Abstract

In the context of efforts to build a nation's life that has national dignity and identity it is certainly not easy to do. There needs to be a clear direction of development and focus on the orientation of the development of quality human resources. The effort to realize this hope is to be guided by one of the national goals, namely to educate the life of the nation. The means to make it happen is through a quality education system and must adapt to the times. The development of a learning system based on local wisdom is very important to help students interpret each trace and the value of the existing local culture. The educational concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara is considered appropriate to be implemented in a character education system based on local wisdom values.The results of this study indicate that the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara thinking about education provides new direction and hope for the advancement of Indonesian civilization. The Tri concept of the education center and Among's system from Ki Hajar Dewantara is central to the learning of students. The Among method is a teaching method based on kinship based on natural nature and independence. This method has a meaning that educators should follow from behind by helping and encouraging students to develop their potential and to have a positive influence on aspects of their personality. The concept of the Tri center of education also gives meaning to the importance of the learning environment, namely families, schools and communities to instill the value of character education in children The concept of character education from the teachings of Ki Hajar Dewantara which is integrated with local values ​​is considered important as an effort to face the challenges of the development of the dynamics of life in the future.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observations that show that as many as 51,2% of 123 students stated that biology lessons were a difficult lesson. As many as 77,3% of students experience learning difficulties on virus material. Learning activities can not be separated from the use of learning media. This development aims to know the valid of flip chart learning media on virus material for high school students of class X. This research is a Research & Development (R&D) study using the Thiagarajan et all 4D development model, which is limited to the develop stage. This development research resulted in flip chart learning media through validation by a team of experts getting a total value of 80% with a valid category. Readability test results by students amounted to 94% with a very valid category. Flip chart learning media is worthy of being used as a learning medium on virus material.

Abstract

Difficulty in getting a dictionary of the term livestock is an obstacle for the academic community of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Balitar Islamic University to find out the meaning of the term livestock. Along with the progress of the times, the need for a dictionary can certainly be met with technological sophistication, one of which is through a dictionary application. This study designed the term dictionary dictionary application by applying the Boyer Moore algorithm matching string. This translation process is carried out in the form of words where each keyword term searched will appear along with the meaning of the term farm. The term farm dictionary application is designed using Microsoft Visual Visio 2007 and the application is implemented based on the website. The boyer moore string matching algorithm does word matching by applying the FilterString function and the search function. The FilterString function detects each character in a keyword while the search function matches keywords from the FilterString function with terms in term data in the database. The results of beta testing showed that the system obtained an average value of 71.58%, meaning that users had high satisfaction with the term dictionary application.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the flow of the accounting system for leasing goods as an internal control effort used by UPT Rusunawa is in accordance with the accounting system theory and internal control. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method using observation, interview, documentation and literature study techniques. Data analysis techniques are used triangulation techniques. The sample in this study is UPT Rusunawa, Public Housing Office, Blitar city. The results of this study, namely the rental accounting system and internal control at the Flat Unit UPT in practice there are still less in accordance with the theory. This is because there are multiple tasks in the administration. The administration section here is also part of the payment. But in its implementation the system that has been implemented has been going well because every process carried out has been very detailed

