Abstract

The research, entitled Military Strategy in Resolving the DI/TII Rebellion in Aceh in 1953-1959, aims to (1) describe the implementation of any military strategy used in resolving the DI/TII rebellion in Aceh, (2) explain the impact of the enactment of military-assisted regions. (Militaire Bijstand) and the Application of the Conceptual Wise Principle to the settlement of the DI/TII rebellion in Aceh in 1953-1959. This study uses a qualitative approach with the help of historical methods. The data collection techniques were carried out through documentation, literature review, and interviews. The results obtained from this study are (1) The implementation of Military Assisted Regions (Militaire Bijstand) became the first strategy to be implemented by sending troops and armed equipment to secure conditions in Aceh, then the next military strategy was implemented called the Wise Principle Concept which became a new beginning for settlement of the rebellion in Aceh. The success of this conception was finally proven by the establishment of the Lamteh Pledge agreement, (2) Development after the completion of the DI/TII rebellion occurred from various sectors in Aceh.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to conduct a thorough investigation and analysis of the profound impact of two primary factors on consumer purchase intention in adopting the Grab online transportation service. The research took place within the premises of Universitas Negeri Medan and involved 169 students as the primary subjects. Data collection employed a questionnaire with a five-point scale to uncover consumer perceptions and preferences. The sampling technique utilized was proportional random sampling, ensuring the sample represented the population variations among students. Before widespread use, the questionnaire instrument underwent pilot testing on respondents outside the sample to measure its validity and reliability, ensuring the precision and dependability of the measurement tool. Instrument validity was assessed through the Product Moment correlation method, while reliability was tested via the calculation of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. Preceding hypothesis testing, several prerequisite analyses were conducted, including data normality testing to ensure the data used in analysis adhered to appropriate distribution, and regression linearity testing to examine the linearity of relationships between variables. The findings of the study indicate that, firstly, sales promotion strategies have a significant positive impact on consumer purchase intention towards the Grab online transportation service. Secondly, service quality also possesses a robust positive influence on consumer purchase intention. By endorsing the proposed hypotheses, this research successfully formulated a robust theoretical model, delineating the framework of causal relationships between sales promotion, service quality, and consumer purchase intention in the context of utilizing the Grab online transportation service within the Universitas Negeri Medan environment. These findings offer valuable insights into the factors shaping consumer preferences and behaviors in selecting online transportation services

Abstract

Art education has a very large influence on the development of student creativity. In choir training, teachers must also have creativity in conveying material at training so that they can produce good quality choral groups. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the role of artistic creativity, the implementation of music and choir learning in schools, and choral training strategies as a means of developing creativity. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive conceptual analysis method. This study uses a conceptual analysis method that examines various literature related to the research objectives. Data analysis techniques carried out in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of data analysis show that music arts education and choir training can be a means of developing creativity for performers, both students and teachers. Choir training can help students be creative in expressing the song that is being sung, therefore it is necessary for teachers who have the knowledge and ability to work on strategies for learning choral art to develop students' creativity.

