Abstract

The existence of instability of production at PT. Horti Jaya Lestari Dokan shows a decrease in employee productivity. Factors that can increase work productivity, such as work environment and workload. This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on the work productivity of PT. Horti Jaya Lestari Dokan. The effect of work environment and workload will be tested partially and simultaneously on work productivity. The form of this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population is all employees of PT. Horti Jaya Lestari Dokan has as many as 71 respondents. The data collection technique is primary data obtained through direct questionnaire distribution and secondary data obtained through books, journals and related to this research. The analytical methods used are validity tests, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The work environment and workload have a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Customer experience is an effort to create customer satisfaction through experience, based on the product or service offered. Customer experience rating depends on the comparison between coffee shop management performance and consumers expectations. In an effort to build a positive customer experience, precise pricing is a need. Therefore, the coffee shop needs to analyze and determine who is the target market in order to facilitate the implementation of the customer experience and pricing. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience and price on repurchase intention at Manor Studio coffee shop. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that customer experience and price have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on repurchase intention in Manor Studio. The coefficient of determination test shows a close relationship between customer experience and price on repurchase intention with an R value of 0.873. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that customer experience and price variables contribute 75.7% to the variable of repurchase intention.

Abstract

This researcher has a background related to the phenomenon of using Tiktok digital content which is a new technology but is very quickly popular and is used as a promotional medium by business people. Through video shows and music displays, Tiktok facilitates information and can be transmitted and can explain stimulation to those who see it. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the effectiveness of digital content in increasing buying interest during the covid-19 pandemic and to analyze the effectiveness of Tiktok digital content as a promotional medium in increasing buying interest during the covid-19 pandemic . In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method of descriptive research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation to MS. Glow business actors who promote through Tiktok digital content. The results of the research conducted indicate that business actors make use of Tiktok's digital content to be an effective promotional media because Tiktok has many users, is easy to use, is popular among young children.

Abstract

Performance is the implementation of work both in quality and quantity that has been achieved by the workforce with a predetermined period of time in doing work in accordance with the obligations that have been imposed on employees. At PT. Fajar Agung, it is known that employee performance is not optimal, it can be seen from the non-physical work environment, employees are still less cohesive at work and work interaction between superiors and employees is still lacking, besides the motivation given by the leadership is not enough to satisfy employees, and in work discipline. still said to be not good because there are still many employees who are not disciplined at work. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Great Dawn. This study uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Fajar Agung as many as 173 permanent employees. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling using a perceptive sampling technique and with a sample of 64 respondents. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to employees, while the secondary data was obtained through a literature study. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect either partially

Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the influence of empowering leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Bank SUMUT Sub-Branch Office Sidamanik. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through a saturated sampling technique involving 35 working people. Data collection techniques are obtained through primary data obtained through the distribution of direct questionnaires and secondary data obtained through books, journals, which are related to this study. The results of the study showed that the variables empowering leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together had a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between empowering leadership and organizational culture to employee performance with an R value of 0.692. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the variables of empowering leadership and organizational culture contributed 44.7% to the remaining employee performance variables by 55.3% influenced by other variables that were not described in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of human resource development and organizational communication on employee performance and job satisfaction at PDAM Tirtanadi Sunggal Branch. This type of research is associative research and applies a quantitative approach method using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data which is analyzed with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The population in this study is the number of employees at PDAM Tirtanadi Sunggal Branch, amounting to 120 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula method with a total sample of 92 respondents. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is regression analysis technique

Abstract

Performance is a work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him on the basis of experience and ability and the time given. Therefore, in carrying out a job, a good organizational culture and minimal stress level are needed so that it can encourage employees to improve their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work stress on employee performance at the Grand Inna Medan hotel. The influence of organizational culture and work stress will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out by non-probability samples with the saturated sample method and using 50 respondents as samples. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to employees, while the secondary data was obtained through a literature study. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and work stress have a positive and significant effect either partially or jointly on employee performance at the Grand Inna Medan hotel by 14.4%. It means that organizational culture and work stress owned by employees are sufficient to explain employee performance. The better the organizational culture and the lower the level of stress experienced, the more employee performance will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Make Over secara parsial dan secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain literature review. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen kosmetik Make Over di Kota Medan. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 100 pengguna kosmetik Make Over. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner melalui google form dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui jurnal dan artikel yang terkait dengan penelitian saya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya variabel brand image dan harga secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Scarlett Whitening is a new brand but very quickly famous and sold among the community amid intense competition in the Indonesian cosmetic industry that gave rise to many new cosmetic brands in recent years. This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image and product quality on the decision of Scarlett Whitening products in Medan both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with associative approach. Sampling technique is purposive sampling of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, T test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Scarlett Whitening products partially and simultaneously. Correlation coefficient value of 0.870 which indicates a fairly strong correlation between brand image and product quality variables on purchasing decisions. R Square value of purchase decision variable of 75.7% can be explained by brand image and product quality variables, while the remaining 24.3% is influenced by other variables that are not contained in the study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Every e-commerce in Indonesia creates innovations and shopping promos that can attract consumers to use their platform. They also offers a lot of similar goods which makes consumers more selective in choosing the goods they want to buy and are vulnerable to brand switching behavior in product purchases. This study aims to determine how the influence of reference groups and price perceptions on brand switching to Shopee e-commerce in Medan, either partially or simultaneously. The type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling which collects 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, T test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the reference group and the perceived price had a positive and significant effect on brand switching e-commerce Shopee's partially and simultaneously. The correlation coefficient value is 0.657 which shows a direct correlation between reference group, perceived price to brand switching. The value of R Square is 0.432, means that reference group and perceived price simultaneously have an effect of 43.2% on brand switching, while the effect on other variables not examined in this study.