Abstract

This research aim to know the properness of scrapbook media on virus material and to increase student learning motivation after using scrapbook media for the tenth grade of senior high school. This research is Research and Development (RnD) by applying the Borg and Gall development model which is limited to the seventh stage. Data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The average rating by experts is 80.06% with eligible criteria. The increasing student learning motivation was 19.21%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that scrapbook media on virus material for the tenth grade of senior high school is proper to be used in learning process and increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the three-dimensional media feasibility of virus material in class x. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D) with the development model Brog & Gall. This research through assessment by media experts with an average score of 74.87% with a very feasible category. The research from material experts got an average score of 93.5% with a very decent category. Assessment of teacher responses gets a score of 82.10% with a very decent category. Assessment of student responses is 80.46% with a very good category. Readability test scores get a score of 89.2% with a decent category. Media maket on viral material is very feasible to use for learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The cultivation of oyster mushrooms belongs to Mr. Kantak is located on Jalan Sulawesi, Klampok Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. This business produces baglogs of white oyster mushroom growing media and sells its own mushrooms. The researcher focused on the cost of making baglog only. The purpose of the study was to find out (1) How big is the Break Even Point (BEP) as a Profit Planning Tool in the Making of Mr. Oyster Mushroom Planting Media Kantak (2) How much is the amount of margin of safety in business Making Oyster Mushroom growing media owned by Mr. Kantak (3) How big is the planning of profits obtained in the business of making an oyster mushroom growing media mr. Kantak. Through the calculation of the break-even point in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms can be easily used to calculate the sales volume, where the calculation can be used as a calculation tool to determine the desired profit. In this study using quantitative methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. From the results of interviews and observations made, researchers obtained the data needed to complete the data needed. Secondary data obtained in the form of organizational structure, history and business profile. The results of this study indicate that the sale of baglog sales is a minimum of 1,564 units with a break-even price for making baglog 4000 of Rp. 2,268 and in the making of baglogs which suffered 12% damage received a price of Rp. 2,200. In calculating the break-even point of making 4000 planting media obtained a safety point of 61%. So that the profit planning obtained in making 4000 planting media is Rp. 4,304,062 and in the case of the deduction of 12% damage received a profit plan of Rp. 4,488,566

Abstract

The purpose of the development Encyclopedia biology learning tools and materials as a reference for students of Senior High School is knowing the quality of encyclopedia was developed based on the results of the assessment by a validator. This research include research development. The development model which used in this study is 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, dan Desseminate). The instrument assessement of the encyclopedia quality form of sheet check list by using Likert scale. The kind of data which took is validation from the experts, the response of theacher and students. The results of the expert assessement material, media experts, and linguists an average to 81,3% with very decent criteria. Biology teacher’s response is 84% and the student’s response is 82,06%. Based on the assessment of the validator and responses, so it can be concluded that these materials can be said to deserve be used for the students in the biology learning for Senior High School.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out the benefits obtained from processed starfruit sweets, to know the efficiency of the starfruit candied processing business, and the added value obtained from starfruit candied processing at UD. Cemarasari. The research method used is descriptive method, the type of data uses primary and secondary data. The type of data analysis used is income, efficiency gains, profitability and added value. Where in the end the results were in the form of profits of candied starfruit business in the amount of Rp.137,165.55. R / C is 1.58, with a profitability value of 57.67%, the value of high profitability is influenced by several factors, namely, internal and external factors. And added value of Rp. 12,146.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui interaksi pupuk organik dan jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman okra. 2) Untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk organic yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman okra. 3) Untuk mengetahui jarak tanam yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman okra. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang disusun secara Faktorial (RAK) dengan 2 faktor, faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk organic (P) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 1000 kg ha-1(P1), 2000 kg ha-1 (P2), 3000 kg ha-1 (P3). Faktor kedua yaitu jarak tanam (J) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : 50x40 cm (J1), 50x50 cm (J2), 50x60 cm (J3). Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, jumlah polong total, bobot polong total dan kualitas polong. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) taraf 5% dan uji lanjut dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Tidak ada interaksi yang nyata antara dosis pupuk organik dan jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman okra. Perlakuan dosis pupuk organik petroganik 3000 kg ha-1(P3) berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun hasil yang terbaik sebesar 6,88 umur 21 HST. Perlakuan jarak tanam 50x40 cm (J1) berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah polong total dan bobot polong total. Tinggi tanaman hasil yang terbaik 60,65 cm dan 55,40 padaiumur 45 dan 56 HST, jumlah polong total sebesar 328,44 dan bobot polong total 3345,56 g pada semua pemanenan. Jarak tanam 50x60 cm (J3) berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter batang hasil tetinggi 1,58 cm, 1,78 cm, 2,01 cm pada umur 42,49, dan 56 HST.
