Abstract

This study departs from the problems that occur in banking in terms of lending caused by several factors including, bank management in conducting inaccurate loan analysis, weak loan financing supervision, inaccurate financial analysis and weak competence of human resources. The purpose of this study is to determine how the feasibility analysis of customers in lending at BPR Ophir Ujung Gading West Pasaman. This study uses a qualitative approach. The type of research used in this research is field research or field studies. The data obtained from this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from the BPR Ophir Ujung Gading Pasaman Barat. And technical data analysis using field research or observation (field research), interviews and Documentation Studies.

Abstract

The researcher started this study after noticing that, as of late, the coronavirus outbreak and internet retailers (Ol-Shop), the income of vendors at Ujung Gading Market has been erratic. Because of this volatility, fewer buyers and more competition have resulted in lower sales for many dealers. Therefore, the researcher's goal is to find out if the capital, length of business operation, and trader education level variables have an impact on traders' income at Ujung Gading Market. With primary data gathered via surveys, this study used a quantitative methodology. 603 traders make up the study's population, and 216 respondents were chosen at random for the sample using the simple random sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis approaches were used in SPSS version 25 to process the acquired data. The study's findings suggest that traders' income is influenced by the capital variable to some extent. The t-significance value of 0.000 < 5% in the SPSS report supports this. A t-significance value of 0.001 < 5% suggests that the Length of business operation variable also has a partial impact on traders' income. An SPSS output with a t-significance value of 0.003 < 5% indicates that the education variable also has a partial impact on traders' income. The findings also indicate that the revenue of traders at Ujung Gading Market is influenced simultaneously by capital, length of business operation, and education.The fact that the F-count value of 34.481 > the F-table value of 2.647 and the F-significance value of 0.000 < 5% support this. As a result, H0 is disproved and hypothesis Ha is approved. This clarifies why capital (X1), length of business operation (X2), and education (X3) all affect income concurrently and to a strength of 32.8%. Abstract

This research explains the proplem of whether there is an influence ofpromotions on the interest in saving of the people of Situak Barat at the shariapeople’s Financing (BPRS) Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Ujung Gading. This researchaims to partially test how promotion influences interest in saving and how muchinfluence promatiaon has on interest in saving in West Siak society at BPRSUjung Gading. After this research is carried out, it is hoped that it will providebenefits for several parties, including providing input from information on thepractice of sharia banking, especially marketing managers in determining themost effective promotional policies to recruit savings Customers at BPRS ujunggading.In this research, the research methodology used is a method asosiatif cacualwith a quatitative type of research. The respondents in this study were 30responden with 14 statements, namely the west siak community. Samplingtechniques using samples rondom sampling, data collection techniques usinginterviews, questionnaires and documentation as well as data analysis techniquesused in this thesis are Validity test, Reability test, Normality test, Simultaneoustest(F) and Partial test(T). The research results show that there ia a positiveinfluence berween the promation variabel(X) and the interest in savingvariable(Y), Seen from the regression equation that has been generated usingSPSS. Namely the magnitude of the influence of promation(X) on the interest insaving(y) of the west siak community at BPRS MPS ujung gading.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi non muslim dalam menjadi nasabah di PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa faktor yang ada yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil tempat di PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat dengan subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang nasabah non muslim yang aktif bertransaksi di PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat, Pimpinan Direktur, Account Officer,Funding Officer dan Teller PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat. Untuk Teknik Analisis data adalah teknik analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode berfikir deduktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hal-hal yang mempengaruhi non muslim untuk menjadi nasabah di PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo dapat dilihat dari faktor internal yaitu dari segi pekerjaan,gaya hidup,sosial budaya,sikap dan keyakinan. Sedangkan dalam faktor eksternal nya dapat dilihat dari segi promosi, fee, lokasi dan pelayanan. Dari beberapa hal faktor tersebut, yang lebih dominan karena nya promosi, lokasi yang memadai, fee yang telah ditetapkan dan disepakati kemudian pelayanan yang baik yang telah di sediakan oleh pihak bank PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were oil palm farmers in Nagari Ophir. The number of salt farmers in Nagari Ophir is 120 palm oil farmers. Sampling was carried out using a random sampling method with a total of 92 oil palm farmers as respondents. The data results were processed using SPSS 16 tools to carry out research instrument tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, determination tests (R2), t tests and f tests. The conclusion of this research is that based on the results of the hypothesis test carried out, it can be concluded that the variable access to capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of the people of Nagari Ophir, which is shown in the hypothesis t test with t-count (3,370) > t table (1,986) and sign value (0.01 < 0.05). Based on the results of the hypothesis test carried out, it can be concluded that the productivity variable has a significant positive effect on the income of the people of Nagari Ophir, which is shown in the hypothesis t test with a calculated t-value (3,484) > t-table (1,986) and a sign value (0.01 < 0.05). Based on the results of the hypothesis test carried out, it can be concluded that the variables Access to capital and productivity simultaneously (together) influence the income of the people of Nagari Ophir which can be seen from the results of the F test with the value of F-count (14.140) > F-table (2.71) and sign value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan masalah apakah ada pengaruh kredit macet terhadap pembiayaan murabahah di bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo yang dapat diukur dari jumlah kredit macet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial dan bagaimana kredit macet berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan murabahah serta seberapa besar pengaruh kredit macet terhadap pembiayaan murabahah di bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo. Setelah penelitian ini dilakukan, diharapkan akan memberikan manfaat bagi beberapa pihak diantaranya adalah memberikan masukan terhadap praktisi perbankan syari’ah, terutama kepala bagian pembiayaan dalam menentukan kebijakan dalam kredit yang paling tegas supaya kredit tidak bermasalah ataupun lancar di bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Ujung Gading. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif casual dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 nasabah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel random sampling, teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara, kusioner dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel kredit macet dengan variabel pembiayaan murabahah, dilihat dari hasil uji simultan atau uji F yang menunjukkan pengaruh kredit macet terhadap pembiayaan murabahah adalah sebesar 29,8% di Bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Ujung Gading.
