Abstract

Minat belajar merupakan salah satu hal yang perlu dibangun dalam diri siswa untuk keberhasilan pembelajaran. Faktanya minat belajar siswa kelas III SD N 2 Karanggintung masih perlu ditingkatkan. Peneliti melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebagai upaya untuk menciptakan suatu pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif dan inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar matematika siswa melalui pemanfaatan media wordwall dalam pembelajaran. PTK dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, tindakan, pegamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanpemanfaatan media games edukasi wordwall dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas III SD N 2 Karanggintung ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan presentase pemenuhan indikator minat belajar siswa. Peningkatan minat belajar siswa dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil analisis lembar observasi minat belajar siswa yang memperoleh presentase 78% masuk dalam kategori baik pada siklus I, 83,6% pada siklus II masuk kategori sangat baik, dan 91% pada siklus III masuk dalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri, kepercayaan diri, dan atraksi interpersonal dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Angkatan 2019 Universitas Negeri Semarang yang berjumlah 114 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Non Probabilty Sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskiptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 7 (tujuh) hipotesis yang diajukan, terdapat 2 (dua) hipotesis yang ditolak dan 5 (lima) hipotesis yang diterima dengan rincian sebagai berikut, konsep diri, atraksi interpersonal, dan penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komunikasi interpersonal. Namun, kepercayaan diri terhadap komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Konsep diri dan kepercayaan diri yang dimoderasi oleh penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan atraksi interpersonal yang dimoderasi oleh penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of letter cards on the ability to read beginning in the Indonesian language class I students at SD Negeri Widoro. This study used a quantitative research type and an experimental method with a pre-experimental design with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research does not use a comparison class but has used a pre-test so that the influence or effect of using letter card media can be known with certainty. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and tests. Data were analyzed using a quantitative approach. The independent variable in this study is the letter card media. As well as the dependent variable is the ability to read at the beginning of class I SD Negeri Widoro, totaling 21 students. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The results showed that in giving the posttest learning outcomes test which was analyzed using the t-test with the proportion = 7.80 > = 2.08 meaning that there is a difference in the use of letter card media on students' initial reading ability in Indonesian language class 1 SDN Widoro.

Abstract

Character education is all efforts made by teachers to influence student character. Social awareness is defined as a pattern of behavior or readiness to adapt in social situations. This research uses a qualitative method that focuses on understanding meaning rather than generalization. In this method, researchers collect data purposively and snowball. Research Results: Teachers as educators have a responsibility to understand values, norms, morals and social aspects. The role of the teacher is also important in teaching which can shape the character of students. Teachers as models for students also have a big impact in developing their character. Teachers as individuals must be able to build social and emotional relationships with students. As for parents hindering teachers from developing social caring traits, if students remain self-centered and do not change, teachers will hold meetings with the students' parents to discuss their progress at school. Conclusion: Socially caring character includes various positive attitudes, such as politeness, compassion for others. All of these are important indicators in forming a socially caring character that can help students become good individuals and able to contribute positively to society. Teachers are an important model in developing the social care character of students who are caring, responsible and ethical towards fellow humans.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the knowledge of physical education teachers in primary schools regarding implementing the Merdeka curriculum in the Baturraden district. This research used a survey method with data collection technique using a questionnaire provided directly. The subjects in this study were all physical education teachers in primary schools in Baturraden district, amounting to 20 teachers from 26 schools. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative analysis, presented as percentages. The results of this study showed that the knowledge of physical education teachers in primary schools about implementing the Merdeka curriculum in the Baturraden district had an average score of 31.5 in the 24.5 X 31.5 interval or is in a good category. In detail, it can be shown that 30% or 6 teachers have excellent knowledge, 65% or 13 teachers have good knowledge, 5% or one teacher have relatively good knowledge, 0% have less good knowledge, and 0% have poor knowledge. Several obstacles encountered by physical education teachers include not fully understanding the guidebook in the Merdeka curriculum and self-adjustment to the Merdeka curriculum. This study is expected to reflect that physical education teachers improve their knowledge of implementing the Merdeka curriculum.

Abstract

A paradigm shift in understanding the role of teachers signifies that a teacher's responsibility goes beyond imparting knowledge to students; it also involves shaping a child's character. Teachers must be capable of guiding and directing students to reach their potential in various aspects of life. As change agents, teachers are not just educators but also mentors, motivators, and sources of inspiration for students. The research method used in this study is literature research, with data collection techniques. This research employs the literature review or literature study method. It consists of three phases: organizing the research, synchronizing results, and identifying findings in each literature review. The data analysis technique employed by the researcher is qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the paradigm shift reflects a change in the mindset of the teaching approach, including changes in the role and responsibility of teachers.

Abstract

Centered learning on the teacher is considered ineffective in education today. The role of a teacher is not just to transfer knowledge, but also to facilitate students in connecting with their learning resources to achieve meaningful learning. Therefore, teaching and learning activities are less optimal if conducted in only one direction. In line with the new paradigm of learning, teachers must be able to continuously innovate and be creative in delivering student-centered learning. One implementation of student-centered learning is through differentiated learning. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the process differentiation learning strategy for grade 10 students. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection strategies through direct observation and questionnaires. The research was conducted at SMAN Rambipuji with the research subjects being all grade 10 students. The process differentiation learning strategy is implemented successfully. The research findings show that the implementation of the process differentiation learning strategy is used by teachers as a guide to deliver student-centered learning.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort in realizing learning. Education is classified into three parts, namely the narrow meaning of education, the broad meaning of education and the alternative meaning of education. However, education changes with the times. The research method used in this study is the literature research method. The data collection technique taken by this study is a technique that collects and reviews from existing journals or research, both national and international research. Regarding the data analysis technique, the researcher took a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the independent curriculum is a form of implementing education that is in accordance with the nature and nature of the times that was initiated by Ki Hajar Dewantara.

Abstract

Education is one of the dynamic manifestations of human culture and a prerequisite for development. Education plays a crucial role in creating high-quality and potential individuals as it is the primary means to enhance human resources. A teacher should take a step towards change, such as transforming traditional teaching techniques (lectures) that are teacher-centered into a more creative and innovative approach. One way for teachers to meet the needs of students is by considering diverse learning styles through differentiated learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of differentiated content and process learning strategies based on the Problem Based Learning model for various learning styles. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection strategies through direct observation. The research was conducted at Grujugan High School with the research subjects being all students of class X.1. Through the application of differentiated learning and the Problem Based Learning model, it is expected that teachers can tailor their teaching to the needs of students, thus creating student-centered learning. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of differentiated content and process learning strategies in class X.1 has been successful. Differentiated learning provides an opportunity for students to learn naturally and efficiently with teachers who can collaborate with the methods and approaches needed by students. There was an increase in student activity in learning before the teacher implemented differentiated learning and used the Problem Based Learning model. By understanding the implementation of differentiated learning, it is expected that teachers can tailor their teaching to the needs of students, thereby creating student-centered learning.
