The objective of this research was to understand the pesantren educational management and building religious Islamic generation. The approach be used in research was qualitative participant and descriptive analysis method. The data were collected through live explanation by the Bengkulu Islamic Students Pesantren (Ma’had ath-Thullab al-Islami) Dr. H. Mawardi Lubis, M.Pd manager as a unit analysis of the research. The research result indicates that the pesantren have been implementing a traditional and centralistic educational management ( all in kyai management). Than, the pesantren have been gaving good contribution in building religious Islamic generation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of KKNI based (Indonesian national qualifications framework) curriculum toward the improvement of the education quality of PTAIN (State collage for islamic studies). The method of discussion done by the author is the observation at IAIN Bengkulu, equipped by literature study that packaged using descriptive qualitative analysis based on some opinions, Thought and reviews from experts in the field of education, academics and education practitioners who are competent. The result shows that the implementation/ execution of KKNI through several stages including preparing the learning achievements, formulating a profile of graduates of study programs, formulating competency standards learning outcomes, formulating the achievement of learning courses, formulating the achiement of course learning outcomes/CLO, finding key concepts and keywords to the achievement of the learning courses, RPKPS development (planning programs and learning activities of the semester): The quality improvement of PTKIN influenced by the implementation / application of KKNI based curriculum through three main factors: (1) the adequacy of educational resources in terms of the quality of staff, cost and means of learning; (2) the quality of the learning process that encourages students to learn effectively and (3) the quality of output in form of knowledge and attitude skills. Then it can be recommended that PTKIN should immediately implement the curriculum of KKNI to improve the education quality of PTKIN

Muslim cummunity is a part of world communities who dream rechtstaat or rule of law. The politic philosophers or experties have different opinions about principles which contained by rule of law concept. Islam, as the religion with it’s doctrins on law, has distinguish concept of rule of law. Islamic rule of law is a variant of rule of law concepts. After studying some literatures, it is founded that Islamic rule of law has some principles: adherence, faith, equality, honouring the human right, and judge independency.

In various research traditions, rules avoid syadz often overlooked in the application as a rule the validity of hadith. This is due, search around conception syadz including a study of a difficult and rarely done by the scholars of hadith. Therefore understandable if the benchmarks avoid syadz as a rule the validity of hadith has not been formulated systematically and methodologically. This article studies will be directed at the problem: How syadz conception according to hadith scholars? How methodological steps to determine syadz and its application in the study of hadith? and How the formulation of rules to avoid minor syadz as the criterion validity of Matan hadith? Based on the results of the study showed that there was no uniformity of views among scholars about the conception syadz. Especially notable differences occur between three famous hadith scholars, al- Shafi’i, al-Hakim and Abu Ya’la al-Khaliliy. A conception which is often referred to by the majority of scholars of hadith is the opinion of Imam Shafi’i. According to al-Shafi’i a hadith contains syadz only if the hadith narrated by a narrator tsiqat, and violate or contradict the hadith narrated by a number of other tsiqat narrator. The Qur’an has a variety of concepts and offer of a problem, including in developing the political concept of Islam. This paper attempts to collaborate and offer the effort to develop the popular character of political Islam through normative-historical approach. This approach is done in order to know theoretically deductive and its implementation in the history of Islamic civilization, especially in matters relating to politics in Islam. To develop the necessary political popular character main instruments as development hubs. Cirebon merupakan “jantung” kota bagi beberapa kabupaten yaitu Indramayu, Majalengka, dan Kuningan. Ia mendapat julukan sebagai kota wali, dengan amanat Sunan Gunung Jati, “Ingsun titip tajug lan fakir Miskin”. Akan tetapi jika malam tiba, identitas kehidupan religious kota wali seakan-akan sontak berubah, terutama pada malam Jum’at. Pada satu jama’ah tertentu, Peziarah berduyun-duyun datang ke Makam wali, tapi pada rombongan lainya justru mengunjungi tempat warung remang-remang (Warem) yang dihuni oleh para gadis malam. Uniknya, lokasi tersebut berdekatan dengan kantor kepolisian sektor kota (Polsekta). Penelitian ini akan menjawab pertanyaan tentang, bagaimana hegemoni superstruktur terhadap gadis malam motor matik di kota Cirebon? Apa pendapat masyarakat terhadap status sosial gadis malam? Alasan-alasan apa saja yang menyebabkan para gadis malam mangkal di Warung remang-remang? Dengan berbuat demikian, adakah indikasi penyetaraan gender yang mereka inginkan?

: Cirebon is the “heart” of the city for several districts of Indramayu, Majalengka and Kuningan. It got the nickname as a city guardian, with the mandate of Sunan Gunung Jati, “Ingsun titip tajug lan fakir Miskin”. But when night falls, the identity of religious life of the town mayor as if suddenly changed, especially on Friday night. At one particular congregation, pilgrims flock to the Tomb guardian, but the other party actually visited the place dimly lit stalls (night cafe) inhabited by girls night. This study will answer questions about how the hegemony of the superstructure of the girl automatic motor night in the city of Cirebon? What public opinion against the social status of girls night? What reasons are causing the girls night hung in night cafe? By doing so, is there any indication of gender equality that they want? What is done by allowing the establishment apparatus dimly lit stalls and jasmine is a form of superstructural hegemony. This is an indication that they are officials with direct and intentional nurture girls selling themselves for a night at the venue. Thus, the authorities will benefit from what they do.

Pembahasan tentang kedua teori ini merupaakn sesuatu hal yang unik. Keunikannya antara lain selain teori ini dipandang sebagai hal baru, juga karena perkembangan dan kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia tentang pentingnya pendidikan anaka usia dini (PAUD). Kedua teori ini menjadi alat analisis terhadap relasinya terhadap pendidikan anak. Teori edutainment dan cooperative learning memberikan pesan kepada pemerhati dan pelaksana pendidikan tentang pentingnya proses pendidikan bersama atau berkelompok dan proses pendidikan yang menyenangkan. Proses Pendidikan berkelompok, belajara sambil bermaian dapat menyenangkan peserta didik teruatama pada usia dini. Selanjutnya, dapat melahirkan generasi yang memeliki multi kecerdasan.
