes consisting of making binary image, filtration and segmentation. The binary image aims to changeimage to white black, filtration is used to abolish noise, and segmentation is used to float object and dimensioncalculation consisting of RV and Σ pixel. After having its value, the process of SVM classification is done byusing data training and testing. The result of SVM process is graphic which will be used to identify a knife objector not.

Abstract

Mulyoharjo is the center of wood sculpture and sculpture industry which is included in Jepara regency, Central Java. Mulyoharjo is now developed into a tourist village of creative industries that began to favor a lot of local and foreign tourists. Mulyoharjo has excellent potential such as sculpture or wood carving. Local tourists and foreign tourists need information about the carving industry in Mulyoharjo to be visited. But to find the carving industry in Mulyoharjo is still limited in the website that takes a long time in the search process. So to know the carving industry information is less effective and efficient. Utilization of the progress of smartphone technology is one solution to this problem. Therefore, researchers apply an information-based android mobile app that provides information about the potential of existing industries in Mulyoharjo Village, based on location/map. Development method used in making this application is waterfall method using the ionic framework which is devoted to building a hybrid mobile application with HTML5, AngularJS, and CSS. The development of this application in the form of images, data and map location is included into the firebase database so that application renewal becomes young, fast and efficient. Based on the assessment by the respondents as a whole, the New Jepara application scored 81.3% with criteria very feasible to use.Keywords: Mobile application, waterfall method, carving industry center.

Abstract

Rumah Sehat Baznas-Timah Pangkalpinang merupakan Rumah Sakit tanpa kasir yang diperuntukkan khusus bagi 8 Asnaf penerima Zakat. Rumah Sehat ini dikhususkan untuk membantu dan meningkatkan kesehatan kaum duafa yang kurang mampu secara gratis yang dikelola oleh Baznas (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) dan dana operasionalnya dikelola dari dana zakat. Pelayanan dan pengobatan gratis ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengoptimalkan penyaluran sedekah, infaq maupun  zakat dari masyarakat kepada mustahiq.       Untuk menjadi peserta rumah sehat ini harus dilakukan penilaian terhadap kelayakan peserta. Penilaian diperlukan guna menghindari kecurangan dan salah sasaran dalam pengelolaan dana zakat tersebut. Penilaian calon peserta dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada aspek dhuafa, kesehatan dan keimanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berdasarkan indikator yang sudah ditentukan dalam menentukan prioritas calon peserta. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dan rekomendasi prioritas calon peserta (mustahiq) bagi pengambil keputusan sehingga dapat menentukan layak tidaknya seseorang untuk menjadi peserta pada Rumah Sehat Baznas – Timah Pangkalpinang

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nurul Jadid University is a university that implements an Islamic boarding school system. One of the existing regulations at Nurul Jadid University is that it is not allowed for men and women to communicate and interact directly. However, security at Nurul Jadid University still has difficulties in monitoring and controlling this. In this case, a tool or media is needed to identify interactions between men and women so that they are known to break the rules at Nurul Jadid University. The method used in this research is Faster Region Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN). Faster Region Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN) is part of a deep learning architecture. The Faster Region Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN) method can produce automatic detection between men and women through video objects on CCTV. The test results of the Faster R-CNN method used succeeded in detecting video data interacting between men and women. The level of accuracy produced by the video testing process is 89% with 99% precision and 87% recall results. Keywords: Detect, Interaction, Faster R-CNN