Abstract

Social media offers many offers to its users entertainment media, social media, life-styles media, business media, educational media. But despite the many attractions offered on social media there is danger. One social media user is a minor who is particularly susceptible to the dangers on social media. Thus was born the 27th 2022 year law on personal data protection, through which through these invitations it is hoped that children will be under the age of a minor and more fair protection from a child's parents. As for the method of research used in this study is normative-juridical. Studies have been found that birth rules regarding processing and the trial of the child's personal data should be subject to parental consent because the child is still vulnerable to social media hazards. But the application of child supervision in using social media is a challenge in itself because the parent of the child cannot possibly be ignorant of social media, therefore, in addition to the 27 year 2022 act on personal data protection, the child need to be given social media education so that the ease on social media can remain accessible to minors, More than that, a child's process for social media needs to be organized into an even more organized system, such as having a feature as creating an id card photo to join social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peningkatan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Sabang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share (TPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pendekatan lapangan (field research), pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), dan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kleas (classroom action research), sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas VII-3 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan, penelliti menggunakan teknik observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, hasil pengamatan aktivitas dan kemampuan guru pada siklus I memiliki kategori cukup dengan nilai 3.7 dan setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, maka aktivitas dan kemampuan guru mencapai kategori baik yaitu dengan nilai 4.2. kemudian pada siklus III aktivitas guru terus ditingkatkan, sehingga memperoleh kategori baik dengan peningkatan nilai 4.5. dari hasil indikator pada hasil penelitian, table yang menunjukkan kriteria ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I yaitu sebanyak 9 siswa (30%) tuntas belajar dan 21 (70%) tidak tuntas belajar. Pada siklus II 20 siswa (66,6%) tuntas belajar, sedangkan yang tidak tuntas 10 (33,3%). Pada siklus III 26 siswa (87%) tuntas belajar dan 4 siswa (13.3%) tidak mencapai kriteria ketuntasan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the school environment on the formation of children's character in citizenship education subjects at SDN N0.14 Pajo. Where the school environment is a place or place for children to be guided in all aspects, morals, knowledge, and skills. These things are seen as very important to be fostered by students in the school environment. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research by selecting class V as a sample and 2 informants who are considered to have knowledge and information about the problems studied, namely the Effect of School Environment on the Character Building of students at SDN N0.14 Pajo. Data collection uses descriptive qualitative research methods in the form of: Observation and Documentation, as well as in-depth interviews with informants. In this study, the researchers got quite good results, where the results showed that the influence of the school environment on the formation of children's character, by interviewing informants who were seen from the aspect of the influence of educators, students, canteens, classrooms and playing fields. Meanwhile, educators and students both have a greater positive influence on their presentation compared to the slightly negative influence that exists on the formation of student character.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the media convergence applied by the Fajar Daily newspaper based on the Siepera and Veglis models. This model consists of four forms, namely technology convergence or multiplatform, business convergence, professional convergence and content or multimedia convergence. Each form is described based on the practices carried out by the Harian Fajar newspaper through qualitative methods. The results of the study show that Fajar Daily applies these four models wherein the convergence of innovation technology is carried out by combining three platforms to present news and information to readers, namely print media, online media and social media. This convergence stage is in line with content convergence where adjustments to news content have been made on each platform but there are weaknesses in the support/promotion of content between platforms which is still carried out only in print and online media. In terms of business and professional convergence, Fajar Daily's management has endeavored to develop the business in a multi-platform direction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the compounding process in Bahasa Banjar in its basic forms based on word classes. The research design is in the form of qualitative descriptive. The data used is in the form of primary data, namely native speakers and secondary data, namely documents related to the compounding of bahasa Banjar such as research results, books, and dictionaries. Data was collected from interview. The data analysis procedure was carried out through three flows of activities that occurred simultaneously, following the concept put forward by (Miles et al., 2014): data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. In this study triangulation of data sources and peer checking (Flick, 2009) was applied to check the validity of the data. Based on the word classes which form compounds in Bahasa Banjar, it can be concluded ten forms.  Those are 1) Noun+Noun, 2) Noun+Verb, 3) Noun+Adjective, 4) Noun+Numeral, 5) Noun+Pronoun, 6) Verb+Noun, 7) Verb+Verb, 8) Verbs+Adjectives, 9) Adjective+Noun, 10) Adjective+Adjective. Some compound morpheme functions can change word class and some cannot change word class. The meanings of compound morphemes can be different from its constituent elements and can be related to the constituent elements.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada Pelajaran Fisika  di kelas X-MIPA 1 , (2) Untuk meningkatkan Aktivitas siswa dan (3) Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X-MIPA 1 SMAN 2 Banda Aceh pada Pelajaran Fisika  dalam Gerak Melingkar dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-MIPA 1 dengan jumlah 32 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui tes, observasi, dan penyebaran angket. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, soal tes, dan angket respon siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan cara; (a) untuk melihat aktivitas guru dan siswa melalui lembar observasi, diolah menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan skor rata-rata, (b) data teshasil belajar siswa di olah dengan melihat tingkat ketuntasan individual dan klasikal, (c) hasil data dari angket diolah dengan menggunakan rumus persentase sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran padasikluspertama dinyatakan hampir baik (3,56)  kemudian meningkat pada siklus II dengan criteria baik ( 4,42), sedangkan aktivitas siswa pada siklus I pada criteria cukup baik (3,19) kemudian siklus II pada kriteri baik (4,05).Dengan demikian proses pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan sehingga memperngaruhi hasil belajar siswa yang cuup baik yaitu hasil belajar siswa pada awal observasi ketuntasan belajar siswa hanya 53% dari 32 siswa artinya siswa yang tidak tuntas belajar sebanyak 47%,

Abstract

The sustainability and success of educational institutions are influenced by various factors including the quality of service. The research objective was to analyze the effect of service quality on the tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy and parents' satisfaction on the loyalty of students' parents to Nava Dhammasekha Cinta Kasih in Sorong City. The study used a quantitative approach with proportional sampling of 84 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of students' parents by the value of t count 3.197 t table 1.99045, sig value 0.002 0.05. Satisfaction of parents of students has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of parents of students by the value of t count 5.216 t table 1.99045, sig value 0.001 0.05. Simultaneously the quality of service and the satisfaction of parents of students affect the loyalty of parents of students with a value of f count 179.733 t table 3.11226, sig value 0.001 0.05. The higher the quality of service and the satisfaction of parents of students at the Nava Dhammasekha Cinta Kasih school, the greater the loyalty of parents of students with a coefficient of determination of 0.82.
