Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental pre eksperimen tipe one pretest posttest design, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan adaptasi diri terhadap tingkat depresi pasien kanker payudara yang dilakukan di Yayasan Kanker Wisnuwardhana Surabaya dan Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien kanker payudara, besar sampel 15 untuk memenuhi syarat reliabilitas data pada penelitian pra eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling pada subjek yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala deteksi dini depresi dan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan perlakuan latihan adaptasi diri. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank dengan taraf signifikansi p lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value sebesar 0,003 yaitu p lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang artinya ada pengaruh latihan adaptasi diri terhadap tingkat depresi penderita kanker payudara.

Abstract

School children usually have a habit of eating high calorie foods low in fiber, so it can be susceptible to disease. Elementary school children aged around 7 until 13 years is the second most rapid growth period after toddlers. At that age, discipline and awareness of children are still lacking in maintaining health, namely dental and oral health so vulnerable to caries in the teeth. One age group that often experience the disease problem is the elementary school age group. According to WHO or World Health Organization data, 2013 an increase in dental caries prevalence in the 12 year age group, i.e. 13.7 percent from 28.9 percent in 2007 rose to 42.6 percent in 2013. One way to reduce unhealthy snack habits in children is to provide nutritional education is interesting and easy to understand by children, so the role of educational media is very important, one of which is a comic. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of counseling by using comic media as a learning media to improve knowledge of balanced nutrition message or PGS on fourth grade students SDN KALIREJO 02 And SDN KALIREJO 03 Lawang Malang Regency. This research type is Pre Exprerimental with design of one group pretest post test design and executed from September to December 2017. The number of samples obtained according to inclusion criteria during the research period is 83 samples. The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge. The result of statistical analysis on knowledge obtained p value equal 0,000 is smaller than 0,05. Based on the results of research, the provision of comics can increase knowledge about the habit of toothbrushing. Comic media dpaat accepted as slah one media in the process of nutrition pengajraan not only provide information about nutrition but also able to provide entertainment to students.

Abstract

Having a good personal hygiene behavior especially during menstruation can reduce the risk of reproductive health problems. The aim of this study is to find out factors associated with personal hygiene during menstruation in student of SMP PGRI Depok II Tengah West Java 2020. This study uses quantitative method with a cross sectional design study. This study is conducted in December 2019 to May 2020. The population of this study is the entire student in class VII and VIII. The number of sample in this study is 94 which conducted with quota sampling. This study uses a primer data which uses google form questionnaire as an instrument to collect a data. The data is analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square. Univariate analysis results show that 76,6 percent respondents do not have good personal hygiene behavior during menstruation, 72,3 percent have the ideal age of menarche, 58,5 percent have low knowledge, 70,2 percent have negative attitudes, 84 percent have incomplete hygiene facilities and infrastructure in school, 91,5 percent are exposed to information, and 63,8 percent have sufficient peer support. Bivariate analysis show that there is a significant association between the completeness of hygiene facilities and infrastructure in school with personal hygiene behavior during menstruation with Pvalue equal 0,008.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact between health literacy and mental health levels for the z pandemic generation. The study USES a descriptive, qualitative method of descriptive description or narrating by using a based analysis of the survey. The subject of research is a z generation limited to 15 to 25 years of age through a Google application form with a total of 50 people. Research has shown that health literacy has contributed to the awareness of the mental health of the z generation, one of which is shown by an understanding of the importance of keeping mental health in check with physical health, but some of its negative traits in society and other external factors such as the number of health workers, Anxiety about when the end of both pandemics and misconceptions regarding mental health itself is still a cause for higher levels of mental disorders among the z generation than at the present time of the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Sectio Caesarea merupakan tindakan yang beresiko. Dampak yang ditimbulkan yaitu gangguan fisiologis dan psikologis. Untuk mengantisipasi dampak tersebut, diperlukan kesiapan ibu dalam menghadapi sectio caesarea. Salah satu cara untuk mempersiapkan ibu adalah dengan adanya peran dari orang terdekat, yaitu peran suami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan peran suami dengan kesiapan ibu menghadapi sectio caesarea. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data dianalisa menggunakan fishers Exact dan didapatkan nilai p value sama dengan 0,195 atau lebih besar dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 diterima, yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan peran suami dengan kesiapan ibu menghadapi sectio caesarea.

