Abstract

Electricity usage in Indonesia has become an essential part of daily life, steadily increasing over the years. According to the Central Statistics Agency, per capita electricity consumption was 0.91 MWH in 2015, rising to 1.09 MWH in 2020. This upward trend can be curbed with technological advancements. In many buildings, lights and fans are manually controlled through switches. While suitable for small spaces, this method becomes inefficient and leads to energy wastage in larger buildings with multiple rooms, often going unnoticed. Additionally, the perception of electricity wastage varies among individuals, depending on their habits. To address this, a smart IoT-based system with Google Assistant control has been designed. The system employs NodeMCU ES8266 microcontroller, DHT11 sensors, 2-channel relay, USB fans, 5W light bulbs, Google Home, Google Assistant, and Sinric Pro. Tested in a black box scenario, the system achieved an accuracy rate of 83%. The DHT11 sensor exhibited a maximum error of 5% for temperature readings and 1% for humidity. The overall error for DHT11 sensor readings ranged from 13% to 8%.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology are increasing quickly in any direction to generate a lot of information technology and applications in various fields. In the information field technology, inventory systems are also needed to visualize them goods warehouse at UD. Anugrah Jaya Tani. UD. Anugrah Jaya Tani is one of them a stand selling various herbicides. The use of chemical herbicides is intended not to affect the plant but to influence growth weed. Therefore, selective herbicides or agents are needed effective in controlling weeds. Inventory systems are one enabling factor can also be developed using Internet resources. Internet is possible role in encouraging activities. The reason is due to inventory activity requires communication between parties regarding this issue. That The goal of using an inventory system that enables the main thing Align customer demand with available supply or control existing inventory. The results of this research are to determine the number of goods in inventory marketed, creating a system that is accessible to everyone and creating attractive consultation layout. Inventory is a storage place owned by a company exchanged or used for business activities. All items are summoned inventory system, depending on the type of activity of the company.

Abstract

In the learning process, of course there is a need for a learning model that can support student learning activities in class. Project based learning model (PjBL) is suitable to be applied in vocational high schools, because it actively involves students in the learning process and can support student skills. This research aims to: (1) Find out the effect of the PjBL model assisted by the Bardi smart home training kit on student knowledge learning outcomes; (2) Knowing the effect of the PjBL model assisted by the Bardi Smart Home training kit on student skills learning outcomes; (3) Knowing the effect of the PjBL model assisted by the Bardi smart home training kit on student attitude learning outcomes. The research was conducted on the Electrical Lighting Installation subject class XII TITL Vocational High School 1 Pungging. The research method used is quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The sample of this research were students in class XII TITL 1 as the control class and class XII TITL 2 as the experimental class. Data analysis techniques use Independent T-Test for normal data and the Mann Whitney non-parametric test for abnormal data. The research results show that: (1) There is an effect of the PjBL model assisted by the Bardi smart home training kit on student knowledge learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000; (2) There is an effect of the PjBL model assisted by the Bardi smart home training kit on student skills learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000; (3) There is an effect of the PjBL model assisted by the Bardi smart home training kit on student attitude learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.005.

Abstract

At this time, many electronic devices use battery technology such as laptops, cell phones, Bluetooth earphones (TWS), Bluetooth speakers and others. The device requires electrical energy from the battery to operate. It's normal for people with high mobility who often leave the room to run out of battery power. Because of that, how do you solve the problem of running out of battery energy / low battery on electronic devices, because of that a charger station tool was designed with coin payments where there is business potential in designing the device. This study uses the PZEM-004T module as an electrical energy sensor and multi coin acceptor to select coins that enter the charger station system, then the WeMos D1 mini will control the SSR and provide information via the 16x2 Alphanumeric LCD and the Blynk application because the WeMos D1 mini module supports the Internet. of Things (IoT). The information displayed on the Alphanumeric 16x2 LCD is the remaining kWh balance, voltage and load power of the charger station user, then the Blynk application displays information on the number of rupiah coins that have been entered, the remaining kWh balance, voltage, current, power factor and load power of the charger user. This charger station system uses a coin of Rp. 100, Rp. 200, Rp. 500 and Rp. 1000, where if the coins are inserted into the charger station system, the user will get a kWh electricity balance according to the calculation of the selling price. The author uses a profit margin of 300% of the cost of class B1 PLN electricity rates plus the cost of the charger station system electricity.

Abstract

This research was carried out because the learning activities for Class XI Electrical Lighting Installation at SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya were still teacher-centred. For this reason, learning media is needed that can help students play a more active, independent role and can improve student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is 4D type R&D which consists of four stages, namely design, Define, Developed, and Dissaminate. This research aims to produce an interactive quiz learning media assisted by articulated storyline 3 software that is valid, practical and effective. The research design applied was an experimental non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were 30 students in class XI TITL 1 and TITL 2 each. This research was carried out in the even semester 2022/2023 using an independent curriculum and a Problem Based Learning learning model. Data collection techniques use validation sheets, response questionnaires, and multiple choice tests. The learning media validation results obtained with an average of 89.68% can be categorized as very valid. In the practical aspect, in terms of the student response questionnaire, the average rating was 84%, so it can be divided into very practical. Aspects of effectiveness were tested using the Wilcoxon test and T-test. In the realm of knowledge, attitudes and skills both obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00 < 0.05, therefore it can be concluded that there was an increase in the knowledge, attitudes and skills values ??of the experimental class compared to the control class. The conclusion is that the interactive quiz learning media assisted by articulated storyline 3 software in the Class XI Electrical Lighting Installation subject that was developed can be verified as suitable for use at SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya.