Abstract

National Health Insurance or JKN is a government program implemented to meet the needs of the Indonesian people in the health sector. JKN is organized by BPJS Kesehatan which has many problems, such as deficit. One of the causes of the high deficit rate is the low compliance of JKN participants in the independent segment in paying contributions. This research is a quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. This study aims to determine the description of the level of income of respondents and the level of compliance of respondents and to know there is a correlation between income and compliance of JKN participation in paying JKN contribution. Respondents in this study are 89 people. 60.7 percent of the total respondents had a high level of income categorized, and 39.3 percent had a low level of income. And 49.4 percent of respondents complied in paying JKN contributions, 50.6 percent the rest were not compliant in paying JKN contributions. Based on the Chi Square test results found that the p value equal 0.000 lower than p. So H0 is rejected, which means the amount of the income level has a correlation with level of compliance of JKN participation in paying JKN contribution.

Abstract

Physical activity is an activity carried out in a physical and healthy condition based on the ability of the individual body. Based on a preliminary study of the phenomenon for respondents who perform the physical activity but still do not know enough about physical activity. This research uses pre experimental quantitative research with the one group pretest posttest method. The population in this study is followers of social media Instagram researchers, as many as 38. The technique of placing the sample in this research is systematic sampling and purposive sampling. The research was conducted online from September 2020 until April 2021. Data analysis was processed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed that the Wilcoxon test was the Z value equal negative 4.023, at the 5 percent significance level with the p asymp value Sig. 2 tailed of 0.000. 0,000 points less than 0.05, hence it states that ha is accepted, meaning that there is a comparison during pretest and posttest. It might say that this research has the effect of education through video media on knowledge of physical activity for Instagram social media users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komparasi kecemasan antara primigravida dengan multigravida dalam menghadapi proses persalinan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik komparasi dengan populasi 78 ibu hamil. Sampel berjumlah 30 ibu primigravida dan 30 ibu multigravida dengan cara accidental sampling. Setelah didapatkan data, dilakukan teknik analisa data yang menggunakan uji chi square dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan tingkat kecemasan antara primigravida dan multigravida dalam menghadapi proses persalinan. Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna tingkat kecemasan antara responden primigravida dan multigravida

Abstract

Anak jalanan menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya untuk melakukan kegiatan hidup sehari hari di jalanan, baik untuk mencari nafkah atau berkeliaran di jalan dan tempat tempat umum lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan faktor penyebab remaja menjadi anak jalanan di Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua remaja yang menjadi anak jalanan yang beroperasional di Kota Blitar besar populasi sebesar 92 remaja. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 remaja dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan tanggal 23 Mei sampai dengan 5 Juni 2017 menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tiga faktor penyebab remaja menjadi anak jalanan, secara berurutan dari faktor terbanyak yaitu faktor keluarga, faktor kemiskinan, dan faktor masyarakat. 100 persen remaja dari faktor keluarga beralasan ingin berperilaku bebas, 92.3 persen remaja dari faktor kemiskinan beralasan untuk mendapatkan uang bagi dirinya dan membantu orang tua, dan 88 persen remaja dari faktor masyarakat beralasan untuk menghibur diri atau bersenang senang. Rekomendasi untuk pemegang program anak jalanan Dinas Sosial Kota Blitar yaitu memberikan pembinaan spiritual, pelatihan ketrampilan dengan topik yang bervariasi sesuai hobi atau kegiatan yang digemari untuk memunculkan kreatifitas anak jalanan sehingga memiliki daya guna di kehidupan bermasyarakat.

Abstract

When the adolescent girls have their period they are required to manage, their menstrual need in some material such changing sanitary pads more often during menstruation, access disposal, toilet, soap, and water to clean themselves. However, there are many adolescent girls who still having a lack behavior in Menstrual Hygiene Management. This study was a quantitative research used pre experimental designed one group pretest posttest. The sample was selected by simple random sampling with 19 adolescents as a sample. The data were collected by checklist observation and analyzed with Wilcoxon. A Statistical test in this study was shown z count equals to 3.83 is greater than z It could be concluded that Ha was accepted so, there is an influence of game based education on adolescents girl behavior in Menstrual Hygiene Management or MHM.
